It was super quick to get a unit. We were done in about 20 minutes. Sharon was so sweet the entire time, and made sure we understood and tested everything before we left. The location is kept clean and tidy. Definitely recommend!

It was super quick and easy to get a unit. The staff were super friendly, helpful, and nice. The storage area was super tidy and clean. I loved that they had a bunch of dollys to help you load and unload stuff into your units. Would recommend and will definitely use them again

Reserving our rental online with Extra Space was easy with just a few simple steps. Sharon was so accommodating and had us in our rental with a lock in hand within 5 minutes of checking in! The size and price matched what was advertised! The facility is clean and easy to access with bathrooms onsite as well. They had multiple carts available on site to use which made transporting our items from the vehicle to the unit so easy that even our 5year old could use them!Thanks again Sharon for a great experience!

Overall this location is nice and clean, the lady who is the manager was wonderful (this review is not about her at all)... The reason for the 2 star review was because I booked online and was excited to find such a great location, with climate control and on an upper level to decrease the likelihood of water damage... However when I got to the location (with my movers), the store manager called the owner and I was told they could not honor the price I was given because after doing research they said... We didnt authorize them to try to sell our units and they are not us... So were not going to honor it... But they were quite happy to get my business and now because of last minute issue (again my movers and the truck were already there)I didnt have a choice but to stay with them.Again the location is clean, I feel like it would be safe... I have been there for almost a week with no issues so far, but again... If the manager is so rude to not even honor a price I was given and could show proof of in an email (I booked it over a week out) because he wanted the money that bad... I just would take my business to another company who values their clients more.There are multiple nice storage units in the area, and honestly, my friends will be moving next month and I advised them of the same thing... Go somewhere else where the lead manager (owner I believe)... Cares more about keeping people happy and providing great customer service, then making a few bucks...

Rented a 8x10 space for $71. After a few months of rental they sent a postcard that looked like junk mail that apparently had a rate increase to $161 more than double. Realized after a few months when I caught it on bank statement. I called and they said rates change based on surrounding market. I checked the surrounding market and 4 places were all less than $100 within 5 miles. There were no communications of rate changes when I signed the contract at the facility. When I told them I wanted to move out 3 days after my contract flip over they wanted to charge me another full month. Beware please ensure your rate cannot change Extra Space Storage is a scam.

The location is very clean, with easy access. My interior climate controlled unit is comfortable with little humidity which is what I needed to keep my photos safe in this Florida heat. Sharon at the front desk is so friendly and always has a smile on her face. Highly recommend!

I recently rented a 10x20 online. It only took me 5 minutes to set up and pay. I got my gate access code instantly. Got in the unit with no issues and even had a brand new lock in its original packaging and partiality opened for convenience. This lock is optional to use and will be refunded once you don’t use. This experience was simple and very easy to use. I highly recommend. The next day I was contacted by an agent Todd who was very kind and welcoming. Thanks extra space storage.

Just so you know, don’t trust the rates they quote you. They will entice you with these awesome move in rates and then hike your rent up after a few months. After 3 months they sent us a letter notifying us that our 10x10 unit went from $160 with insurance that you are required to have, to $190 a month. 🙃 $30 increase to “match market value” as if that wasn’t their plan all along to draw us in and then spike the rates after a few months.

We made a reservation online, and Laura was extremely helpful & efficient with getting us set up with our unit.This is a brand-new, clean, 3-story facility. They have two elevators next to the back entrance and carts for you to use. Laura indicated that they havent rented anything on the 3rd floor yet, so theres plenty of units available!

Moving is so stressful! However, when you have Sharon Small, office manager, it is so much easier! She helped me transfer to a different unit so that the moving company would not charge me for having to walk over 75feet! She also helped direct the driver! She can do it all! I had a wonderful experience at the Extra Space Storage on Eeinhardt Road, Sanford, FL with Sharon. She was extremely helpful and made the process fast.

I booked my unit reservation online and Sharon at the location called me a few hours to confirm. She provided me with clear directions to the facility. Once I arrived to check out the unit Sharon was very helpful and explained everything to me. She was very detailed and answered all the questions I had regarding payment, moving out and available units. I decided to change my unit location and couldn’t remember the locations direct number so I called the main number and left a message with the person who answered the phone and informed them that I need to change my unit. Within 30 minutes Sharon called to confirm everything. When I was ready to pay for my unit I went down to the location and was greeted my Sharon. She was very polite and professional. I paid for my unit and was only there for about 10 minutes. I definitely recommend Extra Space Storage for all your storage needs.

Got my gate code, left the lock and a welcome packet in the storage for me, all ready to go when I arrived to unload my stuff. I highly recommend these neighborhood friends- they beat all storage units by half the price with their monthly rates (at least at the one I went to). Their staff is very kind and helpful. My lock was locked on my storage unit, and I had lost the key; they initially could not cut the lock because was a strong 9,000 lb resistant lock. Then an employee there made a bit of a dent into the lock. After she gave it some tries, I said, Can I give it a shot? She said, You give it a shot! Im 63 years old! And we were able to cut the lock and I could retrieve my belongings! Additionally, their storage space is very clean, orderly, and well-maintained!

My experience was good from the initial setup and payment to the end and making sure everything was squared away for the final move out. I was stressed out moving from another state with a large moving van. Sharon was a big help. She assigned me a unit that was close to the entrance for unloading. She always follows up promptly and she answered all my questions. The storage facility is new and nice and clean. They have a few moving trollies to help you get your stuff into the unit. I called several other storage places and got rude, unhelpful people on the phone. Getting a storage unit is not fun to begin with, but Sharon made it a good experience. I appreciated her help immensely.

I must have called Sharon on a bad day. She wouldn’t stop interrupting me and kept asking me what I wanted. Well, I’m trying to tell you and answer your questions, but you won’t stop interrupting me to hear them. I had legitimate questions as to why the gate was broken and none of us renting there were informed. When I asked if I could speak to someone else, she said she was the only one. I had to specifically ask who was above her and could I speak to them before she admitted there was someone who would call me back, but she had no idea on when that would be. Just like she had no idea on when the gate would be fixed. Very comforting when you rent a storage unit in a gated unit complex and weren’t even informed that someone broke the gate in December and it was literally removed.

I have never rented a storage unit before so I wasnt sure what to expect. I toured the facility and the manager, Sharon, was really helpful and so nice. She explained the procedure and checked up on me. The location is practically brand new and still smells like paint. All of the units looked so clean and fresh. I was able to change my move in date (had to push it out a week, due to a foot injury) and Sharon couldnt have been any nicer. She was a joy to work with and when I had an issue (that was my mistake), she went out of her way to resolve it. 2 thumbs up!!!

The space is clean and the attendant was very nice (the reasons for the 2 stars) but, the quote I received over the phone was no where near accurate{$47 lower than what I actually have to pay! ) Also, you are forced to buy a cam type of lock. You are not able to use the typical hang type lock like I have been able to use at Uhaul and other storage facilities.If it wasnt for the availability of the large 20 x 30 space{which is hard to find in my area}, I would NOT have moved into the unit after these issues came up.

Just an FYI that after 5 months my rental fee went up.Not the norm which should be a year from original booking or a locked in rate.Sharon said a small postcardwas mailed advising the increase in August but I nevered received or I would of not had to inquired why thechange in rate.
