After the hurricane my husband and I went here to try to get more generator oil. Their power was out but the owner/manager/ someone was standing at the door doing their best to give people what they needed. It was a HUGE act of kindness! They didnt have the generator oil but we appreciated their efforts and generosity to the public during an extreme time of need! Thank you ACE! Top notch!!

Great place, very nice customer service. Its quiet prices are very fair. Im guessing its one of the last mom and pop run stores in the area. But they ALWAYS have a smile. Willing to help and answer the phone. If you are looking for anything they will quickly help you find it.Fantastic place will keep shopping.Always keep that smile Heather!!

Excellent serviceI had to buy and cut several plexiglass sheets so I wanted to get to the store with enough timeHowever I got there 15 minutes before closing time, not enough time to cut all I need itThe person that helped me, Mike I think was his name, was very understanding and stayed with me for about 20 minutes past closing timeHe has a great attitude and ensured that I got all the measurements exactly like I needed themWhen I came out from the back of the store I realized the manager was waiting to close the doorI apologized for the delay and he told me that there was no problem whatsoever, he also had a great attitude even though he had to wait for quite a while to ho homeThis is the stored to go when you need anything, even if you have to drive some more miles to get there!!!

What a great experience! Helpful and friendly staff... Tall Mike tried multiple ideas to try and make a plumbing issue I had work. If the store carried a wider variety of parts that I ultimately found elsewhere, I am confident that he would have come up with a solution.

I’m sorry to say this Ace is the worst I have been to. Ace has always had the saying of being the “helpful” hardware store but I find them to be anything but. The employees seem like they could care less and the store never has anything I need. Rather than having obvious hardware essentials, their store seems to be stocked with trinkets and gift shop junk. I am most disappointed by the lack luster staff. The combination of unfriendly, seemingly lazy, staff and empty/un-stocked shelves will not have me coming back. I used to frequent this location but maybe they have changed owners.

There return policy is very poor! I bought an item at the Ace in Sanford and went to return it at the Ace Lake Forrest. They would not take the return. They have lost my business.
