Outstanding customer service by Ms. Ashton. She really went above and beyond with answering all my questions prior to me requesting a technician to come out and diagnose my HVAC system. She was very considerate of my situation and my concerns, well beyond anything Ive experience with other similar companies/ services. My technician Cody was very professional and very upfront. He answered all my questions to my full satisfaction. He was my second opinion for this particular issue/ fault and he did not try to sway me for my business in any way, he simply addressed all my concerns and even answered questions I had about the first technician from another companys diagnosis of the fault. Money well spent, I do not regret my choice in calling these guys. 10 out of 10, I recommend!

The technician Cody and customer service rep was the greatest repair experience I’ve ever had. I called 8:05 am and King air was able to see me 9:30 am same day. Cody arrived 9:16 am and was ready to work. First thing he introduced himself and the next thing and most importantly was a proper I’m here to help handshake and attitude. He asked 3 questions and was able to diagnose the problem in 20 minutes. Great guy and great company. The company understands the stress of summer heat and winter cold. They will do anything to get your hvac working. I will definitely use them for any future needs. Cody gets a 100 out of 100 hundred.

Amazing experience from start to finish! I called because our thermostat failed to turn back on after a power outage. Sarah was super friendly and kind and was able to send a technician out the same day and he was able to come an hour earlier than expected! Aaron the technician was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He was very thorough and explained everything that he did. Price was reasonable and well worth the money. I will definitely be calling for any future HVAC issues and recommending them if anyone ever asks for a great HVAC company!

We had another local AC company come out to inspect our units since they are 13 years old and we dont want them to die during the heat of summer. They recommended we replace our 2 ton unit so we had King come out for a second opinion (based on recommendations in our neighborhood page) and to get another estimate for replacement cost. King found the same findings as the competitor (I didnt think they were trying to rip us off, just mostly wanted another replacement estimate since our unit was still somewhat working and we had some time). Their replacement costs for comparable equipment were *significantly* more affordable. Every single person I interacted with was extraordinarily polite and professional. And Sarah.....Sarah is an absolute godsend. We had a very slight hiccup with our thermostat and she was able to coordinate between multiple technicians in record speed to ensure the equipment we were installing could integrate with the thermostat we already had in place and wanted to keep. If youve watched the show Suits you know about Donna. Sarah is Kings Donna and I am extremely grateful for her efficiency and professionalism in making this entire replacement transaction easy for us. The technicians even closed and locked our gate behind them when they left so we could let the dogs back out without them taking any unsupervised adventures. King has always had insane customer service. If we call in with a request for service, especially if its an emergency, its rare they arent able to come out the same day. Elmer and Aaron are awesome service techs, always professional, and great at relaying information. Ive spoken to Leon (owner) a couple of times, and hes 100% behind his guys and service. Weve had some issues with malfunctioning hardware in the past, but its never been a hassle getting it resolved, and theyve ALWAYS gone above and beyond to take care of us.

I was recommended this company by a friend and was not disappointed by their service. Elmer Siguenza from King Heating and Air Conditioning came out to repair my AC unit after it crashed this past weekend. I had previously scheduled to have another company come out to take a look at why the AC wasnt pushing out cold air the week prior but they stood me up and the issue just escalated to complete failure of the system. Thank goodness King Heating and Air Conditioning actually answers their phone on the weekend! We were able to schedule to have Elmer come out first thing Monday morning to take at look at the unit. I watched as he methodically worked to troubleshoot the issue, testing each cable to ensure the parts worked individually, until he identified the issue and fixed it on the spot. The entire visit was absolutely educational for me - I am very grateful I didnt attempt to YouTube to fix the issue myself. I appreciate how professional Elmer was and that while he recommended the HVAC maintenance, which I accepted, he did not push any extra sells on me. I hate companies that do that. I prefer options and expert advice as to what the professional has experienced, then being left to make my own decisions. Thanks for saving the day & keeping the house and my pups cool!

Very professional but prices are ridiculous for parts. For example, a simple capacitor only costs $20.00 but they want $187.50. To replace a capacitor, a regulator, and a breaker cost over $487.00. No way. I thanked the tech for his time as I had to hand over a check in the amount of $95.23 for diagnostic service call. Tech wanted to immediately sell me a new unit also. No way.

Very helpful and responsible crew, I had to leave and come back and they had everything swept/vacuumed. Took down all of their trash and even old ductwork laying up there that they had not touched. They came out to do a check on our unit. It was installed last year and they just wanted to make sure everything was running properly.

This company is in it for the money alone. I had only 3 out of 14 vents working in my home, and when repairman came out to investigate, they quoted me $2400 to re-run the entire HVAC system, and I agreed. Crew showed up, no parts at all to do the job, plus on top of that the crew that showed up said the 1st guy was wrong, its $5800 to re-run this but we dont have any parts. Thats not what was agreed on at all nor even close to what the 2 different people are telling me. I told them to leave and I will get another quote from someone else, and magically they were able to fix all the vents in the house properly with out replacing one part. Funny how that works, how we go from: There is no way to do this its $5800 to fixing the entire system for $100 after i mention I wanted a 2nd opinion. So if you still choose to use these contractors who are solely out to screw you over, get a 2nd opinion 1st before you let them dig deep into your pockets. Poor business model, i will not use them again.

