My service advisor, Rafael Perez, was, as always, extremely professional, explained everything very well, listened to my description of the problemsand did everything possible to give me the reassurance that my car/I was well taken care of.I was disappointed to see that more than half of the employees (not Rafael) did not wear masks and, obviously, the customers were not required to wear one inside. Also, the poor planning that resulted in a wait of one and a half hours for the loaner I had reserved was disappointing.I will still return given the excellent service Rafael Perez is always giving.

Fantastic experience. We were from out of town when we got a serious warning light on the car. We were able to get in right away and have it fixed on a Saturday. We got a loaner car and the whole thing was seamless. Raphael took great care of us, Who is very knowledgeable and explained things well and was sympathetic to our predicament. We don’t live in the area but if we ever needed service again we would definitely go here.

I recently got my 2020 530e serviced at Crevier for minor software glitches and a Check Engine Light. 90% of the time I come and leave satisfied and 10% I’m questioning why I drive 50 miles past other dealers to get mine serviced here.My new service advisor Dan is great, love the guy. He always communicates with me, is honest/transparent and polite. He’s a 5 star advisor.Now my experience. I received my car back with something spilled on the steering wheel cowl and center console. There’s also a tear in the leather on my steering wheel. I clean my vehicle myself and ironically cleaned it the day before my service. So I know for a fact it was spotless.I reached out to Jackie D. About my experience and she replied that someone would be in touch however that’s where the emails ended. On my receipt it says if I didn’t receive a 5 star experience to reach out, well I didn’t and I reached.

Car was towed in wouldn’t start, hard brake pedal. Was old battery. Replaced it fixed problem it then showed various other errors. Troubleshot. Erased error codes. Did not come back. Likely related to low voltage on battery.

My experience this time was not great. After 48 hours of dropping off my car at the service department, I still have not heard from anyone regarding the status of my car. I had to call twice to get an update. Our service representative did not have the decency to call me, so he texted me instead. He told me that they are waiting on a part before they can move forward. I totally understand that we have to wait for a part to arrive, but what I cannot accept is why it took over 48 hours to inform us. We had no loaner and had to do without a car for a total of 72 hours. I am quite disappointed but will probably think twice before I recommend Crevier or a BMW to any of my friends. By the way, this is my 4th BMW.

My service representative, Mark Caudillo, is awesome! He always goes out of his way to make sure I’m taken care of, even if I don’t have an appointment. My battery died (after 6 years, not bad) and I let Mark know. He got me all set up and on my way the very next day. I definitely recommend Crevier Service, ask for Mark!

I was just happy with the speed and ease with which they took care of my little 2017 BMW i3. The 12V battery gave up the ghost THE VERY DAY my warranty expired. Still, as BMW is discontinuing the i3 (I was going to get the 2022 with better range until I learned this:( I want to keep driving my 2017 as long as it makes sense. Such a great style! Anyway, Crevier BMW is SOOOO much better than Irvine when it comes to service and…they have a Starbucks. Donnie, you did that for me. I just know! Overall very pleased:)

I’ve serviced my 3 series multiple times here. All my services with Eric Li have been great! Eric is real professional, helpful, and kind. Besides that my car has been taken care of greatly mechanically. One thing I believe needs improvement is the car wash they offer for free. It’s cool that the wash is free and all but there’s times that I wonder if they even care about how clean they leave my car. 😆

Service advisor was excellent. However, after numerous attempts the technicians were not able to repair the car. I believe Crevier did all they could do but BMW let us all down regarding parts.

Reservation was easy to make. I was greeted promptly. Met with my advisor. Check in was easy. Love the new online update and cashing out. Maintenance was well done, Car was clean, and Mark C. My advisor was very helpful.

