I drove from Northern California specifically to buy my car at Freeway Honda and was not disappointed! I would highly recommend working with Victor Torres. The service was fast and efficient with no buying pressure. Actually, this was the best car buying I’ve ever had. This is my second time heading to so Cal to purchase a vehicle and definitely worth the drive. I was in and out in two hours. Finance was quick and expedient yet very thorough with Hector’s help. I had multiple lease and purchase options reviewed by Victor in a detailed, clear and thorough manner. I felt like I knew exactly what I was heading into and didn’t feel the typical pressure. Down to walking me through every feature and even doing the last wipe downs on fingerprints and smudges and a full tank of gas, Victor was patient and thorough all the way through. You just couldn’t ask for a better car buying experience.

Bought a used Ford fiesta from them....salesman was terrific....however, their service dept., When it was time for an oil change DID NOT HONOR THE COUPON THEY SENT ME after my purchase for my first oil change after purchasing it, their service dept. Manager JOHN, was use....did everything he could to tell me that me and my Ford did not belong there and then, REFUSED TO TOP OFF ANY LOW FLUIDS AND SAID I HAD TO CALL THE FORD DEALERSHIP TO FIND OUT WHEN TO CHANGE THE OIL AGAIN AND REFUSED TO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THEY ACTUALLY DID AN OIL CHANGE THIS TIME!!!!!So much for their HELPFUL HONDA BRANDING, THIS LOCATION SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEIR SERVICE DEPT.S TREATMENT OF their used car purchase customers!! Am currently preparing all the documentation to forward to their Corporate Headquarters!Good luck future used car customers!!!

This was our first time bringing our vehicle here. We made our appointment at 7:30AM. There were only a couple cars in front of me as I arrived, but I was tended to immediately. My service advisor, John Beyer, was friendly.Prices are high for an oil change, tire rotation, and to inspect a few parts, but its to be expected with service from a dealership and I like knowing that the service will be properly recorded. My vehicle was ready in about an hour and a half. Upon arriving to pick up our vehicle, the service center was packed with a line of cars. I was fortunate that our service time was so early in the morning.The cashier couldve been a bit more friendly instead of treating me like a task. She never made eye contact during the I walked up until I paid. She then just said that my car should be outside and to just wait if its not. My vehicle was outside, but there was nobody around to open it up for me. A man came about 5 minutes later to give me my keys.
Sales person was quick and straight forward about the $$, which is what I asked. The mark up,because of the lack of vehicles is crazy, but what can I do??? Nothing. Overall the experience was one of the fastest I’ve ever had at a dealer. This is my third Honda so I definitely know a thing or two. The end game was to make a purchase. I love my car 🥰

Had an inconvenience with a used vehicle that I bought here a month and a half ago it wouldn’t start and had to Jump start it 4 different times I called the dealer the lady who answers the phone is extremely rude didn’t even care and before I can re explain just transferred me over to service departmentthankfully kenia was the complete opposite and was professional and good customer service and assured me it would get taken care of and I came today and the issue got resolved also Erick at the service department was very professional thank youmy advice would be that before u buy the car get everything you need cause the sales people will promise everything before u sign even the spare key… and then after they won’t care about you your just another sale in the pastAlso this is the 3 car I buy here

The car service center is super slow comparing to Honda world. It took them 1:30 hour to do an oil change without promised time on the paper. I will never lease their car here again due to slow servicing time.

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME at this dealership. Prior to coming to this dealership I spoke to Internet Salesperson Patrick. I asked Patrick for a quote on a Honda Civic in which he gave me verbally and over email.I confirmed the quote and color ($22,695)of the vehicle with Patrick over the phone several times since I had a 45 minute commute in front of me so I wanted to make sure the car was available .Upon arrival to the dealership Patrick brought out a different color and increased the price we had agreed upon by $3500. He never stated the additional $3500 increase over the phone or in our email communication. Please do not waste your time at this dealership since they give you false information.
Ask for Lee Gebran, he is the best! Very honest and comforting, he lets you make the decision by not pressuring you. He tells you how it is and gets straight to the point. I was able to get in and out within an hour and 40 minutes.

