Brought in my 1996 f-250 7.3L OBS for a no start and the best tech guy, (Larry) quickly diagnosed the problem as being the IDM computer. Suggested that I go on line myself to look for one because they dont make them for an old truck like that anymore. He Immediately found a website for me and by the end of the day I had a new one on the way. When it arrived he installed it and it was back up and running the next day. Wish I could give more than 5 stars for him and everyone else there, they were all very helpful and went above and beyond to breathe new life into an old beast like mine.Thanks from ED.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with this Ford service center! I get routine oil changes as well as service done on both my Ford Explorers. I made an appointment 2 days in advance for a recall for my door latch. I also asked about updating my computer and asked about their being no cost to do it and the appointment setter said there would be no fee.Then when I showed up for my appointment they told me they did not have the parts for the door latch recall and that the computer update would cost $89.I’m really disappointed that I wasted my time driving 30 minutes to come in and to find out in person that I can’t have anything done today when I specifically asked ahead of time.A phone call the day ahead or something to inform me would have been really helpful so I wouldn’t waste my time or gas.
Was down from Ft. Bragg NC visiting my son when I got a nail in my rear tire. I had roadside assistance tow my GT to AutoNation Ford Service Dept. and was pleasantly surprised at how fast they repaired the tire. John assured me itd be fine to drive home and he was right. Great guy, great service!
In Auto Nation Ford Sanford you will find awesome and cordial staff. Ask for Champathy he will do anything to make you happy when it comes to sale you a vehicle. But when it comes to the vehicle services they don’t have the same professionalism. I spend almost $50,000 on 2 Ford vehicles and they refuse to fix a rusted section of my fusion which still in warranty coverage. But what I received was “that is what you get when you buy a vehicle from up north”. Totally not customer service oriented.I wonder what the local tv channels will say if I take this to them. Customer relations manager treat me like a bought and old bicycle and she wasn’t willing to cover the Ford Warranty at all.Nice way of doing business Sanford
Charged 4k to fix a truck only 2 years old and said it wasnt under warranty. The truck broke down again the next day. When they looked at the truck they quoted me an additional 7k to fix it and again it wasnt under warranty. I took it to a different ford repair center and they said it was 100% under warranty and are helping me receive credit for the unnecessary 4 thousand dollars I spent. I would AVOID this place especially if your vehicle is in the warranty timeline.
Champ found the perfect vehicle and made sure that I had a great price and was able to get the best down payment for myself. Very very excited and satisfied with the service that I had received I would recommend him for anyone that needs or is look for a great car.

Could have been better. Service was very nice. But food felt like was pre-frozen. Steaks were not per requested and mashed potatoes where the worst I ever had.
Anthony in Parts was very nice. Im still put out that they didnt change the air filter n wipers during my service visit.
I had a terrible experience. They kept our car for over 5 days just to replace a battery. I was covered but they didn’t have a loaner car for us until the last two days. I had to Uber to work. The manager said for me to send him the Uber bills and he would reimburse me. I sent the bills and never got reembursed. We will soon be in the market for a new car. I would not return there.
They dont know how to treat customers.
I wish there was a zero star rating. Never ever bring your vehicle here. They lie, delay, do not communicate and then they break things that werent even the issue. I cannot more strongly tell you to stay away from this place.
Didnt want to deal with me so they told me the car was sold. A coworker of mine then went in and they tried to sell them the same vehicle. Shady.
Terrible customer service
The worst customer service that we received yesterday when we went to see a car, the seller does not know the customers courtesy kit or is a person who discriminates against us because we are Latinos.
