The owner, Sergio Garcia, did an excellent job in replacing a tube on my rear tire. Pricing was very reasonable and communication was prompt. I also like to believe that with him lubricating my bikes chain it is running much smoother now. He also accepts credit cards. Great to have a shop like his in the neighborhood for bike repairs!

This place was great. I was looking around for white walls tires every spot I stopped was charging 25 and up. They sold me a new pair at 12 bucks each. You just cant beat that. 👍👍👍

Ol skool cruiser parts and custom low rider type of store. not many places like that do i know of. and guys working there were busy, but friendly and genuine. got me the parts i needed, simple few things, then gave me my change, but forgot a 5$. So instead, he just gave me my money back. all of it. i will be returning again and again. They also had a tire i liked, perfect for what i needed, and only 13$. a folding tire too. i was and still am very happy with them.

Sergio is a rare example of a man that cant help but be honest and helpful. He looks at a job from a customers perspective and makes the best and cheapest repair or sale. He sales tires and tube and fixes flats better and cheaper than anybody. His bikes for sale are the best bargain around. Hes an expert bike person with great service. If something doesnt go right in your transaction with him, hell make it right. I buy bikes from him rather than Wal-Mart and Amazon and the bike and service is so much better.

THE BEST DEAL that I have ever received in shopping/replacing tubes, bar grips, tire. The man even replaced the tire (of my front wheel) that I bought after I learned that it doesnt fit the bike rack of the OCTA bus.I feel bad saying this but this place is the best because 1) they are professional, 2) they care, 3) they understand.BEST PRICES!Ill be back if I need to buy more premium tubes, etc.: )_____________________________________________________________________So I just visited Sergio (The Family Bike Shop) again today 6/15/19 and he truly helped me find a bike that I could afford and in addition he gave me a free water bottle. Found out much later after trying to ride my bike that Sergio put the wrong rim on my bike. I had problems every time I would try to ride. I took it back but he kicked me out of store saying I did something to bike. I took bike to bicycle tree and was told and shown that the wrong rim was put on my bike, threads cut off and six gears instead of seven that my bike requires. They had to fix and adjust spokes on both side to balance rim properly. I took it back to Sergio to to tell him that I found out what he lied to me. Hi kicked me out of store again and called the police because he did not want other people in store to listen to me. I thought he was a nice guy at first but now I know he is not. Save your money and go to Bicycle tree down the street.

I went this past Sunday to take my beach cruiser here that I haven’t used in about 10-11 years, Since high school. Now that I work by the beach I thought to go to the store and buy a new one for about 200$ plus dollars. But I just later changed my mind and why not fix up my oldie but goodie right? So I decided to look up some place online and check it out. I am born n raised from Santa Ana. So this place sounded perfect to me and it was right around the corner from my place. I was a little scared before going because I had no idea what I needed to make my old cruiser work again. So when I walked in I met Sergio the owner. He is probably the most OG humble hard working entrepreneur I’ve ever met from my city. He was very knowledgeable on everything. He explained and gave me options to choose from his shop. He gave me price ranges that were amazingly fair also. He gave me the best customer service I have ever had. Disney land/ Costco are garbage compared to this owners customer service help. He brought my hunk of junk back into life and continue another chapter of my life for 60$ dollars, more or less!!! We need a shop like this to be well known because its from our city and we need to support this awesome type of service available to our community. This man is blessed with god given talents that help us commute, watch our children ride their bikes for the very first time and remember our good times on ours.
