Great company, great service. Bobby came out on Labor Day weekend to replace a spring on my garage door. He had me send him measurements so that he could be prepared with everything he needed and would not have to make multiple trips. Since he came out himself, he did not charge additional cost for a holiday weekend service. Can’t say enough about the great service he provided. Would definitely recommend!

Andy from SOD did an amazing job at fixing our garage door! He was very professional and took time to answer my questions. He explained everything he was replacing and even took a moment to check the overall performance of the garage door, finding a piece of our motor needed replacing as well. Very kind staff and very quick response. Made it out to replace a pair of sensors the day after I called. Not gonna lie, I was a bit shocked they charge $100 an hour for labor (didn’t include sensors), but they did fix our problem within that hour, which we appreciate it.

Our garage door became Christen!! It would open and close whenever it decided to without anyone punching a control button. I called about noon on Thursday before the Labor Day weekend thinking it would be at least a week before I could get someone to come and repair it. I had a broken spring. I called them in the morning and they had someone out in just a few hours. They were below the national average for the repair and they were quick. I called Superior Overhead doors on Monday and by lunch we had an awesome tech named Andy. We actually gave him wrong information on door size, but he was still able to get us up and going till the correctpart was brought back out next day. Awesome job and great personality will call on them again.

First class service. Called to request service and since wasnt an emergency (no trapped vehicle) scheduled service for next day. I had a broken Wane Dalton Torquemaster system and stated wanted it replaced with a conventional torsion system. It helps if you can include door size and lifting weight but not necessary. Their man Andy had the new setup install along with replacing sprocket in lifter quick. He had all necessary parts on service truck and hauled away the old junk. Its a pleasure to do business with knowledgeable and competent people. Dont expect to ever require service from Superior Overhead again but if the need arises I will ring their phone. Additionally I recommend them for any who may have garage door problem.

Superior overhead doors were highly recommended to us . We gave them a call forbroken springs . They were very professional when I called for service. A technician came out on Tuesday to look at my door. He took measurements and ordered my parts. I was surprised to get a call that a technician would be back at my house 2 days later to fix my door. As a handyman there are just some things you haven’t gotten around to learning yet so you sub it out. Superior has never let me down. Both times I have had them install doors and motors their crew arrived on time abs got the work done quickly and best of all correctly. They offer reasonable prices and superior work. I would recommend them to anyone looking for garage doors or any roll up doors installed.

Just another 5 star review. Called at 8:30 and the garage door spring was repaired at 10:30. The technician said he was the one who originally installed the door in 2004. 16 years of smooth operation shows he knows what hes doing. It was fortunate that he had the correct spring in his truck or it may have taken longer to repair. They start with 10 sections of spring stock and then cut it to fit to make a spring for your door. Sometimes it takes two trips, one to measure and another to install. Also, they usually put a spring block on your door so you can use it until they get back with the correct spring. In my case a spring block would not have worked so I was glad he had something in his truck that would work. The cost of repair was a little more than I expected but the speed of the repair made up for it. Good job. Additional information: a garage door torsion spring usually lasts around 10,000 cycles of up and down. Depending on how many times of day it cycle it could last only 6 years or last 16 year like mine did.

Was looking for a push button for my commercial garage door opener and call a bunch of companies, they where the only one who had the part in stock. Got there to pick it up and they people were great and so helpful.

Weve had problems with our garage doors since we moved in. We called Superior and Samantha was a great help, very cheerful, and smart. She sent Andy out to take a look and let us know what our options were - bad motors, the gears were failing, and the doors werent insulated or weather stripped properly. I called Superior Overhead Door after my son rolled my car into the garage door.I had some dents and some unevenness at the bottom of the door. Andy came out and gave a very reasonable quote. I schedule an appointment the following week to do repairs. Andy arrived on time, was knowledgeable, friendly and pleasure to talk to. He did a great job at fixing the space between the bottom of the door and pulling out dents. I have an older garage door which I will replace eventually. It was loud, squeaking and sounded like it was on it’s last leg. Andy took care of this and now my door opens with ease. When it’s time to replace my door I will definitely give this company a call. My garage door spring broke on a Wednesday afternoon. I called Superior Overhead Doors, and they sent a technician out first thing Friday morning. He temporarily fixed the spring until Monday morning, when he was able to get the proper replacement springs. The technician was on time both days, and he quickly resolved my issue.

Call Superior to fix an existing door. The came out looked went back to the shop to prepare a quote. After a week of no quote, called them. Said they were going to check. Never heard back. Will never call again and will tell others not to use them.

I called with the intention of getting an appointment to get my torsion spring replaced, but they had workmen in the area who stopped by within an hour! They rigged a temporary fix for my garage door free of charge, and said they would try to get something for tomorrow. Not only did they do so, but they called me to let me know, left a message on my phone when they couldnt reach me, and showed up at the house to check if they could fix it! Well, my wife was home so they squared it away and it works as well as if I just bought it! I cant speak for the value of their prices (it cost around 200 dollars), but their customer service and rapid action was definitely worth every penny! I highly recommend this business for garage door repair and will definitely use them again should I need any such services in the future!

Superior Overhead has always been Johnny on the spot when we had issues with our door. Called Monday and they were out within the next day! Andy came out after we had an incident with our garage door. We were expecting to have to replace the entire panel however Andy was able to fix what we had damaged and make it good as new! This isn’t the first time Andy has been out either. Highly recommend this company and if your lucky enough for Andy to come out you won’t be disappointed!
