Outstanding service! Tyler Hartley was very knowledgeable and explained what I needed to repair now and what I might need to repair in the future. I wanted to have a trim kit installed that day and he was able to make it happen, even though it was a Friday afternoon. Two technicians arrived 30 minutes later and added the trim. They also, installed a keypad and made sure that everything was working before they left my home.For all my future garage door needs, I will be using Precision Garage Door!

He introduced himself, assessed the concern that I had about my garage, he explained thoroughly what need to be done, gave me a price (the price was within my budget) and went to work. Had a problem with broken coils of the garage door in Celebration, FL. Jacob and Sean assisted us with estimating and repairs and had the garage door fixed that same day. We had Precision Garage Door install a new opener about a month ago and both Scott and Kevin did an excellent job. They were easy to work with and were very knowledgeable and efficient and courteous. Their price was fair and reasonable. Yesterday we had to call them again because the rear window of our car got hooked up on our garage door and pulled it off track. We called between 2:00 and 2:30 and got an appointment for the same day between 3:00 and 6:00. Scott Mayhew arrived here at 3:30. He assessed the situation and he showed us what was wrong and told us he could fix it. Scott had the repair done and was ready to leave by 4:30. Their representative, Blake advised me not to replace the garage door, but just upgrade the components saving me lots of money. Had a new door installed last month. Salesman was helpful and the pricing very fair. Great communication on timing of arrival to install the door and did a fine job installing the door. Very professional. Had a follow up service appointment to fix some noises in the door. They came the same day I called and did a complete installation review and tune up and were able to fix the issue! These guys are great. I recommend them highly!!

We had the unfortunate experience of our garage door not working. We looked at 3 companies and went with Precision. Our technician Blake was absolutely fantastic. He educated us on our garage door, the parts, the motor, how a garage door is supposed to open and close properly. He spent about 30-45 minutes going over all the details. His customer service skills are top notch. After Blake was finished, he told us 2 repairmen will be there. Brandon & Cameron came and fixed the door and replaced the parts. They told us what they was going to do and after they finished they showed us what they did. They was absolutely amazing. Extremely professional and came on a Saturday to repair our garage door and update it. Its a very heavy cedar door and if I lost power I could never raise the door. I was stuck. Now they have it so its a breeze to open if not using automatic and they updated and gave it a complete overhaul. Very happy with Nick and Brandon. Once Nick gave us a estimate, Brandon was here in 25 minutes to do the work. Very happy to have found Precision. Called one evening and they came the next day and finished the work that afternoon. Solid work. Good technicians. Good materials.--- Expensive ---7 year warranty included by default in some service for an additional $100. They will happily remove it if you ask.They will also offer discount coupons by calling their office for permission.The first visit when you book an appointment is a sales person in the costume of a technician. They will then call in other techs to actually do the work.

Andrew Hecker was the technician that fixed the broken garage door at my rental. I cannot say ENOUGH GOOD THINGS about him, his knowledge/thoroughness, & his professionalism. This is the 2nd time I have used Precision Door Service and they do an outstanding job. I specifically want to praise Greg who came out both times. Last year my main spring broke after 14 years of wear and they replaced it quickly and for a good price (they also did some other maintenance). Today I accidentally tried to shut the garage door when the bike rack attached to the back of my SUV was in the way! Big crunch that caused the top of the door to buckle in the center where it attaches to the iron connecting bar and made it so it would not shut. I called at about 3:45 pm on a Friday and they said they would have someone out between 4pm and 8pm. About 4:30 Greg showed up (unbelievable - just 45 minutes after I called!). He was not sure he could repair it but said he would give it his best shot - if it could not be repaired I would have to get a new door which is quite expensive. Greg was a miracle worker and in about 30 minutes he was able to get it all straightened out and add a reinforcing bar so that it would be stiff at the top and not buckle again. All for less than $100! If you need garage door repair or replacement you definitely should call precision door service! And a big shout out to Greg who was incredibly professional, worked very fast, was super friendly, saved me lots of money, and made sure my garage door was working properly and safely!