If you lease a vehicle from here you do not have to return it back to this dealer, you can sell it to another dealer when your contract is over or almost over even if you’re over the mileage the new dealer would not care, They want to buy your car to resell the vehicle and you pretty much have paid off a high percentage of the interest so it’s easy for them to buy and resell it. and they will buy the vehicle off of you no problem and give you money too if you took care of it. These guys are scam artists they’ll get you in a vehicle no matter what but in a jacked up rate, if you can take out a loan from SchoolsFirst Federal the interest rate would be the best option or sell it to another dealer.

I arrived at 3 to get an oil change, the time flew to 5:34 and Im wondering why its taking so long.. I find out the service department closes at 5 and they didnt bother letting me know the status of my vehicle and so I spoke to one of the janitors and he said the service department all went home .. Im so upset at this point because not only did I wait a long time, they forgot about me... I should have been serviced much better than this and maybe given a rental at this point. I was given my car keys a few minutes before six. Lol this was horrible customer service I understand we all get busy and forget but please time management is important and I did not appreciate this at all.

We originally got a lease here 3 years ago and had a wonderful experience. We got the exact car we wanted and a great rate as well. When we came to return the vehicle we weren’t sure if we wanted to get another or not but we had been looking at getting a Pilot. Amir helped us with our lease return and made that extremely easy. We mentioned looking at a Pilot and he helped us with that as well. He got us once again the car and the rate we wanted. We have had two great experiences here and will be back in another year when our other vehicles lease is up.

I loved dealing with Patrick Harding at Freeway Honda. For years, I’ve been going to Honda Rancho Santa Margarita to purchase/lease my Hondas. Recently, maybe it was a change of management or something else, but they weren’t giving me the best deals like they used to. I was terribly disappointed with how they treated me. They would always offer me these “promos” but they were all bait and switch. Each time I would show them a deal I got from another Dealership to see if they would match it, all they told me was “read the fine print”. Then enter Patrick at Freeway Honda! He gave me this sweet, sweet deal for my brand new Honda Odyssey Touring! The customer service was awesome! All we did was sign the papers when we got to the dealership, and next thing you know, we were driving home in our brand new 2021 Honda Odyssey Touring! Highly recommended dealership! And they’re very kid friendly too!
Could not be more exceptional! We contacted the dealership through a Honda website link after building the vehicle we wanted. Within minutes Greg Rivera, a sales associate, contacted us and was very knowledgeable on the vehicle we were wanting. We had previously interacted with other dealerships so knew what price was fair. Greg was able to lock in the price we wanted and the exact color/model with all the features (that needed to be added by the service dept). Greg even had to drive a ways to pickup the vehicle from another dealership so we could get the exact match. I thought this was amazing because he didnt even attempt to talk us into a similar vehicle (just different color) that he had on his lot. There was also no pressure for up sales. This means alot to us, I felt we were in great hands. Its great to purchase a vehicle so reliable from an outstanding dealership. Win/Win!

