I have been going to Pro Auto for nearly 26 years. No matter the issue Kim charges me fairly and 99% of the time has been able to fix the problem. He has seen me through many vehicles and has seen me angry, depressed, etc... He is always kind, goes above and beyond to help me out. I cannot see myself going to anyone else. I dont have a my doctor, or a my dentist, but I have a my mechanic. Today I was in and out. I recently purchased another used vehicle and needed to get a smog check. I was there for 20 minutes, if that. Passed with flying colors. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Pro Automotive and Kim.
