You would not regret shopping here!I decided I was ready to gift my children with their first set of necklaces and I couldnt have chosen a better place to get it from. The customer service was outstanding as I am not that familiar with jewelry. The young lady that assisted me was very knowledgeable, patient, and honest. She was even kind enough to share her own personal experiences with her small children and their jewelry to ensure that I got the best thing for mine and did not overspend on something they may not be able take care of just yet. Excellent Experience!!

Have had nothing but positive interactions the these fine folks. I have ordered earrings, sized rings, special ordered the most gorgeous ring I have ever seen. The care & time that was taken to make sure I got just exactly what I wanted (2 hours later) cannot be matched. It is definitely a home town feeling walking into Lucas Jewelry. Anything I’m looking to do, they are more than happy to help.

This store tried to overcharge me. I went in to get my diamond necklace picture pendant repaired but just the glass. I purchased the necklace back in in my hometown (Detroit) and when I had my necklace shipped to me here in NC the glass was cracked. I didnt want to ship it back to Detroit because I just wanted it in a location where I could just pick it up without the hassle of the shipping process. When I asked how much would it be to get the glass repaired she quoted me $250. I asked her why so much if I was only getting the glass repaired and she couldnt give me a definite answer. Then she told me that the manufacturer who was going to repair it said he had to replace the picture as well. I asked her why would he have to do all of that if the only problem was the glass being damaged and nothing was wrong with the picture. She then exclaimed in her words, Maybe because of the labor. I told her they were overcharging and that did not sound right. Therefore, I took my necklace elsewhere to get a quote. Two other jewelry stores told me that it would only cost $40-$60. I went to two different stores just be sure that the price I was being told was accurate. If you are spending money here 9 times out of 10 you are spending way more than you should.

This is a great place to get that special someone some jewelry. The whole staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. Nicole help me pick out the perfect gift for my fiancé.

Kind, friendly and fair priced. Cleaned and apprised my jewelry for no charge. Then held the fair offer price as I attempted to price beat, I could not! Great place I would comeback and recommend to anyone

I walked in feeling nervous and unsure on what I was looking for. Thankfully the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I felt right at home. Hannah the sell’s rep gave out awesome suggestions and the manager (can’t remember his name) was super helpful and polite. They make a great team and they made my shopping experience feel less stressful. I felt very comfortable around them and I thank them for helping me out today. I definitely recommend this place to anyone!

I have had several repairs done here, and they were done with excellence and a fair price. They recently repaired my diamond solitaire! Wow! Was I pleased. If you need anything along these lines, this is the place to go! Wonderful people and excellent service!

What more can I say about this place. I needed some links removed from a watch I had purchased so I bought it to here to have the work done. I thought I would have to leave it, but to my surprise they did it while I waited. Great place with great people and fair prices.

Lucas Jewelry is exceptional in this day and age for giving personal service, even for minor things - like a watchband. They made call after call to find the one I needed, and kept me in the loop as they did so. Cant recommend them highly enough.

I went in to get a ring repaired and fitted... Took him less than 2 days to finish everything up and get the ring to a better than new condition. Very good work and prices from very friendly people! :)

My experience here was wonderful,had no trouble at all getting in here, even though I have to walk with a walker. I went in this past weekend just to look around to see if I could find my wife a bracelet. I found my wife the Perfect Bracelet in no time at all they had a great selection, they even wrapped it up for me. I will be shopping here from now own, Thanks So Much.

I have been going to Lucas since I was 15....Buying jewelry for girl friends in my past, my family and myself....From ear rings, charms, necklaces and rings. Im now 23 and the reason why I have not bought from anywhere else is because when I was 15 I was treated like a person by everyone there. Every other place I went at that age ignored me and saw me as a window shopper, getting little attention.....ANY WAYS I bought wedding banners for me and my wife and plan on buying Christmas gifts for her there as well. I can go on about Lucas Jewelry when someone ask a good place to go. I just feel a bit guilty Im just now writing a review.

Very helpful ladies and gentleman. They were all nice and gave me tips on resizing vs attaching etc etc. I will be going back for more jewelry and services. I highly recommend Lucas Jewelr .

Everyone who works here from Jeff,the owner,to Nicole,the girl who works weekends and helps out.. There is not a better jewelry shop in my opinion..Everyone treats you like family instead of just customers... Very knowledgeable and just over all great people..Will not go to any other jeweler :)

I love this store! The gentleman and ladies running it are great! They are knowledgeable and honest. The store carries a wide variety of Jewelry from Kameleon gem pops to diamonds and gold. They do onsite repairs and can appraise your jewelry. They do special orders and gift wrapping.
