Caliber Collision in Santa Ana consistently provides me with excellent customer service and always performs high-quality repair work on my damaged vehicles. The areas requiring repairs and new paint look brand new when the job is done. All of the staff members are professional and polite. They do not consider their work to be done until the customer is 100% satisfied. I give this body shop the highest recommendation. Caliber Collision is also a AAA approved facility, which is a clear sign the shop is ranked among the best in the business.

It used to be a good place. Brought my car here previously. This time it took almost 2 months to fix the front end. No communication from this shop unless I called. They said the repair was not done right twice so it had to be redone? Look else where. The one in Newport is a good one.

We had one of our delivery vehicles repaired recently and the Team at Caliber Collision kept us up to date by sending us text messages keeping us informed of the repairs, painting and when the vehicle would be ready for pickup. Flawless Process, Friendly and Professional Customer Service .

After a bad fender bender it was such a relief to deal with the caring professionals at Caliber. They treated us like their own family. Especially Sean, what a caring soul, definitely a boss someday.

I am only giving 5 stars because of Andrea ! She made it seem like it was her car she was waiting for also, the updates, the apologies for the delays everything was so professional with her, give her a raise . I was irritated at one point and made it known to her I was, and her professionalism put me at ease. Never once did I feel I was in bad hands. Only thing I would suggest is to ask future customers if their car has aftermarket parts prior to taking it in because as we experienced, delays will happen. The body shop guys did an amazing job with everything putting everything together but the star of the show was Andrea . Highly recommend

I had a minor ding that pushed my right front fender causing the door not to open. I was expecting to leave it there for a few hours since the work would have been minor. Andrea(?) helped me and told me to wait a few minutes while she took the car to the mechanic. Five minutes later, she brought it back fixed and I was able to open the door again. I offered to pay for the labor, but she refused. She said it was on the house this time. I am grateful for their generosity. I hope you give them a try when you need some auto body repair.

Horrible customer service, not professional at all and I felt my business here was very unappreciated. I had a long list of places I could’ve taken my car too and I choose this specific place because I had a great experience here 4years ago with my white Chrysler’s body work. I own a blue one now and was told my car would be ready in 2weeks on June 4th however when the date was coming up I called to touch basis and was notified that they were waiting on a part that they ordered that would get there from June 7-10th and my car would be ready on June 11th. I seen they close at 5pm and I work from 8am- 5pm therefore I requested to leave work early so I can make it in time to get my car back FINALLY and upon arrival Miguel told me they had to wash my car and it was now 5:30 I received my car close too 6pm and when I got my car the man driving it had some very dirty boots that left my floor mats pretty marked up it was disappointing. I literally went home to clean my car myself and once I got my key I noticed they had given me my key back without my keychain. Like why would they even remove it for? I will definitely not be coming here for business again. I didn’t even receive an apology because I left work early and made arrangements for my kids to be picked up and fed just to make it by 5pm and they said it would be ready by that time Since that is when they close, however I received my car till closer to 6pm. I was disappointed every step of the way with the process of fixing my car. They did a good job on fixing it but that doesn’t excuse the fact that my time here wasn’t appreciated. This is my experience I hope you guys will better your services and the impact it has on your customers. Best regards

The secretaries are really polite, but the guy that inspected my car basically called me a lier, my car was side swiped damaging the drivers side of my car and mirror but the inspector said he didnt believe me 🤬 I kept my cool 😎 and took my car to another location, I was in the car when it was struck I know what happened 😆

I left my wifes car here to have an estimate done on it, I left some items in the car thinking they would be fine, nothing too expensive just a yoga matt and some sun glasses. Went to release the car today and the items I left in the car were gone. I confronted the staff member in charge of the estimate, he claimed no one was supposed to move anything within the car and that he would ask his team but they had picture of the trunk. Its not hard to remove something and then take a picture. I genuinely think someone took the items put of my wifes car and pocketed them, super dissapointed with the response and just lack of responsibility they had for their staff. Lesson learned, dont leave your car here with anything valuable or semi valuable inside, someone on their team will likely steal it. Wish I could give 0 stars because its just total lack of customer care and refusal to admit that its their fault. Not to mention the person incharge of my wifes car and the estimate denied and argued with me that I must of taken the items already, guess he knows me better than myself. Totally unprofessional.

Back in March of this year my 2012 Chevy Impala LTZ had work done for body repairs and damage after the accident and everything went smooth. Caliber Collision makes it easy and fast. I was expecting to be highly satisfied by Caliber Collision because of all the great reviews, but unfortunately I cannot say that they came even close to meeting my expectations. First, there was a problem with timeliness. I was told my car would be ready Thursday afternoon or Friday morning at the latest. Friday morning I received a call stating they were putting everything back together and needed time to vacuum and wash the car so they said they would call me in the afternoon when it was ready. This wasn’t in the original time frame, but it didn’t bother me because it wasn’t that far off. I got a call at 4:45 stating my car would be ready at 5:30 because they were washing it. I spent 55 minutes in traffic to get to the center only to wait almost 45 more minutes because they still needed to wash it. Then it became unacceptable. When it finally came out, I noticed they had forgotten to put the bumper cover on, so I ended up having to leave it there overnight to get it today.Today they offered to deliver it to me. The driver was “on his way”. When traffic is light, as it would be on a Saturday morning (Google maps estimated 22 minutes) the delivery should have taken way less than the 2 hours it took.Upon receiving my car I had more “surprises”. My AM radio no longer works because the antenna was not connected correctly. There are bubbles and pits in the paint on the bumper. The bumper pad is not flush with the bumper. There is a significant gap that wasn’t there before. There is a new wire visible behind my rear view mirror that wasn’t there before. The grab handle above the rear passenger door looks like it is about to fall off. Some touch up paint appeared on my door (unrequested)which is several shades darker than the rest of the car. The bumper no longer matches the car because it is darker too.I’m sorry to say I don’t think Caliber lived up to its 4.5 star ratings.

Incredibly unprofessional service. We were told to come in on a Saturday between their operating business hours of 9am and 12am and after coming all the way down to Santa Ana we found a lovely piece of paper telling us that they were actually closed. Of course, when I insisted that I make an appointment over the phone, the person told me just to come in so there was therefore no way to alert us that they would actually be closed today because they decided not to be professional and take an appointment. Wont be considering them again. If they arent professional enough to know if they are open, they probably arent professional enough to handle your other services.

From start to finish, Every single person who assisted me in handling my repairs went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied that all my questions were answered. When I declined a rental vehicle and mentioned I would take the bus home, Luis offered to give me a ride home which was far more than I ever expected

I brought my Honda Fit to the dealer after having been rear ended and they suggested Caliber Collision. The damage was minor - two holes in the fender from the license plate bolts on front of the other car. I was satisfied with my overall experience.Negatives:- wait time // it took 3 work days Thursday @7am - Monday @5pm- price // it cost $800 and only 5% of it was parts (though I cant really complain since I didnt pay for it)- updates // I had to call them in order to get an update on my car.Positives:+ customer service // they were very kind and helpful to answer any questions I had. Jason was helpful.+ quality work // the work did what their moto said+ free car wash+ free coffee

Expert repair and great personel service. Car bumper repaired through insurance. Done one day sooner they even dropped my car off at my work and pick up the rental car for me. Even though insurance covered it their prices were very very fair.That same day smacked front bumper on garage door corner. Took back to caliber the next day they buffed it touched up paint looks better than before. Five minutes it was done as a courtesy to a past client
