These folks are the best! Friendly staff who walk you through everything your bike needs, the causes, the fixes, and without making up extra excuses to charge you more. They spent almost an hour with me and fixed many issues of my bike! Ultimately I was charged sub 10 dollars and learned so much about my own bike. For any future biking inquiries, I would only go to this place!

Came across this gem of a shop on google when looking for a used bike for my son to use on his college campus. The employees were so responsive to what he was looking for, they were not at all interested in up-selling him, and they went above and beyond to make sure the bike he picked out was comfortable and safe for his needs. We 100% recommend the Bicycle Tree and encourage everyone to check them out first before going to any other bike shop!

Got a frame, derailleur and cable stop for a wonderfully low price. Frame fits my needs exactly and the staff were super helpful and answered all my questions (which I had a lot of). Cannot recommend this place enough. They were totally willing to work with me to find a frame that fit my needs and size.

Wow!!!!! Very special, magical place. I’ve never experienced anything like this. You feel better about life after a visit here. Really kind folks helpful about ANYTHING bike related, great music, and the best prices in the world. $7 for an HOUR of working with you on your bike!! Yes, $7!! They are a non-profit and that’s the suggested donation.I brought in an old 18 speed bike with a bunch of issues... An hour later Paul had it looking and riding like new for the same cost as a downtown beer. Most shops charge at least $150 for all this service. Long live The Bicycle Tree 🙏

It was suggested to visit The Bicycle Tree because of how they are different than most bike shops. The mechanic on duty will assist or teach you how to work on your own bike. They take donated bikes and do no buy bikes (because the bikes could be stolen). It is a non-profit organization and they do sell used bikes. I went with a pastor friend who bought a part for his bikes brake system and I needed a seat post and saddle.I believe the attendants name was Paul. He listens really well. Even though I did not bring my bike in, but knew the year and model, he found the correct circumference for my seat post and a I had a selection of two really nice saddles. If I bought the same at a standard bike shop I would have paid upwards to $90.00 or more. Here the sticker price was $35.00, but he gave it to me for $30.00. :- )Thanks a lot, and of course Ill be back.

Helpful mechanics, full range of tools, and quality used bike parts can all be found here. Paul can order tires for less than I can so whatever I need for my two bikes, I’ll be coming here. If the parts I need are in stock, I get them; if not, I wait until the following weekend and get them then.

The only 5 star place Ive reviewed. I wish I took pictures. The guys here are knowledgeable and teach you whats happening with your bike and explain the fix,so you can do it yourself in the future or if you know how to fix it but need certain tools this is the place. A little off the street, so you really need to look for it,and only open 4 days Wed& Thurs til 9pm and weekends til 5,only drawbacks to the business. FOR all the value they give you the time & location is easily overlooked.

I cant begin to talk about this place. Its something you really have to just feel and experience. Youll lose faith in buying new bikes. But its not just the great selection of fantastic used bikes they have. Its the environment and the vibe. I havent felt this is a very long time. I had the option to pick up a brand new bike from Walmart but I chose to go the used bike route because I knew the experience my little girl would get would be impossible to get elsewhere. They are such kind people and clearly know what theyre doing. If youre looking for a bike, any bike, go here first. Spend some time and I can assure you that youll find what youre looking for. The fact that you can get your hands dirty and they help you do it is just something that has to be experienced. I love it and highly recommend it to anyone whos remotely into biking. For yourself or for your kids. GO HERE FIRST.

This shop is very knowledgeable about all different types of bikes, not only knowledgeable but helpful and friendly. They allow you to work on the bike there and teach you how to fix it. The prices almost make me feel like I’m taking advantage of this place their so cheap, so I donated the change like $18.00 bucks cuz he only wanted to charge me like a couple of dollars to do a bunch of work so I just have the twenty and called it even.

These guys have lots of parts, some new, but lots of used that can be found for a build project or repairing your bike (spokes, wheelsets, brakes, etc.) and are cheaper and easier than finding what you need on-line. These guys are so awesome!! =)Came in here after having some trouble with my bike. Paul & Christopher here was so patient & helpful with fixing & teaching me so many different things about my bike.I learned so much today that i would have never known if I had to take it to an expensive bike shop & having someone fixing it for me. Yay! =)The people here not only help you with any problems that you have with your bicycle but they also teach you how to fix & answer all your questions about your bike. Its ONLY $7/hr to use all of their equipment & space & they provide the expertise to help guide you in fixing your bike. =) They wont turn you down if you down have $$ either. They also hold classes & have maintenance sessions where you can bring in your bicycle for help to get it fixed. They even have Sunday morning group rides which you can participate in also. Check out their website 4 more info.Feel free to call them if you have any questions. =)They give back so much to the community; its amazing that one small shop can make such a positive difference in a neighborhood.Tip: This place is great if youre a newbie cyclist/ student/ cyclist on a budget. They wont charge you an arm & a leg to help you fix your bike but you have to be willing to learn & be hands on in fixing your bike. =)Pro Tip: If you have any bike parts/ accessories / old bicycles that you want to get rid of please bring it here & donate it so that they can use it to help the community.

Their FINAL Sale was a success after a slow starting morning- ( conflicting bike Sale out in the country). I bought a nice SPECIALIZED Hard Rock road bike for approximately half its value. I scored big on the accessories: Kickstand $4., Rear storage bracket for $7 but the real deal was on the Currie eBike for (under $50!) less the batteries.its in great condition too!Paul really knows his stuff, he is the King of discounting and their labor fees are cheap because theres mainly volunteers. Kind of like a beauty school only there was no good gossip nor was a hair-cut required. 😁
