I hope the manager at this store sees this review because I am super grateful for how Aaron helped us. My grandparents decided it was time to upgrade to a smartphone and my family decided to add them to our plan cause it would be cheaper in the long run. Aaron could tell I knew what I was talking about and understood what we were looking for. Now, he was also super understanding and respectful of my grandparents who asked questions randomly and honestly were a little out of place based on the conversation topic but he was super great with his answers and how he answered them, looking at them and speaking clearly with an answer they understood. I greatly appreciated his service and interaction with us a well deserved 5/5 experience for us.

I had the best experience possible with Caradys Lineberry in the Sanford Verizon store. She was very knowledgeable, professional, proficient, courteous and helpful. I had a frozen replacement phone, did not remember my Apple ID, but with all my problems she was able to help me and did so with a positive attitude. She did not make me feel as stupid as I felt because I could not remember my id. I admire the respect she showed me as a senior citizen and as a result of her kindness, knowledgeable and professionalism I bought a new phone from her. I plan to order one for my daughter as well and will only do business with Caradys. I would also say that I did not receive the same kind of customer service from the staff at the Apex office. They seemed annoyed with me and unwilling to take the time with me to get me back up and running with my phone which I use every day with my real estate business. Thank you for CARADYS! She was AWESOME!!!!

I wanted to put my cell on international for Great Britain and he asked me when I wanted to start...I said as of today would be fine and he said, consider it done!What impressed me from the start...was his energy! Of all the visits I have made over the last nine years to the Cameron Verizon Authorized dealer on Hwy 87, just just 4 miles from my home...I have NEVER had anyone show the professionalism that Dale has!I actually took the time to go back to the Cameron store several times on the international issue, neither time were they busy. As I entered, a gentleman asked me what he could do for me. I quickly said that I just needed to get International calling for GB on my phone. He replied, we dont do that here, youll have to go somewhere else!I definitely hope that Verizon will follow up on the customer care service at that location.I feel very comfortable at your Sanford, NC store location! Dale not only looks the part of a dedicated, CS employee...but he appears to really love his job...and it shows! If I could give 10 Stars to MEGAN MORGAN, I would!!!! My husband and I decided to upgrade our phones and our cellular plan based on all the information that Megan provided us today. We both have older phones and knew we needed to get new cell phones but we were not looking forward to the process. However, Megan made the process easy and pleasant for us. She took the time to explain the pros and cons of the cell phones and supporting accessories we were considering, and the new plan for our age. She also took time to explain why it would be a good time now to upgrade for our phones due to the time, our phones phasing out, 5G integration, and customer incentives. We knew every part of the cost we would pay today, and the cost in the upcoming bills out to two years, which I so appreciate! I specifically chose this location because of him and he met me early on his day off to ensure I got taken care of correctly! Matthew has extensive knowledge of the products and really payed attention to what I wanted; because I wasn’t ready to give up the iPhone home button, he knew right away to recommend the new SE. I have always and will always continue to bring all of my phone questions and needs to Matthew here.

I was previously a customer of 12 years with Boost. After visiting the Boost location in Sanford NC and experiencing horrible customer service I went over to the Verizon store in Sanford NC. I was greeted by a very friendly staff. The store was busy but I was attended to in a timely manner by a gentlemen named RJ. RJ was very friendly, knowledgeable, patient with all my questions and made me feel very comfortable becoming a Verizon customer. I highly recommend Verizon and if you are in the Sanford NC area and need a Verizon store go to this one and ask for RJ.

