I just want to say classic Nissan of Sanford was the most professional/comfortable car buying experience I’ve ever had. Tracy was very professional and super knowledgeable. I never felt persuaded or pressured at any point in the process however, I did feel I was very well informed and given options. Tracy is a true salesman! Overall a decent car buying a experience. Everyone was very professional and friendly. They worked out a strong deal that I was pleased with. The reason I say. “decent” is because the day after I purchased my vehicle I noticed a chip in my windshield on the passenger side. I didn’t see it when I bought my car (it was in a very odd spot on my windshield). Instead of the dealership accepting responsibility, I was told that detail would’ve caught it and report it. First of all detail did an AWFUL job cleaning my car, so they couldn’t possibly have seen a chip on my windshield. And if they did, it’s not their responsibility to report it, my sales guy should’ve caught it. I was reluctantly told that they would send someone to fix it. Almost a month after buying my car nobody has followed up with me to schedule a time. I was in fact told to follow up with them, imagine that. My paperwork also wasn’t completed right the first time, which I suspect is what took my deal so long to fund. I’ve never experienced this. A 5-star buying experience is not just about making a deal, it’s in the details. My sales guy reached out with a generic email asking if I had questions. I replied that I did have questions and got a generic response back a week later. I expected more and was disappointed. I will not refer business to you moving forward, nor will I return for any service.

Ronald Suarez is the very best Service Adviser I have ever experienced in my life, no joke. He was knowledgeable and patient with me answering all my questions. He even presented a transmission part to explain the procedure I needed. He personally introduced me to the service manager and mechanic. Both of which were equally accommodating. I even noticed that Ronald opened the door for me. Please recognize Mr. Suarez for superior service. He could teach any fortune 500 company something about outstanding customer service.

Had a problem within the first week of our used car purchased here. We asked about a repaint and was told the car was accident free and was to paint over minor parking lot dings. Apparently they had actually painted over rust without making any repair which soon started bubbling up.General manager Bruce Reeves told us North Carolina is a no warranty as is state and its our problem. Typical cliche used car dealer despite the Nissan badging, disappointing to say the least.

The staff was nice and welcoming until they realized I wasn’t going to be purchasing a vehicle that day. Once they realized I really had no intention on buying that day the sales associates attitude became very nonchalant. We gave the associate our information and waited about 15-20 minutes for the sales associate to come back out for the test drive. After waiting test drive the vehicle I was told I couldn’t test drive it because “they only had a few on the lot and didn’t want to add extra miles to the vehicle but we could sit inside and look around” In my car search I have been to several dealerships with low inventory and never have I been given an excuse for why I couldn’t test drive a vehicle. They had several of the same vehicle but a lower trim and they didn’t even offer me to test drive one of the lower trims. Moral of the story if you’re not going to buy that day don’t let them know or they’ll start acting less interested. Eventhough I wasn’t buying that day I was going to go back once I made my decision but after this experience will not be going back nor will I recommend this dealership to anyone.

The young man who initially helped us here was green but very nice, as was the woman who first contacted me regarding my inquiry about the new Leaf. Traveled all the way out there from Durham because of the deal mentioned on the phone, only to be made to believe that they were doing me some kind of GRAND favor giving me the deal I was quoted. They also said she [the sales rep I first spoke to] shouldnt be giving quotes over the phone... Even though it Turns out That what she quoted me was the NATIONAL deal on the Leaf S at the time. Easily seen online and verified by the dealership I ended up leasing from. So she was the only honest person out of the whole bunch. I then inquired about getting the quick charge package added to the car and was told it was an additional $2000. They also didnt have the trim I wanted in stock, so offered to transport the car to me but then I wouldnt be able to test drive it. I specifically asked if the car I wanted was located closer to me than Sanford so I could go drive it before signing anything and was told no I dont think so.Guess what. Not only was the supposedly $2000 quick charge port included in the price I got at a different dealership... But the car I wanted was LITERALLY SITTING IN DURHAM THE ENTIRE TIME. I could have so easily gone to test it out close to home. Which I did... Then gave my business to that dealership instead because they didnt jerk me around.The sales team at Classic Nissan in Sanford gave me some serious run-around and were quite dishonest the whole time, as well as not being knowledgeable about the technology at all (I asked about being able to charge on a regular Tesla charger--not the Tesla Superchargers--and was told that wasnt possible... Even though a simple Google search proved they were wrong).All in all, super disappointed with this dealership. Do not recommend going here to anyone.

I had an appointment at 1:00. The dealership did not move my car into the garage area for 45 minutes. Once in the garage area, it took another 45 minutes to change oil, filter, and rotate tires. Could not check tire alignment because the machine was down. What is the point of having an appointment?

It was a great experience! I originally went in to have my Juke serviced and while I was there I decided to test drive a couple of vehicles. I was not 100% sure that I wanted payments again. After I test drove the loaded 2021 Nissan Rogue I knew I wanted it. So my salesman was on top of things! He took great care of me. Great customer Service. The gentleman that handles the loan part of the purchase was great. Very patient! THANKS FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Incredible experience with Sanford Classic Nissan. I will be giving them my business for the remainder of my time here at Ft Bragg.The underside of my Altima got tore up moving it on and off a uhaul trailer, flow Nissan couldn’t even see me for two weeks. I called Sanford Classic Nissan and they accommodated me the very next day. Repairs took less than 24 hours. I was expecting a $500 bill considering the damage, they got me out the door for $360.

So incredibly annoying - for the second time now, I come to this dealership in urgent need of charging my NISSAN Leaf, only to find a white Tesla belonging to an employee parked in the only fast charging spot. Had to go inside and wait 5 minutes fir the guy to move his car.As an aside, the slower charger right next to the fast charger had some gray muscle car (also not electric) being used for private parking.

Staff was very friendly and took drop in appointments. Though they couldn’t figure out what the problem was with my car they were atleast up front about the issue and didn’t charge me for random things. So only 4 star for that reason otherwise great service! Still got an oil change done, there was a lot of space in the waiting area with coffee and a bathroom.

I dropped my vehicle off with Katie in the service department, to get tires and an alignment. She was very professional and went above and beyond to take care of me and my vehicle. The technicians also check over your vehicle with precision. Katie called me to let me know that it needed rear brakes and we got those fixed. Admittedly, most times I leave a review for a mechanic service, especially at a car dealership, it is because of a negative experience. This was not the case at Classic Nissan. I had my vehicle taken there because it wouldn’t start. Everything electronic on the car worked, but for some reason, it wasn’t starting. For this reason, I had it in my head that the battery was not the issue. At the dealership, Ron was the person I was working with. He was extremely helpful and made sure that I was well aware of everything going on. He told me that even if it wasn’t the battery, they’d test that first, just in case, because that wouldn’t cost me anything. Then, if that wasn’t the issue, they’d run a full diagnostic. It turns out that the battery was bad (shows what I know), but they didn’t have the particular battery for my vehicle in stock, so it would take a day or two. Ron recommended that I call around to see if any auto shops carried the battery, and I was able to find one. The mechanic promptly replaced the battery and got me on my way. Not only that, but since I had driven my own vehicle and this was my wife’s car getting worked on, they offered to have someone follow me and drive the car to my wife’s work in order to drop it off for her. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the level of service and courtesy that I received here.

Brought my car in to get the faulty airbags replaced. They miss aligned my steering wheel then argued with me about it. They also lost a hub cap and refused to own up to it. I was going to buy that nissan armada but after this Im going to Honda instead. Terrible. Employees are nice but mechanic wise hell no.
