Great experience with this dealer. Service rep Steve was super helpful and you can tell he cares about service excellence. I went in for a clutch job that I thought was covered under my extended warranty (turns out it’s one of the few things not covered). Steve advocated for me and called Subaru of America to request at least some partial coverage. He was able to get me a significant reduction on a repair bill that would have been very costly otherwise . Thanks for being so attentive and helpful Steve!

I would 100% recommend this location. The atmosphere in this location is great. Company culture seems to be customer orientated.I’m well over 3000 miles away from my home state yet service adviser Stephen (25523) was extremely helpful & treated me as if I was a local(a repeat customer) & this is after him knowing I probably wouldn’t be back at this location for service (due to this being a impromptu oil change on my travels). Offered a (much needed) complimentary car wash & multipoint inspection. Subaru of Orange Coast made my “pit stop” stress free & the complimentary inspection gave me piece of mind.

During a routine oil change, they noticed a couple of my tires had reached an unsafe level of wear, so they ordered tires, mounted and balanced them, and did an alignment so my car is safe and operating properly.

I highly recommend Orange Coast service Dept. They are all very friendly, efficient and the work has always been done on a timely manner. I would recommend this dealership for buying a car no high pressure sales. 10 stars

Subaru Orange Coast is one of the best dealerships and Subaru Service Centers that I have been to and I can assure you it will be one of the best places you have gone to as well. They have some of the best prices to offer from any Subaru dealership and they don’t try to charge you for things that you don’t need like other Subaru service centers. John Roblee has been my advisor both times and I have never had one problem with him. He is very informative and helpful throughout the whole service process and in my opinion seems to always be looking out for the customer. It’s slightly far from where I live, but it is well worth the drive if you want your car to be serviced correctly and safely.

Drop off process was smooth and they did a good job staying in touch and keeping me updated. It is a bit pricey just for an oil change and tire rotation.

I am purchasing a used Outback from an online dealer and brought it into the Orange Coast service department for a full inspection to make sure there were no missed issues. I’m bad with names, but I think Daniel (?) was the one that helped us. He was very friendly and professional and I was checked in at my appointment time. The waiting area is nice, they have tablets for kids to play on, and overall the inspection didn’t take too long. Everything was explained clearly and the cost was definitely worth the peace of mind. I will be bringing my vehicle back to this location for my future routine maintenance.

Matt and Jessie were a great help to me when assisting with general maintenance and inquiries I had about the car. Very much subject matter experts and professional. Would definitely ask them to assist me again seeing how fast they were at their jobs.

Because the job had to take couple days, so he patiently took the time to explain us in details on what to expect on action items. The service manager that checked me in was very friendly and courteous, I had a problem with both my low beams and he was able to give me a quick quote and get me in and out of the service department in about two hours.

I called other Subaru dealers and was told that there was going to be about a one month wait to have the recall done on my car if I wanted to make an appointment. When I called Subaru Orange Coast they were willing to see me the same day if I needed however I was already at work so I just booked an appointment the next morning. The service attendant that I talked to even said the dealership would provide a loner car for me to get to work free of charge, which was new Subaru Forester Sport. They also noticed that my cars tire had a nail in it, so they patched the tire for no additional charge so that I could make it home safe.

Brought my car here for maintenance and had john, who helped me immensely. I had recently purchased a car from CarMax which was acting funny (carmax has a 7 day return policy, thank goodness). I brought it here and john looked at, pointed out many things I wouldnt have noticed and informed me the vehicle, with its issues. Was most likely in an unreported accident. Everything he said added up. I was able to return the vehicle and saved a huge headache.Got another Subaru brought it back and he was helpful with the maintenance I requested on that one.

I’m not the type of person that likes the idea of bringing your car to the dealership especially with all the horror stories from close people I know, but Stephen made everything as smooth as possible. He kept me up to date with any information I may have needed to know. My WRX was fixed in what felt like the next day. I dropped my car off Monday morning and the technician was able to diagnose the problem before the day was over. I wish I could give a higher rating for the amazing service.
