I was highly recommended to this shop by one of my neighbors. I needed some work on my Audi A4 which was just parked in my driveway for weeks because the prior auto shop I had taken it to didnt know what they were doing at all. I am glad I found this shop. Hugo is the best! Ive been to many different servicing centers before and hands down Hugo provides the best service! Hes very responsive and accommodating to my last minute requests and his price is one of the most reasonable ones around the area. He also went above and beyond to help me send my car to a nearby tire shop to get me new tires. Hes really great and even though his shop is a little out of the way from where I live, Ill still come back here because I trust his service!

I took my car here to get my A/C checked, because it didn’t blow cold air. It turns out my condenser had a small leak that another shop didn’t notice. This place found the problem and fixed it with fast service. The rates are great, this place is for sure my go to place, everyone is very friendly here.

This place is an absolute diamond in the rough. You wouldnt even really see it from the street as its hidden behind a little used car dealership, but Im so glad I found it.I needed the flex plate replaced on my 2000 Suburban 2500. I sent inquiries to about 10 different shops detailing exactly what I needed. Hugo promptly responded to my message and his quote was less than HALF what the other shops were quoting me. Sounded too good to be true right? For once I was wrong!Hugo was totally flexible with me when I wanted to drop off my truck and was kind enough to get the job done sooner than he initially told me despite his repair bays being full with higher-end Audis and BMWs... a good sign that he does good work and keeps busy.He was also able to accommodate me picking up my truck after-hours and even topped off all my fluids before I paid and was on my way.Highly recommend Hugo and HN Auto Repair.