I loved working w Ian and Taylor the guys that were sent out. They were clean, efficient and so good at explaining things. Gave them a big tip and I hope you do too. Our original garage door was crashed into by the Neighbors and these guys came in, somehow carried out and old huge garage door by themselves. They balanced it perfectly without letting it hit anything else in our garage. ( miracle) after that they were so quick and spent extra time cleaning everything . Scott was the technician that arrived to my home to check out a problem that I was having with my garage door. My house had lost power earlier in the day and the garage door was the only system that was non-operational when the power was restored. He came out within 1 1/2 hour of my call for an appointment that was scheduled for the same day. He thoroughly inspected everything, made adjustments on the belts and hardware and got the system up and running. He is awesome.

We just bought a home and the garage doors were pretty rough. Blake came out explained everything in detail, showed me the problem areas and didnt attempt to upsell us on anything unnecessary. Best part they were able to do the work the same day. Tyler and Anthony came out and completed the over haul in just a few hours and the entire experience was smooth and seamless the whole way through. Called for a quote on the evening of 4/8/2021 They sent a guy out on 4/9/2021 @ 08:00 had a good quote by 09:00 and installation started on a complete service,new rollers, and 2 openers on a 10x14, and a 11x12 doors @ 14:30 and completed by 17:00. All involved did a superb job, would highly recommend.

The work and installation of a new garage door opening system was done very well and their installers did a top notch job. Pricing for parts and labor was fair. However, there was one billing issue - when it came to extended warranty coverage, there was a discrepancy between I was told by their sales representative and their customer service personnel. I was told that all components would be lifetime covered under Precisions extended warranty (that is all components including mechanical and electrical). After receiving the invoice, I noticed that only the Torsion Spring and the motor in the garage door unit was covered for lifetime, the electrical and mechanical components are not lifetime covered in their warranty (only limited coverage). I notified Precision of the issue, and their management went ahead and honored lifetime coverage for all parts and stated in the future that they will train their sales staff for better explain coverage with future customers. That is some impressive customer service! I would highly recommend them for any garage door installation or repair.

I had numerous support representatives coming to my home all day. After negotiating the price, which was pleasant, quick and satisfying. A phone called was made and a support representative was at my home in 10 minutes and in my garage . I asked a few questions. Received all the CORRECT answers. I went back inside to let him get started. The man is careful and pays attention to details. Before you know it, he called me out to the garage, and stated it was completed. WOW! He showed me all the new features. They along with the manufacturers warranty, also have a 90 day warranty for their install work. Tyler is a above and beyond employee. He deserves on a star scale from 1 to 5, a 12.. He is an asset to his company. His boss should do one of the things. A free lunch, a free PTO day, and or a small raise, as big raises are out of scope during this worldly pandemic. Tyler continued success.

Greatest service providers for garage doors Ive ever seen. They even send us a picture of the two people coming to our house with 1 day notice and gave me a quote and had my new door items installed in a few hours. I am rarely impressed, but this company deserves my endorsement. I had to have virtually all parts of my garage door replaced. The gentleman that came out to give an estimate was very professional and knowledgeable. He was very kind and thoughtful too. Teddy, who came out late in the day to do the work was amazing. He arrived around 4pm and finished around 8pm. He worked very hard to make sure the door worked perfectly. We have a very large and extremely heavy garage door, requiring Teddy to change out springs numerous times to get a perfect balance. He said he was not leaving until everything was perfect. The system that was installed was so quiet that I could hardly believe the difference. He helped me set up the keypad and my car and was very thorough in explaining every part that was replaced along with greasing everything required. He went over the care and greasing requirements thoroughly so I will be able to handle the maintenance myself. Many thanks to all involved!

Great staff and company to work with!!!Called Precision Door to set up appointment to determine why my garage door was not working smoothly. Salesman came out next day, determined the problem and offered a reduced cost refurbishment package to correct the issue. He then called a technician who was in the area and had him come to my home within an hour. The technician refurbished both garage doors and explained how to maintain them on my own. Also, I was pleased with Precision’s 7-year warranty on both labor and parts! I was contacted by Precision after the work was completed to confirm that I was completely satisfied with the work and the crew. I told them that I was extremely satisfied and would recommend them to anyone who needs repair work on their garage doors. Additionally, I called Precision back a few days later wIth questions about my door operation and they sent out a technician to look at it and he resolved my issue quickly.

