I dropped off my car to get the AC unit replaced and I was surprised at how fast they had my car ready and the price was lower that what I was originally quoted. Im definitely gonna be bringing in my car for regular maintenance and will be referring them to my friends and coworkers.

Mike and the crew took care of my car! Brought in my 2006 Mercedes E350 due to the secondary airflow causing my check engine light to be on, and he gave me a phenomenal price to fix that and do my front breaks. I’m back on the road and my car is running like new. I’lol only go to Mike for any of my mechanical needs from now on.

They got me a small part for my BMW that wasnt available at any other location in my area and they charged me the same as what was being charged on line. I saved money not having to pay for shiping(the part was under $20).Great friendly service.

BMB Rhinetrade is an excellent place to take your car for repair I 100% recommend them. I took my sons car (2004 BMW 325i) to get the alternator replaced and they were fast repairing it. Mike and his crew are excellent.

Beware!!!I have been a loyal customer of these guys for more than 6 yrs. Ed and his sons Mike and Joey are awesome people for sure. But somehow along the way, they lost something. Parts prices has gone up along with the economy no doubts, but their prices are starting not to be able to compete with online.Auto Repair... Wow... What a disappointment... It starts with their foreman in the shop. He seems to be somewhat knowledgable but has now gone to extreme to make prices higher and over charge. WATCH OUT, he always whispers and jacks up prices. This has happened to me with 3 occasions now. Arrogant also comes into play with his service, which is really not a nice way to earn ones business.At this point, I would advise you search elsewhere for services! BEWARE!!!

Brought my mazda in, blown suspension, worn brakes, bad oil. The works. These guys got my car fixed unbelievably fast and for a great rate! Car drives amazing now and they didnt break the bank. Will definitely be back.

The shop was closed for renovations when I had a mystery leak in my car. Mike took care me despite to renovations. Turns out I had a gigantic gushing wound on the inside of my tire along with a bent rim. They fixed it same day and charged me a very fair price. Definitely coming back for my future car problems/services.

I first called them and they were very polite and so I went in told the problem and they got right to it, they then emailed me the estimate of repairs and called & asked if I can go in and went over the exact problem and gave me a few options to get me BMW running smooth again. These guys are great! Ât first I was skeptical about going there. I had got in an accident and my BMW needed serious attention. I hooked up with mike he made me feel very comfortable and confident that I was in good hands. I was really worried about the color match..Long story short they finished my car in five days and it was so nice when I got it back. Perfect color match he even took care of some damage that wasnt part of the claim. Now Im taking my car back to have motor mounts replaced. I have been taking my 1982 300SD to Rhinetrade for nearly two years and have nothing but good things to say about the service, quality and price. I have been to several local shops specializing in Mercedes Benz cars, but none compare to Rhinetrade. Thats why Im more than willing to drive nearly 40 miles from my home in the South Bay to Rhinetrade. And, did I mention, I always compare rates from the local shops in my area (just in case), but they dont come close to the excellent value and phenomenal service provided by Mike at Rhinetrade.

Found Rhinetrade on Google maps next to my office and glad I did!Mike Saad is the man and the technicians were awesome..My 550i was put on the rack and diagnosed quick... The brake indicator lit up on the dash and I thought it was time to replace the front and back..After the wheels were removed, they showed me that all I needed was the rear replacement only... No upsale.. just straight shooting.I would recommend this place to everyone who wants to save money from the Dealer and get better quality work..They are now my go to people for my BMW!

Mike has always been more than fair to me. One instance they smelled gas in my car which I didnt notice. It was a faulty gas tank, they could have replaced it at $3000 but Mike told me to check with MB. They did not have a recall but they did have some clause were they had to replace it for free. Mike generally charges me half of what MB charges. Just yesterday he replaced a coil on one of my cylinders and did not charge me labor just the cost of the part. In my books his mech. and him are top notch, cannot recommend him enough.

Straight-UP Pros. I had a problem with the ABC light on a CL500. I took it to two other shops and they read the code and just advised to replace the pump. Mike actually advised to flush they hydrolic system and see what happens. It actually worked and I saved about $1500 not getting a part that would not have solved the problem. Would definitely recommend.

