I used to shop and buy from this store years ago but it has changed and represents a ghetto feel to it now, sadly I dont spend my money here anymore.

Horrible service from the girl working at the front. the guy was nice, but the girl was very rude.

Horrible customer service. 5 people working. 3 customers in the stores of which 2 were my daughters. We needed to asked to be served. At which they stood around looking at each other. Only the rainbow hair coloured guy seemed to be working. The rest were just chatting. 3 of the 5 change rooms were broken. They offered no help at all. They should all be fired. Management should drop in on them.

Make no mistake this store is called PacSun, not very happy with this company!! I have been dealing with them since 12/28. I returned my daughters shoes was suppose to get shoes replaced but they were out of stock so I asked for a refund. Its now Feb. and I am still dealing with them. I have no shoes and no refund. The only people that I can communicate with is customer service and they are of no help. They will not give me any other contact info to speak with someone else. I cant believe a company like this would take this long to refund a paying customer. I just want my money back so I can buy my daughter her shoes. Is it that difficult? Very disappointing. #Pacsunfailedme

This store is for small, thin high school kids. Try and find more than one XXL shirt or shorts size 38 and up. You cant.

Cashier was rude and unhelpful. They are in desperate need of customer service training
