I had the best salesperson Luis, who actually listened to what I wanted for interest rate, model, color and year. Fortunately he had it in their inventory. Since I already had visited another Toyota dealership that promised me they had the car at 8 PM but when I arrived for the test drive appointment they had my name but they told me the salesperson was not there but but he comes in half an hour later. So after waiting for half an hour they sent another sales person over and told me they had sold the car the night before after I verified it was there with their internet sales manager. So they had me test drive the same car in bronze. I wanted black or the dark gray. They promised it would be there the next day come back. I did call before going and they did not get the card. So I sent an inquiry to Seminole Toyota after dealing with the frustration and not being willing at that point to go back into a dealership. Louis understood since I work from home I have limited time during the week. We were able to do the deal over the phone and he delivered the paperwork and the car to my home and drove my trade in back. Also since Im not mechanically inclined I got the extended warranty and look forward to having my car serviced there. Especially since theyre located in an area with stores, a mall and restaurants

After working with another dealer for 3 days just trying to get a fair deal on trade and a deserved interest rate for good credit, I decided to change manufacturers for the first time.I told the guys that I was looking to be treated fairly and that I wanted in and out quickly. In about an hour, I test drove, got my trade appraised with a more than fair offer, signed paperwork and was off and driving my new Tundra.Do your research, understand wholesale value of your trade and these folks will treat you very fairly and almost just as important, they won’t waist your whole day.I will refer my friends and colleagues along with purchase my next truck here. Given the severity of what has been experienced I’m here to express my frustrations. I had some issues with the financial end of things last year when my spouse and I purchased the vehicle but that was rectified. But what I experienced is just absurd. My spouse and I went to start our car, noticed it was dead - turns out the battery didn’t even belong to the car. It was a Chevy battery…AAA replaced the battery with the correct make/model fit. But don’t sell cars with bad parts. There is also very strong suspicion they were aware of Infotainment issues with our Mazda as well.

Terrible experience. I was implied my previous lease balance was removed meaning they were taking care of it for me to lease a new Camry through them. A month later Im getting calls saying I owe $2,000 towards Toyota for my previous lease. I tried talking with the people in charge there for a resolution due to the salesman completely misleading me. And nothing was resolved.Ps. Already spoke with Sam and he did nothing to help. So if you have someone else who can help let me know please

This place was truly a disappointment. I spent close to $800 for new tires to be installed and when I pointed out that they damaged all 4 of my rims in the process, they insulted my intelligence by saying it was caused my curb rash and dirt built up over time ( I don’t hit curbs and my car is washed monthly). You can clearly see in the pictures that the damage was caused by a tool if you look at the grooves. There was no apology or accountability for their mistake. Steve Zullo and Jeffery Susana would rather lie to a paying customer’s face than to admit when a mistake was made and try to fix it. I know they dont care about losing a customer so this is just a warning for anyone planning on getting work done here, dont. If they lie about damage to rims who know what else they would lie about.

Would not recommend for service. Took my car in for a simple oil change. Told them it was full synthetic and they told me it would be fine to put the high mileage oil in. I insisted on full synthetic, so hopefully they actually used what I asked them to. On top of that, 2 days later I’m driving along and my check engine light comes on along with my trac off and VSC light. Turns out they forgot to attach a hose on the back side of my engine air filter. Thank god it was nothing major but it certainly caused a few hours of panic while I figured it out.

This dealer is the most dishonest I have visited in the entire United States, if you take a car that they see they can sell (Corolla) they offer you money to sell it to them or trade-in for a new one, if your answer is NO as in this case, they look for a way to get extra money for maintenance. On the first occasion they told me that the car did not work because the airbag did not work but to my surprise the airbag had been disconnected from the drivers seat, then on a later visit my car left without A / C, when asked they said no it was their fault that he had to change some parts of the vehicle (when before visiting the dealer the air was working perfectly), they were not responsible. I take it to another shop to have it checked and I find that the condenser had been pierced, again oh surprise everything that happened after visiting this famous Toyota dealer, they are dishonest!

Absolute nightmare! Made a 11 am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Had to sit in the garage for 10 minutes for a service adviser, then I spent 2hours and 15 minutes for them to finish the this easy job. My adviser tells me after an hour and a half that its almost done. Then he tells 15 minutes latter that they are pulling my car around and then he disappears.15 minutes latter another person calls the mechanic and I am told it will be another 10 minutes. $135.00 and I walk out to a unwashed car that was blocked in by another car and 2 hours and 15 minutes of my life I will never get back.

My vehicle is a 2020 midnight RAV4 Toyota SUV. On 8/30/2021 I went to the Seminole location for my 10,000 miles service and Jacob Fry was my service manager.Although I do not know Jacob personally, this was my second time needing him for service and I was pleasantly surprised. About 6 months ago, I had a lacking experience for my 5,000 miles & filled out a survey with specific details.When I arrived 8/30, all of the specifics from my previous experience were independently addressed, specifically. Jacob personally retrieved my car when I returned on my lunch break to get it, which showed me that he really cared. So many people these days get stuck in a routine and rarely care enough to meet the customer halfway. This time, Jacob didn’t just meet me halfway, he met me where I was. He understood I was skeptical, but made sure my vehicle was safe and compliant.I appreciate the phone call and voicemail after my vehicle was ready. It only actually took about an hour and a half to service my vehicle, which allowed me to have a smooth day and that is what I appreciate the most.Jacob is a family man and I am glad to have given him another chance because that is where we grow as people and a nation. Conflict resolution is everything to me. We are humans and I’m appreciative for Jacob caring enough to make sure I felt welcomed the second time around. The first time I felt invisible because they were so busy, but this time, I felt the entire staff was more aware of their surroundings. While I will say Jacob went above and beyond, the dealership seemed a lot more organized. All is well. 5/5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

So this post deals with two different experiences. The most recent really put things in perspective. I own two cars a corolla and Avalon. I bought the Avalon from Seminole Toyota last year because I love my Corolla so much I figured I would get another Toyota with more legroom. But to be honesty I’m already looking to trade it in. If I had to grade the experience during that time I would give it a (C-). Now the second experience deals with the collision/repair shop. My corolla needed repairs after being in an accident (first ever). The associate handling my account fought me during the whole process of getting my car back to its efficient capacity, prior to the accident. Every time I brought up concerns/issues about my car he kept brushing me off telling it was nothing wrong. Fast forward everything I expressed was correct. Maybe both experiences were isolated incidences but I highly highly doubt it. #NeverAgain

The worst service!!!! Had appointment. Waited 30 minutes for oil change. Line did not move. No one came out and checked. Person in front of me said she had waited 50 minutes. Called the service desk. When told of my predicament, representative did not care the least.

They were supposed to run a diagnostics on the car. When I came to pick it up I realized they had not run a diagnostics. Back in the day they would have said, oh sorry sir, our mistake well run that for you right now and our apologies.Not the new Seminole Toyota. They argued that the diagnostics had been run. I pointed out on the paper work they had just given me that it said Recommendations: Run diagnostics. The manager argued with me then walked away leaving me with an assistant who made me sign the receipts so that he could get me my keys.I have never been treated so horribly! Their customer satisfaction rep reached out to me and when I told him what happened I got the same attitude.Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership. They are not what they once were and care little about you once youve laid out your money.