UPDATED REVIEW (1) StarAn updated review of this European Mechanic Shop. They indeed provided me with expedient mechanical service along with good customer relational experience. However, I’m unable to recommend this shop as they failed to disclose/recognize several issues with a vehicle I brought here to be fully inspected and “cleared” by their technicians. Their Pre-Purchase Inspection’s certificate of approval ended up costing me several thousands of dollars and countless headaches.As stated during my original review, they did not check the air conditioning unit which later caused me several hundred dollars. Additionally, they stated the brakes were below threshold; which was later revealed (by a BMW technician) these had roughly 70% of remaining life.Within several weeks of ownership, the inspected vehicle’s mechanical standing rapidly deteriorated. Issues such as engine misfires (caused by plugs and coils), drive train malfunctions, clogged catalytic converter and burned out oxygen sensors. I’m not a mechanic, which is why I came to this facility and trusted these gentlemen with my potential financial decisions. Unfortunately, I paid the piper and an exuberant amount of money in both mechanical repairs and loss during trade.Not sure if this was a once in a lifetime oversight, technicians were tired that day (as it was a few days before Christmas) or just bad luck. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this shop to anyone in lieu of their failure to do their jobs correctly.**********************ORIGINAL REVIEW (4) StarsA European vehicle mechanic shop with tons of talent on its floors.While in the market for a European vehicle and after finding a good example in the area--I made multiple calls to find a shop that conductedPre-Purchase Inspections (PPI). Unfortunately, they were all undisposed to work on Saturdays near the holidays.These guys however, were pleasant to speak with and provided a competitive pricing; even though they later charged $20 more than originally quoted on the phone during checkout. Location is quite challenging to find and hard to get in (signage is highly recommended) as they have tons of vehicles (old and young); awaiting much needed services.Upon arriving, they expediently threw the car on a lift and begun inspecting the undercarriage. They conducted a prompt visual and computer systems inspection to find rear brakes below their specified recommendations; which later aided me in the negotiation process. Unfortunately, they did not test the air conditioning system; needing repairs after purchasing and costing nearly a right ear.Although I did not (and understandably) receive the same level of service (being a new customer and all), I noticed two existing customers (a Boxster and an E60) that received awesome care and additional mechanical services. This speaks very well of their customer relations and attention for their workmanship.

I had an issue with my e550 (air suspension) then I talked to mike, they replace the strut, then about 2 weeks after that, the strut blew up then I took the car back, then this guy Mike took care of the rest he called the parts company got me a new one, replaced it. Im still driving it like new..... Thanks a lot you guys.

Beware, of what?! Exceptional service at a reputable shop? First off, you dont return to a place of business where you feel youve paid too much and were treated poorly, if thats truly what happened. Furthermore, you certainly dont give them your hard earned money and trust them with your vehicle 3 times in a row, if youre so greatly dissatisfied. That being said, I call bullshit on Mr. Lees negative review.Ive been taking my Mercedes to this shop since the day I purchased it and have never once had a poor experience. Mike Saad and his team are very down to earth and extremely efficient at what they do. I really appreciate that they ALWAYS are able to squeeze me in and have my car back to me in no time at all. I am notorious for calling last minute because I, myself, am very busy with clients and life, as we all are, and they get me in by the next day. They always shop for the best prices on parts and I am confident that they will always use quality parts on my vehicle, that to me is worth paying for. Perhaps you can find cheaper parts online, however they are cheap. I dont want my engine to say PlaySkool on it, so I am willing to trust in Mike and his mechanics to install quality parts at the best rate possible. They are certified for a reason. I also respect the fact that they respect me and speak directly to me regarding any issue with my car. I have been having my vehicle serviced, repaired and babied for over 5 years with Rhinetrade. I am very thankful I have found such a hardworking and honest family run mechanic shop. They always listen to any issues I may have with my BMW and always recommend a more conservative approach and solution. I trust in the parts they purchase. I have had other aftermarket parts put in my vehicle from a previous repair shop before I met Rhinetrade and the quality Rhinetrade uses for German vehicles are the best in the market in comparison and more affordable. My BMW is over 8 yrs old with over 200,000 miles and I truly believe my vehicle would not have the longevity it does today without the continued service it receives from Rhinetrade. In todays economic conditions and with my vehicle being a main part of earning my paycheck, I am very fortunate to have met this great group of individuals.
