I recently had a stone fall off my engagement ring. I came into the Seminole center fairly upset and received absolutely wonderful customer service. I cannot recommended Oscar and Brea enough. They were so kind and made me feel much better about losing the stone. If you have zales jewelry or are looking for something new, make sure you visit this location and ask for Oscar and Brea!

Ive been going to this Zales store since for 10 years now and have always had really good service. Most notable to mention, recently had a very important to me....special request and was assisted by a young gentleman by the name of Donovan:) Donovan went above and beyond and I could not be more HAPPY!! I went in today looking for some simple gold hoops. When I came into the shop, Donavon greeted me instantly and helped me find the perfect hoops in my price range! Not only was he helpful, he was also very well mannered and offered the best customer service one could provide. He was on top of sanitary standards as well; cleaning the jewelry, wearing a mask and gloves, and consistently using hand sanitizer. I wish you the best Donavon, I will be back!

I have had to update my information every time I go there but then it hasnt been updated when I go back. Bad attitudes from some of the staff, and Ive had to have my ring serviced multiple times because it breaks and bends so easily. I would recommend taking your hard earned money and business elsewhere.

This location at Seminole Town Center defines poor customer service. They do not answer the phone let alone follow through when advised they would call you after an in-person visit. The location closest to us had recently closed (covid) so unfortunately this store was our only option for in-store services. We have been working with Diana at this location who was difficult to get assisted with since her continuous response to our inquiry was were really busy. Our timing with the issue has dragged out for a week now which has been reported to the Zales corporate offices. We never had any issues with another Zales location until we had to suffer with this one.Lack of communication and unprofessional.

Poor customer service and horrible experience. Absolutely no customer care knowledge and absolutely would not recommend. Poor lack of communication and very rude, took a while to get assisted. Had to return 3 times to get 1 thing done right.

This Zales store has an incredible staff that makes shopping such a nice experience! Not only is the staff knowledgeable, but their courteous approach to customer service is exemplary, to say the least! No pressure sales, but a sincere and honest show of caring for me as an individual, and a most refreshing concern for my budgetary needs. What I appreciate most in sales is a nonpressure approach, with courteous staff. These professionals exhibit all the above. I WILL be back and will bring friends!!!!! I highly recommend anyone searching for that special item---even for a special person---consider this Zales family!!!

We came here to pick out our wedding rings and the customer service here is awesome. Connie is our representative for everything. She is courteous, polite and very knowledgeable of her jewelry. She is the go to person for all your jewelry concerns and needs and she will help you pick out the ring of your dreams. Zales is my store from now on, thank you Connie, youre the best!

I purchased a diamond necklace at a Zales in another state. I needed it repaired so I took it to the Seminole Towne Center store. I understood that I would have to pay for the repair. I was told I would have an estimate in a week and it would be repaired within two weeks. When I didn’t hear back, I went to the store for an update. The lady at the counter didn’t seem interested in helping. I finally convinced her to call the repair company. The quote was not done yet. It was such a frustrating experience that I told her to just get my necklace back and I would take it elsewhere. When I went to pick it up, the same thing happened. There were three ladies and none seem interested in helping me. I finally got the necklace and left. Customer service is determined by the support you get before, during, and after the purchase. There are too many other jewelers in the mall that want business. Apparently Zales isn’t one of them.

Super upset that i bought a ring to be shipped to this location on March 5, 2020 but due to the virus theyre still not opened and no one could just ship it to my house for me!? Virus or not i bought this ring before everything closed down and i still cant get it!

I brought my ring in for a simple repair of a missing diamond. My ring was sent back and the diamond wasn’t replaced. They then sent my ring out again to be fixed. Upon pickup they had someone else’s ring and lost mine. I will never again purchase from Zales.

I’ve spent over 7-10k with sales come ask to get my jewelry cleaned and you say you can’t do because of virus then why is your store open ? How can you sit here had people jewelry to sell but not take care of customers who have already done business..