To be honest I hate going to Verizon. Ive had bad experiences. This time we went in for my wife. She needed a new phone and I was very hesitant about how this was going to go.However........Jay greeted us and was very kind, professional and entertaining. He listened to us and knew EXACTLY the kind of phone my wife needed. He didnt try to push us toward something she didnt want or need. He set it up, made things very easy and answered any questions we had. I actually left that store with a smile on my face. I only wish there was a Jay Baker in every store we visit.
I’ve been with Verizon for a while but they really helped me branch out on my own account and made it a very easy transition!! Highly satisfied customer.
I came in to help my grandpa unlock his phone and change some settings so it would be easier for him to use. Megan was so good with him and really took the time to help me make things easier for my grandpa. She made labels to help him remember his passcodes so that he would able to use his device in cases of emergency or when I couldn’t be there. She went above the call of what she is paid to do and instead of just taking care of the phone she took care of the person!!
Wonderful location! I was helped by a sales associate named Ian who was phenomenal on his knowledge of Verizon’s plans, knowledge of every device I own and was very helpful with all of my questions that I had. Being a college student, I don’t have time to really learn knowledge of problems I’m having with my phone but Ian was very swift to identify the problem, fix it and even give me advice for any future problems i may have! Will definitely be back to this location when my upgrade comes around and definitely look forward to receiving assistance from Ian!
Good staff they definitely look to find you better deals. if you purchase a tempered glass or screen protector DO NOT LET THEM PUT IT ON. Also they will charge you 40 bucks for 1 but you can get a 4 pack on Amazon of the same exact brand for 8 bucks.

My experience at this Verizon store far exceeded my expectations. In search of a new phone, I thought the process would be a lot of no’s and finger shaking. Ms. Caradys Lineberry made the process totally stress free. She was able to convert all of info from my old phone to the new one. Not knowing the whole process, I figured I would have to pay a lot up front for just the phone. After my credit check and considering my needs, she was able to come up with a reasonable plan that also afforded the extra budget for insurance and otter box case. By far the best phone and store experience I’ve had.

They never can help you personally always got to call Verizon and you stay there for about 2 hours. The one lady when I went Saturday Sept 4 told me Verizon was closed on phone due to Covid 19 that was a lie!! I called them myself in store and solved the problem. They havent been closed at all tge Verizon guy told me on phone so why would she tell me a lie!! Soon as my phones paid off I will never go back nothing but problems with these people in Sanford NC store. Maybe didnt want to work is why she told me that because I stood upfront while she was on her phone for 10 min before she said can I help you. I pay 400$ a month for over 10 years and always get latest phones and they dont appreciate good customers. Too bad I cant give them a 0

She even managed to convince me (a devoted Apple customer of 7 years) to try the new LG V40 and I love it. Megan first gave impressive customer service on 5/24/19 when she not only sold my husband a new screen protector; she installed it for free. Something we thought was normal until a local competitor had told us he could sell it but not install it. He actually referred us to this store where we met Megan.Megan also made me aware of an iPad upgrade I was eligible for and I came in today to do that upgrade. It was s Deal and she politely moved all my apps and contacts over ( also a “service” the other Verizon store in Sanford, NC) does not provide.Megan is Incredibly knowledgeable, tech savvy and friendly! It was a delight to have her help me. We will definitely come back to this store instead of driving to Aberdeen, NC, as we had a habit of doing.

I brought my daughter in to get a new phone and was very impressed with the wait time and service we received. I came in two days later to upgrade! The service was 100% better than the corporate store across the street. There was no wait time and Caradys happily took the time to set the phone up so it was ready to use. The last upgrade I got at the corporate store the representative told me they don’t set up phones and sent me home to figure it out. I highly recommend this store!

I was very pleased with the service that Lupe Norato gave me. I went in regarding the speaker on my iPhone, mind you I was an AT&T customer, but they weren’t willing to help; hence how I ended up at Verizon. Lupe took care of the speaker part and then offered me a great deal on the new iPhone and actually reduced my monthly bill by $30!! Highly recommend this place. Thank you Lupe!
This is hands down the best store to go to in North Carolina. I only go to the Sanford cellular sales, every time I go in to get a new phone, have a question, or need some help it’s always better and more pleasant than the last visit. I don’t have a “certain” person I go to.. because every single person I’ve ever had help me was wonderful, so nice and knowledgeable. I will never go to another store. The store is always so clean, and organized.. anybody will stop what they’re doing to answer a question me or my husband have.. I’m not sure if the store is under new management(it’s always been wonderful service) but I recently went in and seen some pretty new faces.. some ones I recognized too.. and it was the most plesent, easy, painless visit yet. So I advise anybody who needs a new phone or has a question like me.. go see anybody in the Sanford cellular sales. You won’t be sorry!!!
