I love the dollar store...But if you go early in the morning or just before closing time it is not that busy....

Great selection of everything you could possibly hope to find at a dollar store. Very cool.

Once again I have to go back to the store in the morning because they forgot to put my Dawn dish soap in the bag! Girls working were very nice but come on! This is the 4th time since Thanksgiving Ive been shorted an item and had to go back. I dont usually check my bags like Im in a fast food drive thru, which they always get wrong, but if they cant put 1 of 6 items in the bag, let us bag it ourselves.

Store is well stocked. Can be messy most times ive stopped in. If you do penny shopping this place is a hot spot to find them

I will never give Family Dollar my business ever again. I arrived at this location on my motorcycle, wearing a backpack to carry my belongings. Without even being first told hello, I was asked by a rude female employee to leave my backpack behind the front counter before I went to shop. I was simply going to purchase a card for my daughter, and didnt want to cause a scene because I was in a hurry. After I left the backpack, I walked to the back of the store overhearing the two female employees giggling about something. The employee who told me she would watch my bag immediately walked outside the store to sit on the front window ledge. I can understand you might have a shoplifting problem, but you should have the proper video surveillance/security measures in place, instead of screening and insulting your customers. Secondly, what criteria do you go by in selecting which customers will leave their bag at the front, and who will not. I would like to see this company policy in writing, if it exists. I am not going to reveal my race, as it really does not matter, seeing as how no one should be treated in that manner, regardless of their ethnicity. Instead of causing a scene in the store, I thought I would share my thoughts here in a public forum for all to see with much greater impact.

Shop there occasionally. A little cluttered but thats okay. The front of the store is filthy. I wonder if theyve ever washed their windows

Very friendly staff ecpecially the Hispanics that work there. Store is very cluttered and the parking lot is a mess trash is always over floweing and carts are left in the parking lot at night. The windows need cleaned and the signed that is always tied needs to be risen higher or moved to better location. The place is filthy and has caused five people I personally know to state that they will not shop there because of the dirtiness. If the outside were picked up I believe more customers would come. The reason I shop there is because of how friendly and helpful staff is. Miss the old crew though they were the best.

Just watch the cashier Mak tell this older gentleman off because he asked how to use the ATM. She yelled at him saying that she cant help him because the ATM doesnt belong to Family Dollar and it has nothing to do with her. As she is eatting her food at the counter. Horrible service.
