Don’t ever take your car with this shop ! They lied to you ! They just wanna charge you more money for storage ! Costumer service so terrible !! I had my car for an estimate and they never gave me one, I had to call them more than 20 times in order for them to answer my calls ! Be careful with this body shop ‘ it’s the most terrible place. One week later they answered my call and I didn’t wanted to do no business with them, they were supposed to bring my car and they haven’t bring it yet and they still have it and they’re not answering my calls ! Please BE CAREFUL ! I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE NOT EVEN TO MY ENEMY !!!!!

Very satisfied with the way my car came out. I bought this 2004 g35 used and looking really old. I was confident to bring it to Richard and his team knowing that they always do a great job. You be the judge with the before and after photo. They have a very reasonable price compared to other shops and very nice people to work with. Sonja was very nice and knowledgeable when she gave me the quotes for 2 cars to be repaired.

So, my coupe was damaged in the front from being clipped, and all I needed was a front bumper and a side panel with a touch-up paint job. This is not a very complicated fix and yet it took them 3 months to finish and it was postponed multiple times. When I was finally able to pick up my car they told me to wait in a rather impolite manner because they still weren’t finished by noon when they told me that I could come pick it up. I waited for two more hours while they took it on multiple test drives and polished it. However when I pulled out of the shop they gave me my car back without any gas from doing all those test drives and my car died in the middle of an intersection half a mile later. I have never seen such a horrible case of indifference to customer relations. However, the only reason I’m giving this place 2 stars instead of the well-deserved 1 star review is because the quality of the fix was actually very good and exceeded my expectations. I really wish I could give this place a good review for the great quality work they did but I was deeply infuriated with their incompetent approach to customer service and the 3 months time that it took for them to finish.