First off, just want to say how professional these guys are. Man so impressed from the minute you call to the minute they finish the job they are on it. Jose I spoke with put me on with the right guy and he made sure I got exactly what we wanted and they made sure we got what we needed unlike other companies I researched. Precision Garage Door MAKES IT RIGHT! Original Precision installer must have been distracted last week. After working with my newly overhauled door for 4 days, something wasnt right (probably the wrong springs or something) and newly added struts didnt look placed correctly. So, they sent our a Lead Tech who evaluated a bad job and made all corrections necessary (new springs, relocated strut, balancing, etc.). Now, the door can be opened with 2 fingers, or a good garage door opener. Thanks, Mason Slack, for my fixer-upper.

The Installer (garage door opener and replacement of some parts on the actual door) was excellent and thorough.I would recommend though I think they are a bit pricey. Weve had a temperamental garage door, where some days it would go up and other days it wouldnt. I called Precision Door Services late yesterday afternoon for an appt. We were scheduled for 1-5pm today. This morning we received a call from them, asking if they could come around 11:15am. What a refreshing change~ a company rep that comes early!!! 👍 Nick called that he was on his way. He was very professional and knowledgeable. After doing a thorough check of it he showed me (and offered to email the photos for my husband to view, since he was at work) the circuit board where there were burn marks. He showed me the fuse(s) that was/were causing it. He said he could fix it, but it would not cure the issue for good. He recommended a new unit. No one likes to spend money on one, but I asked him if I was his mom what would he recommend; he said hed tell her to get a new one. He said he knew it could be replaced today and was calling in to get a time. He told me the technicians were on their way and would arrive in 15 minutes. Wow! Talk about efficient!!! Brittany and Thompson (who was finishing up his training) arrived. Just like Nick, they were respectful, knowledgeable and answered every question I had. When they were done they showed me every feature and how to use them. They programmed the remotes and my new vehicle (that has built in garage remote buttons). They worked with me to program the pin on the outdoor keypad.I had a phenomenal experience with this company!!!! They even gave my husband a Veterans discount and a discount for paying by check. Only bummer that I can only give them 5 Stars~ they deserve much more!!

My garage door was in need of service. From the time I called their office to the completion of the job, the customer service was excellent. Had an appointment for the next day but Scott was in our area on the day I called. The office called to see if he could come in 1/2 hour. I agreed. In 15 minutes Scott called to say he was on the way. Scott was exceptional as a technician and as a representative of the company. He completed all work I requested at a reasonable price and cleaned up after done. He was a Marine and I was a Navy Medic serving with the Marines so I could be biased but in truth he was terrific. The original service call showed that my garageMotor wasn’t working and the garage door wasn’t balanced and the parts were worn. Lost all power to the Garage Door opener. Precission came out Oct 20th, 2020. The technician was wonderful and felt bad telling me my Lifetime guarantee did not include this repair. Apparently there had been a power surge and it fried our board on the opener. I told him we were under the impression there was one built in and all we would have to do is reset it. He said they have been working on getting that but they don’t have them yet????? My question is why were we not advised we needed a surge protector and why wouldn’t a surge protector be included in the installation in 2017 ???I am giving a rating of 1 only because of the company not taking responsibility for either including a surge protector during installation and not advising us we needed one.My bill was discounted $50 after the tech spoke to the Supervisor. But still ended up being $239.90Note: The tech did a great job! and we purchased from Home Depot a plug surge protector for $8

Woke up and discovered that I could not get my garage door opened. The coil had broke. I called Precision Door for a service call at 9 am. They texted me to let me know who would be coming by and when. By noon, they helped me get the door open so that I can get my car out of the garage and by 4 pm my door was as good as new. I cant say enough good things about this company in particular the guys they sent over. Alex was terrific. He diagnosed my issue immediately and gave me a price with options for door repair and/or replacement. I chose repair. Teddy was the repair tech and he was equally as impressive; professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. I recommend these guys highly!!

