Wilco was able to get us a tech out within a day. Randy was a little late but once he got here he was able to diagnose the issue immediately and got it fixed within an hour. He was very informative and friendly. I will definitely use Wilco again for any future AC issues and trust their business.

Wilco Heating and Air Conditioning was recommended by a family member. The Service Tech, Miquel, came out to look at my new air unit which seems to be putting moisture into the air instead of taking it out. He diagnosed the issue and explained in details what, why, and how to resolve the issue. Two hours later, I can feel the difference in the air quality in my home. My service technician Vincent arrived on time, was professional and very knowledgeable about the issue I was having. He explained what was wrong and how he planned to repair it. To my surprise he had the part I needed readily available. My service was repaired in a timely manner. Im glad I chose Wilco AC and Heat.

Wilco installed a new system for me in 2013 and did a great job back then, very professional, courteous, and fair priced. After over 5 years of dependable cooling my system had a hiccup and went down--always when you need it most. I called Wilco and they sent a technician over right away, immediately diagnosed my problem and fixed it within a half hour. Again the they were very knowledgeable and checked everything out and only fixed what was needed keeping my bill to a minimum, they did not try to up-sell me anything. They were also very friendly and made sure I was fully informed on everything. I trust Wilco and will refer them to my family and friends every time.

Needed service after hours and the technician arrived when he said that he would. Even though it was later in the evening he still didnt over charge me and he even showed me how to take better care of my system to avoid future break downs. Highly recommend!

I called the office and the receptionist was very nice and transferred me to someone from the service department. They were able to help me with my problem over phone and I was able to avoid paying someone to come out and charge me for something as simple as a tripped breaker. That speaks volumes to me!

On the positive they came the same morning as called. The problem- He seemed very confused at what the problem was and there was a language barrier.. then wanted to charge me over 500$ to replace a capacitor... much more then the going rate. I had to pay 65$ just for an estimate when I told him that was to much for the part & repair.

Fast and honest techs and friendly reception, I will use them again when needed.
