Good for tires and pretty much nothing else, took my car in for a fuel injector replacement and now my car starts up with an extreme stutter. When I called about it they said they wont look at it without a $200 diagnosis even though it started while I was still in the parking lot.

Had a leaking valve stem from another business in SC where the wife had a flat. Called and ken said bring it by. I did and they fixed it in 30 seconds. The core was loose and thats why it was leaking. They filled up the tire and im a happy camper! Thanks guys!!

These guys are skilled! The labor rate is good and theyre pretty fast. Just make sure you schedule first because the get booked quickly.

While running an errand, I somehow picked up a metal (fastener??) in my back driver side wheel. I pulled it out (probably shouldnt have done that.) the tire didnt appear to be leaking. However for safety sake and peace of mind I came by the shop and made an appointment to have it looked at today.The wheel turned out to be fine. The gentlemen sent me on my way and didnt charge me one dime. Even after I offered to pay for their time. Only problem is now I dont have an excuse not to finish the yard work/painting in the back yard lol.J

Came in for a patch. Nail in the tire. Customer service noticed my purple heart tag on the car, and they comped the service.

I called to ask if they had the equipment to lift a 14’ moving truck and the guy was rude about it and got an attitude with me. No help what so ever. I can see why they have low ratings due to their customer service.

Came in needing 4 tires. Frank was so very helpful, listening to my concerns and getting me the perfect match for my 2017 Sante Fe Sport. After going here for years, and being told that all my service repairs would be reported to carfax ( Told this by multiple managers and the district manager, names not used because they still work for the company, which is disheartening they would deceive people this way just to get them to maintenance there vehicles here) that not a single one of my 4 vehicles records were ever reported over the past 10 years of going here. Save your self the trouble, go to the dealership, they report the records, and do the job right, vs getting the fly by night mechanics who chase work company to company, aren’t very good to begin with, and make you have to come back multiple times to get the repair done right. They seem like good enough guys, but just are not skilled, and it shows by there quality of work and how many mechanics they go through at this store and the rest.

Bob was awesome. I heard a noise in my back rear tier and thought it was something serious. Bob checked it out and never made me feel silly as it was just my jack not connected properly. Thanks Bob.

Went to Tire Kingdom on 17-92 to have a nail remove in my tire and patch. Their associate told me it couldn’t be patch and that I needed a new tire that was going to cost me $120 + taxes. I was going to do it but I had this feeling that they were trying to take advantage of me. So I took my car to Ruben’s tire on 17-92 didn’t mention anything about Tire kingdom and they patched my tire and only cost me $23. Will never trust Tire Kingdom after that😡

Been coming to this branch in Sanford for around 10 years. Only 1 problem, a defective Michelin.Not Tire Kingdoms fault- thats on Michelin.First Michelin in my life to come apart- with less than 1000 miles. I run Michelin on my Harley also.Michelin coming apart is a little disconcerting.Tire Kingdom is still where I shop.They carry many brands.

I came in to see if my tire could be patched. My salesperson was Jamie. She took the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed even after we found out a patch wouldnt be possible. She was professional and relatable at the same time. I should also mention that it was basically non-stop customers and very busy. Jamie being courteous and genuine in her approach, as well as conscientious of my time was the highlight of the experience. A total bonus was that my tire, after it was decided that Id need a new one, was ready to go in less than 20 minutes. Awesome job, thank you.

I felt deceived. If I choose to bring my car in for service somewhere, I expect it to be serviced correctly. My oil change was done, my air filter was not checked (it wasn’t even in there, I expected to be told that) my tires not rotated (I marked my tires) and no washer fluid. The time it took with hardly other customers there was astounding. I truly hope this opens there eyes to the fact that not everyone is a sheep and just accepts that there car was serviced correctly, because one day it might cost them more than just a customer.

I found that Tire Kingdom Sanford delivers expert auto repair advise and outstanding customer service. Great attitudes mean Im a customer for life. Prices are fair, the service is delivered in a timely manner, and the quality work means you get peace of mind knowing service was done right. And the warranties on parts and labor are extra insurance against breakdowns. Try this shop, you will find it just as stated above. And much cheaper than a dealer repair.