Called and requested the price for the replacement of a spring. They stated $149.95 installed. Showed up on time.Tech checked the broken spring and immediately stated he would have to replace all 4 springs. $600.00. I explained the door still works with only the 3 springs, which was the amount of springs used when the door was originally installed 36 years ago. I also explained that 7 years ago, one spring snapped and the company doing the repair suggested a 4th spring to assist the 3, they gave me a very reasonable price, so I said OK.I told them no to the 4 and stated the one spring is all I wanted. The tech stated, he had to check with his supervisor to install only one. The supervisor told the tech NO, but to leave a proposal. Which I refused. Just leave.Unknown to them I use to install springs and garage doors myself, I use to own Lees General Repairs and painting for 35 years, but at 77 years old, and with a chronic back pain Im no longer able to do repairs anymore.He went on that unwinding the springs was very dangerous. I stated, you have the rods to unwind the springs safely? then he stated he would be up on a ladder. LOL. I told him, I understand what your up to. You offer a reasonable price to get your foot in the door, then you give me the song and dance to raise the price for other repairs that arent necessary at this tme.His supervisor is a Grade A Pinhead as well, telling him to leave a proposal. LOL That didnt work either. He had about 2 1/2 hours invested in my job already but he refused to do the install. Read more of the reviews. This supervisor uses the same technique numerous times. All hes doing is building a bad reputation. What an idiot!Another company will be doing the one spring install for the same price this afternoon. Only had to check with one other installer. Avoid this company, I call companies like this one a Nickle & Dime company.Get 3 estimates and go with the middle price received. The NY telephone company did a 5 year study on vendors. They found that the company with the highest price is in for all they can get and will not return for a repair even if its for their own work. The company giving the lowest price will not return or will leave prior to finishing because they didnt know how to price the job out properly. The company with the middle price will return if a problem comes up, and has a concern for their companys reputation...I hope this information is beneficial to future customers when dealing with any company. We called them and the estimator was at our home within an hour. After he went over our options, we agreed to one of them and the installer was at our home within 2 hours. We have a vacation home in NSB Florida . Our neighbor keeps a eye on the place and checks on it weekly. He recently went over and put in garage door, the door went half up and went crashing down. We called Precision Door and they had a guy look at it the next day. Their technician called and said the the door was completely trashed including the opener, wood was cracked around door and needed replacement and that the exterior trim around the door was also not salvageable. He relayed all this to me and asked for a email address to submit 3 options. Well the cheapest was for $3010. Long story Short called another company . Guy was there one hour. $148! Beware!!!!!!

The salesperson they sent was more interested in selling me a whole new system then fixing what was already installed and in place, another company came and repaired for $1200 less and only took 3 hours. I called to speak to a manager because they advertise repair instead of replace well theyre not following through on what theyre advertising

Precision Door Service provided us with exceptional service today. We bought a garage door from them in 2013 and today one of the springs broke. I called them on a Saturday morning and they were here in a couple of hours to replace the spring. Everything was covered under our warranty. All of the technicians and the person who answered my call. were extremely friendly and professional.

The garage door spring broke mid afternoon. We called for an appointment. Next morning they were there to assess the situation and by the end of the day all work was completed and the work area clean. Nice job.

These guys are fast and know their stuff. I called them for some replacement parts and to fix a popped bolt that had torn out of the metal frame. A garage door should last a long time but the moving parts are expected wear out faster so I went with the lifetime warranty for a little more money than the 1yr warranty repair price.

Precision garage door was our first call when our garage door stopped working. They sent a technician that insisted we needed to replace the entire system with new springs and the whole works trying to charge us $1300. This was not an expense we wanted to take on at the moment and put off getting the garage door fixed for months. We finally got a second opinion only to find out that our system was working fine it was simply a lose wire that once tightened made our current system work perfectly for a $89 service charge. I would NEVER trust Precision Garage door with anything around my home.

They sent a guy out who said he would check it out.Turns out, he fixed the door, and I didn’t need a new one yet. I called for service on New Years Day for my broken garage door. I really didnt expect to have anyone come out right away, but amazingly they had a guy out to my house within an hour!The tech, Steven, was great and had all the needed parts on the truck. He had me up and running in a couple of hours. Best of all, most of the repair was covered under warrant because they had done some work on my door nearly a decade ago. I didnt even realize that the previous repair carried a lifetime parts and labor warranty!Super happy!

Crew was on time and professional. I had been operating the door for a couple of weeks with broken springs which normally burns out the motor, however when the technician opened the motor he said it was surprisingly in good shape. He replaced the springs, gave me a quote on the motor for future use, and did not try to hard-sell me anything I didnt need. Great experience!