King Heating and Air has gone above and beyond my expectations. They not only looked at both air handler and condenser unit, they took the time to look at all ducts and air intakes as well. Took pictures of everything and provided a thorough report with recommendations as well as an estimate. Easy scheduling, on time and send a message when they are in the way. Fantastic job and will be referring them to everyone.

I was at work today but my wife was at home for the install and she was very impressed with the teams professionalism and efficiency. My family and I just had 2 units completely replaced. The entire process was very smooth and all of the personnel on site were extremely kind, caring, and professional. Towards the end of the installation, a few gentlemen walked around to ensure things were operating smoothly. After a technician noticed inadequate flow to the upstairs portion of the home, the entire staff pumped the brakes to troubleshoot the issue. Nonetheless, the issue was completely resolved. Mind you, the issue was something we were having before the installation. Enough cannot be said about this outstanding company! Exceptional quality with a very high standard of work and staff. I made an appointment to get my AC looked at since it didnt cool properly. I didnt get a time but they called me hour before arrival, so the repairmen looks at everything and I asked if they offer any discount so he replied only 25$ off if I give the company a good review.So he proceeds to check AC and he cant figure it out.Then he looks outside at the unit and says its dirty and he would charge $500 to clean it,I told him no it has been cleaned 3 months ago and that was not the issue. He insisted and would not check the components inside AC, so when I refused his cleaning fee things went sour real fast. He finally left cussing me out. I called the next day another company and they fixed the AC within a hour for $250 and it was only a wire that needed to be reconnected and change out a compactor.

Weve used King Heating and Air for the last 4 years, since moving to North Carolina. We maintain a reasonably-priced annual service contract with them for our Central Air system. Twice per year (summer/winter) they perform system maintenance and update me on any issues. They are always professional, communicate well regarding what time they will arrive and generally are nice people, from the person on the phone setting up appointments, to the technicians who are always methodical in explaining any issues they discover and discussing options for addressing problems.

Called on Sunday and left a message. Received response within an hour. Tech came to house an hour later (no extra weekend service call charge) tech was very professional and explained in detail my issue. Fixed on site and discovered an issue that may arise, giving me time to correct it. Tech explained the different services they offer and the benifits. I for sure will use this company again and plan on signing up for their maintenance program.

I called King Heating yesterday around 12:30 and was able to get scheduled for technician to come out and check our unit on the same day within a couple of hours . Aaron showed up on time and provided several options once he identified the problem. I am thankful to say after a few hours we were enjoying the comforts of cool house. I would definitely recommend this company and will be using their services again.

Beware! The company sent a worker to inspect my air condition due to not cooling house. After 30 minutes into the visit, the worker did not understand ac systems because he was making up things up as he went. Strung me along for two hours wasting my time. He did not understand and would say things that were not correct. After 3 hours, I wanted him to leave and his supervisor came and got worse and unprofessional. He said I need to pay $600 to clean coils, which is totally outrageous when other companies charge half the rate. This was not even the issue because it got fixed without cleaning it. He screamed at me in front of my tenants and told me he would blacklist me. I felt scared for my safety.I would never ever in a million years hire this company. I hired another company, and Kings Heating and Air Condition diagnosis was false and my ac was the capacitor replaced. Never hire this company because you will get ripped off of your hard earned money!

The entire staff of King made every single aspect of replacing my entire system as simple as possible. Great product great service and amazing staff! They provided me with so much help and information to make the best decision for my needs. Purchasing a new system was a necessary evil...and of course was not something I expected...the staff at King made the process completely stress free. The installers were friendly, professional and so very tidy...:) I did a walkthrough and the work was explained as well as a tutorial of running the new thermostat....I could not be more pleased.

We’ve had several technicians (as well as the owner!) come for our seasonal checks and they all have the same high standards and ability to pickup on a home owner’s concerns or questions.We especially appreciate the company’s apparent attitude not to oversell a service or product, and to thoroughly explain the options available and costs.Today’s tech, Aaron, made several suggestions about how we used our thermostat and wiring adjustments that could be made to the actual unit after I simply mentioned we had “Time of Day” electric rates. I asked why no one else had brought them up and he said that when he heard me talk about our different electric rates he assumed we were actively trying to conserve power and the other techs had not been made aware of our specific concerns. I think Aaron is simply a very good listener and very smart!As the systems and thermostats become smarter, the technicians are extremely patient explaining how to properly use them. A BIG plus for some of us “older folks.”We highly recommend this company.

Duane, the technician who was assigned to my service call, was very kind, professional and knowledgeable, as well as punctual. He had diagnosed the problem within a matter of 15 to 20 and was on his way to repairing/fixing it, which took a total of 60 to 70 minutes. It is nice to know there are still honest companies in the HVAC industry. I will highly recommend King Heating and Air Conditioning because Tammy, who was the customer service representative that answer my call was also kind and courteous, made me aware that my unit, which is less than 10 years old, may possibly be under warranty - to God be the Glory it was.