When my father and I walked into Freeway Honda a week ago, we were immediately greeted by Sunny. I explained to him that we wanted to see a specific model and he took us right outside to the area where they were. He had the best personality and was so nice and wasn’t pushy at all, like some car salesmen. We honestly had just left another Honda dealership where the salesman was not interested in our business. I told Sunny that I was very interested in the vehicle. He gave us his card and I made an appointment two days later to come back to purchase the vehicle. When we arrived for our appointment, he had my vehicle out front and we were immediately greeted by so many friendly staff! Sunny got everything we were looking for and the price was great! While we went to sign a few pieces of paper (Lol) with Hector in finance, Sunny took my vehicle to fill up the gas and get it washed. When we were ready to leave the lot in my new Honda, Sunny thanked us for the business and told me to call him any time with any questions. Because of Sunny’s personality, friendliness and courtesy towards us, we didn’t need to go anywhere else. We had already been to two other dealers where they obviously didn’t need the business. In all my years of purchasing cars, this was the best one ever. Rick Nemeth was the best salesperson I have ever had. I had no haggling back and forth. Explained to him what I wanted and he explained my options. I had the choice of purchasing my current car (a 2016 CRV) or buying a new one. I did purchase a 2020 and not a 2021, but it is what I wanted and could afford.Rick deserves a gold star on his office for being such an excellent salesperson.
This is our second encounter with Freeway Honda and Amir Fatanat. We didnt think it would get better than the first time, but it truly did! Given the crazy status of the world with the chip shortage, we still managed to walk out of the dealership as a happy returning customer and a future customer.Amir not only recognized us from when we came in about 2 years ago but treated us with an experience weve only gotten here. He was patient with my parents (they can be very picky) and went through explaining everything to make the experience very smooth. I visited many other Honda dealers in the Inland Empire and my experience was quite different... disrespectful, and deceptive. Didn’t inform me that my car was still under warranty (it’s got super low mileage and there’s no way they didn’t notice that) and charged me for a new AC filter. They didn’t do a thorough inspection because the AC was still making a noise after they “fixed” it. I eventually got it fixed at another Honda dealership where they replaced the AC compressor FOR FREE. The guys at Freeway Honda probably saw the CarMax sticker and assumed I didn’t know. Would not visit this place again.
The visit was good. The associates were courteous, but I did feel that they were not as knowledgeable as I would have hoped with the car technicalities. That said, our experience wasnt horrible, and we would go back.
This is the best place to get your Honda fixed or serviced. I go there, my kids take their Hondas there and my sister goes there. Ask for Jamie the services manager and he will help you. They have the best mechanics. Dont go to Hardin Honda, they only have newbie mechanics and are lousy mechanics.

This is a review for the service, and not the car itself which has been an unfortunately rough time. Saib Gonzalez was extremely helpful and understanding of my frustrations. He kept very good updates with the progress and made things as simple and as quick as possible when it came time to drop off/pickup the car. Honda America on the other hand could learn a thing or two from Freeway with their customer service and understanding of customer complaints. An extended warranty that expired during a pandemic where the car was not being driven, should have been given a bit of a grace period/further extension. If the car was driven regularly the issue absolutely would have been discovered early enough to still be covered in full, not just partial.
By far one of the fastest deals ever made. The workers are friendly and care very much about the satisfaction of their customers. I forget his last name but make sure to hit up Chris R. this is now the second car we have received from him. He really breaks down the big picture when getting a vehicle making sure the client is pleased with the end results. Overall this just the absolute best dealership.

Hector Gonzales and his brother Saib and indeed all of the Service advisors and staff to including the parts dept, have always been pleasant, courteous and professional. My Honda vehicles under the care of Freeway Hondas Mechanics have been maintained in like new condition for over 10 years. Often times work has been done at my request to avoid failures on the road that might require my wife or I to seek service at alternate auto service shops, we just dont feel comfortable doing that. Over the many years we have traded at Freeway Honda ( we go back to the Happy Honda Days ) We have always been provided prompt, professional and personalized service ; done right the first time with genuine Honda Parts or approved substitute applications ; always with the welcome assurance that the work was done by an Authorized Honda Service Center. My wife and I have never experienced the Quote Up-selling that I have heard of at other brand dealerships. We expect when buying an automobile, even a Honda, to be sold ( My wife thinks I am an easy mark for a good salesman )I want to be informed and made comfortable about my choice when purchasing a vehicle. I dont want to be sold SERVICE . That part of the relationship is just that SERVICE the dealer service department and its Advisors are there to offer service and advice about maintenance and safety related to Honda cars and trucks that already are the industry standard for dependable, affordable and reliable operation, for their owners. Our experience at Freeway Honda has told us that Freeway understands this relationship and their part in it. They Get It ! We have benefited from their understanding. I leased the new Honda Clarity electric, the sales person that helped me name is Amir and he is great guy and very helpful, but the paperwork took forever we spend almost all day, but overall Amir tried to make it easy, we got a great deal for 199$/month and 899 down, We love the car so far some issues sometimes with charging so I will take it to the service for the second time to check it out. Freeway Honda tried to rip me off by selling an extended warranty for $2,400 and they told me its only available at the time of a new vehicle purchase. This is a lie because you can buy authorized Honda extended warranties online for under $1,000 online from other dealers up to 6,000 miles. Then Freeway Honda told me their new vehicles come with alarms but I had to pay $795.00 to turn it on. Don’t be taken by these con artists.