A few months back I brought in a vehicle for alignment to the location on state road 46 and had a bad experience. Was told I needed an islet and wheel bearings before alignment, which I did myself. Long story short I wasnt taken care of at this location and made to wait hours for a service that shouldn’t have taken long. I went to this location more recently and I was impressed at how quickly I was serviced as well as how friendly the staff was, and being in the business that’s important. If I’m traveling through again and need service I will def be stopping here.

Just called about a tire that should be under warranty. I was informed no one carried it in stock. I cant wait till noon to get it fixed as I informed the gentleman on the phone. And he hung up on me.

You can easily Google the local tire kingdoms. I go based on experience and reviews. My wife, her father, her aunt all use this specific tire kingdom despite it is further away than 3 others. They stated that they have used the closer ones and they were not honest. I came to the same conclusion after seeing their reviews. THIS particular tire kingdom is the only one they are willing to deal with (when dealing with tires, alignments and such). Their labor rates are higher than normal, so we do not use them for major repairs unless an emergency. But the few times Ive had to use other services, they did so great and without error. I use them for honesty. Sometimes they can be slow, on a few visits a simple 40 min job turned into 4 hours, but for honesty I will leave my truck here for a week if necessary. I am only giving 4 stars due to lack of different sales (compared to other tire shops they all have the same sales just rotate one another, I.E. January could be tire kingdom buy 2 get 2, February will be pep boys buy 2 get 2. So no real deals compared to other shops) Also their labor cost and some service maintenance prices are higher than normal, I usually do those myself anyway, but if cheaper I would let them do it. So for me its all about honesty with these folks, you can see when they are stressed and if I messed up, they will tell me. They have yet to ever lie to me. Been going here about 6 years.

They helped me with a screw stuck in my tire. Got the screw out and got me out of there super quick. I was very pleased with the service I received.

In all fairness I have returned to this location because they were the only ones who would do a good job.But They Stole the Change from my ash tray.

They were kind to let me come as a walk in and they didn’t charge me once i decided to go somewhere else for my tire. But they stole multiple items out of my car and i will not go back or recommend anyone to go to them

Not only did they try and take advantage of customers by saying certain work needs to be done that isnt necessarily true. I took my car to aamco and was quoted half the price tire kingdom gave me and my car drives better than ever. Tire kingdom is a scam Fact

Very happy with this particular store. Went here after another place told us that our suspension was bad and couldnt do the alignment to the car. Well they did a free front end check and determined there was nothing wrong with it at all and did the alignment for us. The store manager Greg was great and really helped us. Thanks again

I am truly humbled by the service by the Manager, Greg Thomas. I had to leave town due to an emergency. He took me in at 5:30pm and his team figured out that my Tire was deflating due to a valve stem issue. I was out of their facility by 6pm and didnt even charge me since the service was conducted by other Tire Kingdom. Greg and his Associates were top notch and I will make sure to advocate this business. Thank Greg for being a shining example for the Tire Kingdom brand.

I have been going to this tire kingdom since 1991 and they used to be pretty good but over the years they have gotten really bad and it keeps getting worse. I already stopped buying tires from them altogether and now I’m a loyal customer to Discount tire across the street. I have so many vehicles and over the years it was always some negative outcome in dealing with them. I don’t know if it’s cause they keep changing managers or if the good ones just go on to work at better places but they are starting to get as bad as “just brakes” which has held the biggest rip-off title as long as I can remember. It seems tire kingdom is not far behind not to mention they get all pissy when you don’t let them rip you off!Long story short..... shop around and get other opinions before they lock you into something you can get a better deal on..... especially tires!!Do not get any mechanical work done here or your car will just keep coming back. Needless to say they lost a long term customer, all my family members, and anyone else I can spread the word too! Consider yourself warned☝🏻

I could rant about my situation but its too much. Ive tried 3 different tires kingdoms and found in my opinion they hold some of the worst service standards. Being in both automotive and aviation industry I wont be back and will also make sure friends and co-workers know if they ever need service.

