I always have a positive shopping experience here. Good selection. Very friendly staff. Anna was especially helpful to me recently. Shes very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to assist. A real asset to this company.

The staff was very helpful. I love going there. Its amazing they have everything a Gardner needs, wheel barrels, carts to put your plants in. Seeds of all kinds, of flowers to vegetables. If you ask a question about were things are that take the time to show you. Give them a try.

Have always liked the store and the new manager is awesome and clearly excited about making some improvements. However, there is a new female employee who clearly should not be in customer service. The last 3 times I have been there -she rolls her eyes when I ask questions (because she doesnt know the answers) and acts like it physically pains her to go above and beyond simple data entry into the register.

Always a pleasant experience shopping here. Staff doesnt hound you like at some stores; if you need help they will cheerfully give it, if not, they are mindful of your independence. Diverse work staff is a breath of fresh air. Well stocked; skip the big box stores, youll be glad you did.

I love this place. I miss old style hardware stores with helpful old guys behind the counter and even a friendly cat. So much better than home Depot.

ALWAYS Friendly; Customer Service is IMPECCABLE; and, they ALWAYS help you find what youre looking for, if you need the assistance finding it. AND, w/a GENUINE 😃 on their face! ALWAYS!!! Its a smaller, LOCAL business, which i ALWAYS try to buy from/support BEFORE the Big Box Stores. So, as long as i have the $ in my pocket and they have what i am looking for, i will ALWAYS choose a LOCAL Business over a Big Box, Chain Retailer!!! ALWAYS!!! The one thing i miss the most about the past 20 years or so, is all the local stores that have had to shut their doors! It was always a much more homey, friendly feeling, like you were were more than just a regular customer or a local. Anyway, before i write anymore of a book, about how i feel about this huge loss our communities have endured, i will.end on a Positive Note! I love being back in a town with a much more homey, friendly, genuinely helpful & kind locals & neighbors

I used the online service and am very pleased with the experience. I am disabled and it is hard for me to get out to shop. With this service I shop from home and have my daughter pick it up at the store.

Just left there. Been in there allot. Great employees and knowledge. However I had just experienced Im guessing a manager or higher up who claims she was in a meeting. Talk to one of her employee or co worker horribly in front of my son and I granted she was in her little office area I couldnt see us. The way she spoke to him was awful and shouldnt be done with or without customers in the store. The kid deserves an apology and a promise that he and anyone else in that store wont be spoken to like that again. That kid took it like a champ though. I would have quit on the spot and told her where to go. Very disappointed and embarrassed for the employee, my 11yo and myself. When my boy and I got in the truck I explained that nobody deserves to be spoken to that way. To the employees there Im sorry for the lack of stars. Youve always been a great help. But she ruined this customer relationship.

Most people Ive run into for assistance of late ought to be flipping burgers or something. Try Shaws Hardware in Sanford.

Thus hardware store always has what I need when Im in a pinch. Prices are a little high but always have what I need when other stores are out.