Went in to replace my brakes and was made aware that my car needed alot more work than expected and more than I budgeted foe. Decided to just get an oil change and wanted to come back the following week. Sonny was great until he realized I wasnt going to pay $3000+ for repairs today and the complimentary wash I was going to get didnt happen because the car wash thing stopped working suddenly. Yet as I drive out, I see a freshly washed car leaving with water still dripping. Also was told to get my own car rather than them driving it up to the front, which the cashier made clear - every other customer gets thats treatment. Was looking forward to coming back but unfortunately if youre not ready to pay what they want, you wont get the treatment you deserve as a BMW customer

Five stars for Eric Li, my service advisor. After 10 years of driving only Volvos, made the switch to BMW this year and this was my first service appointment with BMW and Crevier. Eric was friendly, professional, and thorough. He took detailed notes on the noises I was hearing from my car and updated me regularly on the status of my car while it was being diagnosed and serviced.I had to dock a star for Crevier - the manager of the service department or loaner department needs to do a better job of reviewing loaner inventory ahead of time and ensuring that the customers who requested loaners in their appointment would have a vehicle available when they show up. The first day I showed up, I was told there would be at least a 2 hour wait as loaners were all gone. I had to drive back home and reschedule for another day. I understand there are limited loaner vehicles so the manager should review and reschedule some customers if the expected demand is higher than the supply of loaners for the following day.

I highly recommend Crevier BMW for you lovely car, I am having a issue with my car braking system that another BMW dealer is not going to find the issue and told me everything is normal but I am sure the issue is more than the normal range, so I went to Crevier BMW and ask them to help me. Service advisor Eric Li is very professional and patient to help me with the issue. And they have fixed the issue in just one day which was bothering for more than 6 months. So I highly recommend this dealership and service advisor ERIC Li for your service. I will definitely come back to this dealership for my future services.

While the diagnosis and repair took a few days since my vehicle has a diesel engine, Eric kept me well informed of the progress. At the same time, I became concerned that the repairs where going to be costly; however, I’m very pleased that Eric kept cost in mind while providing me with the best approach to repairing my X5. Thanks to those in the shop and Eric for providing exceptional customer service. Definitely recommend asking for Eric when visiting Crevier service department.

Overall service are good but estimated cost was not accurate. The actual cost was doubled up from estimation.

Wet professional, they have financing options which is nice since everything with BMW’s are so expensive to do anything. The only thing I was very disappointed with was their detail department. I gotMy car back and it was clearly not touched inside (cleaned), the rims still had grease all over them and were black. I asked for it to be sent back, and I sware they vacuumed the one seat and one wheel and it came back in the exact same condition. VERY disappointed in the detailing department.The rest of my experience was good. The people were friendly and eager to help. This will be my go to shop from now on.They even found something wrong that was not the reason I brought it, and fixed it through my warranty.

The complimentary carwash still not open? When we purchased our car we were promised to be able to have the car washed for free. Now they are saying that because of COVID the car wash is closed but when you take your car in for service, they wash your car?

Eric was kind, professional and easy to work with. My repairs were expensive and he worked with me without being dismissive or judgmental. He also actually called me and communicated with me regarding the status of my car.

I was there thinking about buying a X4 but there isnt a sell persons around so I figure it time to change the oil. I bought 5 qts and a filter for 2018 328i, It cost me about $100 plus for it, SO no customer service on the floor, And it a stealership, I bought my car from them. But not anymore, Ill now order it on line from now on.

BEWARE BEFORE TAKING YOUR CAR FOR A DETAIL INSPECTION. Took my 640i for a pre purchase inspection. Later I found out that they did not do a thorough job and missed half of the issues. It seems they just looked at what was exposed and never took the time to open the bottom cover to see what was going underneath the car. Very disappointed with the whole experience. They are a certified dealer to provide professional service, but they were very unprofessional and dissapointing

Mark Caudillo was very helpful, i had my 2020 M340i in the shop for 1 month and 9 days for steering rack issue. He was informative and easy to work with.

This place is awful. Brought our 2011 528i in to replace the battery and check out why a few lights on the dash were on. They came back with a $13,000 (more than vehicle is worth) estimate for complimentary assessment of suggested repairs. None of the $13k including looking the lights on the dash, that would be more money. Huh?

1st time here for service, easy in and out, loaner car process was seamless, thats never happened at any dealership Ive done service at.UPDATE - pickup was messed up, about 4 ppl getting cars when i went to cashier, all about 5 mins, 20 mins later still no car, see 5 other cars leave and nothing. valet/porters see me and dont say anything, can i help you? nothing. finally asked and they say its coming, 10 mins later asked again and looks like they had some gal go and get it for me. 30+ mins is unreal.