I stopped here to get tires put on my car. I was afraid Id be waiting longer than I did because I didnt schedule an appointment, but they fit me right in and I was on my way in no time. They even called a day or so later just to see if I was satisfied with the service. Very nice change!

Had an excellent experience at Tire Kingdom, #23 in Sanford, FL. Your sales associate, Frankie Pardo, could not have been nicer. I arrived late in the day after a severe blowout on nearby I-4. He handled the transaction smoothly and efficiently. I was on my way in no time. I returned the next day to purchase another tire as a spare and received the same quick, efficient, courteous service from Mr. Pardo that I experienced the day before. I will be coming to this store for all my tire needs in the future.

Went in for a tire rotation. All of a sudden I started having leaking issues with my brake booster and master cylinder. I never had an issue before and regularly check my brake lines and booster and master cylinder for leaks. Im just saying that its an awful lot of coincidence that my brake booster starts leaking the very day after I get my tires rotated. I will never go here again.Tldr: went in for a tire rotation, ended up with a $1,000 brake bill

I was told I needed new struts after getting an alignment about 6 months ago, which is probably true. However, I was doing maintenance on my car today and found that both front outer tie rod nuts (driver and passenger) were loose and could turn them by hand. I probably need another alignment now because of their negligence. I will never take my car there again. The car is rarely used and may have put 2000-3000 miles since the alignment; These should not come loose like that in that amount of time. Disappointed!

Suddenly after install and balance of my two new new tires my TPMS sensor does not work properly. They ask $120 to replace sensor. Not to say that tires were over inflated when I checked after installation because of TPMS light. They were more that 40 PSI instead of 32 in cold weather that day. Thank you Tire Kingdom for awful service. Never again. Beware!01/18/2018 As instructed by headquarter representative went over there with case number and they claim battery died at exact point of tire change. So it still has to be paid. I simply do not believe it happen at that particular moment as they claim. Fact that trained technician over inflated tires says enough about their qualifications. Never again and I do not want to talk and see any of them any more. Just total waste of time.02/15/2018 Sensor was replaced in dealership and it was physically broken. That much about honesty in conducting business. Beware.

They rotated and balanced my tires in an hour. Everyone was friendly and polite.

Negative stars, run the other way. They changed my mother in laws oil and in the process broke her radiator and wanted $800 to fix the damage they caused. Spoke with the manager denied doing it. The radiator pipe was snapped in two, they probably leaned on the car and put their hand on it while pouring the oil and broke it. Talked to the manager and his response was good luck proving it

This is my 2nd time coming to Tire Kingdom. I came in for a tire patch and an oil change. I was there for almost 2 hours. I would have given more stars. I mean the staff are nice, but my 2-stars is mostly because of the cost. I was charged almost $100 for an oil change & patch. I have never been charged this much by the actual Kia dealership service department.. Usually Kias synthetic oil change would cost me between $29-$34 max (including filter change), and a patch is anywhere between $11-$20 max. So even though Tire Kingdim is up the block from me, i think next time i will just be safe & go directly to Kia services

Purchased 4 tires about 18 months ago for about $600. The paperwork give to me says lifetime wheel balance and lifetime wheel rotation. So I went there to get my tires balanced and they told me that they will not do it because I needed new tires. They said that the tires were worn and they refused to balance them. So I had to take the car somewhere else where they balanced the tires for $40. As far as i can see the so called benefits of buying at tire kingdom are nothing more than a scam the use to bring you back to their store to sell you more tires even if your tires are still in good shape. I highly recommend anyone looking for tires to go somewhere else and not get scammed like me.

I had my car brought to Tire Kingdom by an Auto Body Shop Mechanic back in February for an alignment and rotation after an accident Ive been involved in. Almost 2-2 1/2 weeks ago, my fiancè and I started noticing a wobbling clicking noise around the front driver side tire when we make a slight turn around a curve. Was on the verge to take it back to Tire Kingdom to have it checked out until my fiancè checked the tire and noticed the bolts were really loose!!!! I freaked out because we have been rolling up and down the highway and this wheel could of came off and killed us both! Moral of the story, quality of the job is sometimes better than speed of the job. That could of cost us our lives!!
