I ordered a door lock actuator for my 2009 Forester. The part came in on time, and it was in good condition. I really cant ask for more, so Im content with their service.

It was a great experience. David White was our salesman. He was extremely honest and down-to-earth. He worked with us tirelessly and never attempted to steer us wrong. We will not have a problem referring our friends and family to him. Finance office was great. Tito knew his stuff and we did not have any problems closing on the car.

Hands down this was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Angel helped with the sale of an impeccably kept used car. Carlos finalized the financial paperwork. They were both funny and down-to-earth guys that made us feel confident and comfortable throughout the whole buying process. There is a Subaru dealer closer to me, but I will drive an hour further for any future service needs at this dealer. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone.

Absolutely flawless experience. I cannot believe other businesses are so poor in comparison. The Mastro parts website works well in either mobile or desktop mode (this is very rare for an e-store) and the parts were shipped out quickly. Keep up the great work Mastro Subaru!
