Had my first accident a couple of weeks ago. I contacted my best friend to see if he knew any good auto shops and he highly recommended me Angeles Automotive. I met with Marc and he explained to me in great detail on what was going to be done to my car. After about a week and a half, I got my car back and it looks excellent. Its as if nothing ever happened. Marc keeps you updated on the status of your car and what is currently being worked on. He is very professional and very friendly and I would highly recommend him. I’ve never had to go to a mechanic so when I got into an accident i wasn’t sure where to go that would do a good job on my car. So my girlfriend recommended me to Angeles automotive and introduced me to the owner Marc. Super friendly and explained everything that needed to be done without sugarcoating anything. My car was expected to take about 2 weeks and they finished in less time which was great. Got my car back and they did such an amazing job! The car looked practically brand new! They are thieves, literally. I took my car for an estimate and they gave me a price 5 times more than any other place and I went there to get my car back and they said I have to pay for storage fee. They have never mentioned anything and at first they are very nice but if you decide to take your car, they will do anything it takes to make money out if you. And also the place is so sketchy and they are just bunch of crooks getting high there and dont know what they doing

This is my second time coming here meaning i haven’t had the best luck with my car but i did have the best luck finding this spot here!The first time i got into an accident the back corner of my car was basically torn off but they fixed it up here making it look brand new!Then recently a woman trying to park her car hit the gas instead of the brake going head first into my car that i just recently got fixed. Had a slow speed encounter with a giant pothole in a parking lot that summarily all but ripped my front bumper off. Front end undamaged but it was hanging by a thread. Really good work at a reasonable price. Great customer service as well. Yeah the shop is a small, tough to find, seemingly family run operation but dont judge a book by its over. They do really good work at fair prices. And when the bumper I brought to them to paint was the wrong one for my car, they were helpful enough to find the correct one for me and pick it up to save me the hassle. Thanks again for all your help through the headache with the parts supplier.

Took my WRX here after a head on Collision and had a quote for around 6K, Marc was willing to cut me a deal and help me out by taking 1K off of the quote. I got into an accident, and the front end of the passenger side of my vehicle was a mess. The bumper and headlamp broke off, and the fender was done. Mark offered me an amazing price to get everything replaced and fixed up, and he and everyone at Angeles auto did an amazing job. They did beautiful work and went above and beyond by getting the car detailed and even replacing the ruined headlights without adding any extra costs. I accidentally ripped my driver side front bumper while pulling out of the parking. The owner was very accommodating as he repaired it when it was 8 at night on a weekday. Unfortunately my card was not working and he was the sweetest as he drove me all the way to Bristol at my home as I had cash at home. Very patient and humble human being. The work done on car was also marvelous. Very quick and helpful and they do know their business when it comes to car. Would definitely go again.

After finding this place on yelp I took my car over for an estimate. Water was dripping in the parking garage of my apartment and left big water stains on my car. When I called they told me to come over and when I got there was greeted by Marc who was very nice and helpful. He looked at my car and told me everything they were going to do and assured me they could fix it no problem. So a few days later I decided to make an appointment and called in the morning. I asked when the soonest appointment was, to my surprise he said to bring it in that afternoon! So I took it in later that afternoon around 2pm and spoke with Michael, who was also very nice and helpful, and he told me that it should only take about a day. So I went back to work and figured I would get it the next day but to my surprise around 6pm I got a text saying it was ready! So I headed on over and they showed me the car. It looked SO GOOD! They did an amazing job, even got out some older scratches on door. My car has never looked better. Between the great customer service and the great price I’m glad I didn’t go anywhere else. I plan on coming back for all of my car needs.

Fast and quick service. I needed to have something fixed asap and they were able to fix my car so I could keep driving it. They had the part I needed the next day and it didnt take that long to fix. Definitely come here if you are in a hurry and they are opened later then other shops.

Marc was responsive when I texted him. One of his employees broke a part accidently while fixing the car and lost one of my floor mats but Marc took full responsibility and ordered the new part from the dealer and bought new front floor mats and reduced my total cost for the hassle/inconvenience of coming back.

Marc is very nice and helpful. As soon as I brought in my car to do body repair, he was able to examine my car and tell me exactly what needs to be changed and what doesnt. This past July I was in a minor fender bender, which caused great damage to my front bumper. Although I have insurance I didnt want to report anything just yet because I was afraid my payment was gonna go up. So I looked around the area for quotes and checked out a few locations and wasnt pleased with what I had found. Some places were a bit pricey and looked sketchy. So then I decided to check out Yelp and the first place I came across was that of Marcs. It was a Sunday morning so I called to see if they were open and he quickly returned my call and told me I could stop by that very moment. Luckily its near my area in Santa Ana so I decided to take my car in to be checked. He then gave me the total cost for the damages and told me he could have it ready to go within a week! And sure enough, it was ready by the weekend. Marc is great! He is trustworthy, knowledgeable and understanding. He is really helpful and takes good care of not just your car but you, the customer, as well. Since then I have gone back a few times for other issues my car has had and he keeps being helpful. I give this place a 5/5! Great customer service and outstanding results on the car.

Before I found this place I had spent half my day looking for a body shop that would paint and install a front lip spoiler for my car. They either told me they didnt do after market or they charged me way to much. Thankful I was able to find Angeles-Automotive, they took on the task and did it all for a very reasonable price. Not only was I more then happy with the final result of my car but the customer service I received was beyond what I expected. I can definitely say I will be going back whenever I need work done to my car.

We found Marc on a whim after our spoiler fell off on the freeway. He let us come over right away to get an estimate. It was $450 less than what the dealership quoted us. My battery light kept flashing so I went to Autozone to see if my alternator was bad, which it was. Immediately I started calling repair shops to see if they had an alternator for my car in stock even though it was approaching the time most places close. Every place I called said they need to order it since I have a car that is no longer made and it would take 2 days, except for Angeles. I took my car in the next morning and Mark was able to have an alternator for my car in 30 minutes and was cheaper then all the other places I called. I was very surprised at how quick he was able to get it and the price. Thank you Mark :)

I brought in a Mercedes gla 250 with a big dent on the door and a couple scratches on the bumper, also even threw in our mirror while at it. I had right fender damage and 1st place I called was a local auto repair place and got a quote which was just as high as my delectable my second quote was to Marc at Angeles I sent him pictures and info about my damage within an hour he responded with the complete price that was fair and straight shooters which I appreciate. Had a bumper, tailgate and rear quarter panel that had dents, dings and scratches from several different incidents over the years. Mark gave me a great price on getting all three areas fixed. He even corrected another area of the car at no charge after I forgot to mention in the original quote. Got the car back in 3 days as promised and the repairs looked great. My daughter said she didnt do it, but - well - she had a big gash on the passenger side of her white Corolla when she came back from school. Ugly. I asked a friend about a shop and he Recommended Angeles Automotive. I thought while in there also have them work the back bumper which was dinged, scraped - abused.
