Car had to be taken in for painting due to peeling. While my car was there the employee noticed my drivers side door lock was not working. Called with estimate for repair. This was unexpected since the car was only there for painting. I really appreciated the attention paid to this small detail. Gave me a reasonable price and lock was repaired, car was painted, color perfectly matched and looks beautiful and was ready when stated. Have used this business in the past and will continue to do so in the future. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

Sanford paint and body is the best in the area hands down. I went in to get a dent taken out on a fender bender and they did outstanding work on the bumper. Not only was the quality of the work outstanding, they went above and beyond with the work going as far to wash the exterior, detail the interior, and they left the car looking like it rolled off the showroom floor. Levi kept me up to date on the progress with brief but detailed updates. I sure hope I dont have another collision but if I do I would certainly come back here no hesitation.

I’ve been going to Sanford Paint & Body for years, I’ve had 3 different vehicles fixed. I just recently got a huge scrape and a dent fixed on my truck and, as always, they fixed it up back to perfection like nothing ever happened! I actually flipped my last truck on its side and thought it was totaled, but they fixed that one up just like new too! I’ll never go anywhere else for repairs. The staff is all super nice and friendly, and they never make me feel like they’re selling me anything extra (being a 22 y/o girl who knows nothing about cars, this is appreciated).

New to the Sanford area and recently got some paint knocked off my truck. I came in to get a quote and the lady at the front desk was very nice. A technician came out and helped me right away! I would recommended this place to anyone looking for a superior paint and body shop. Excellent staff!

My Corvette was in a front end accident in which the front fender, bumper and headlight were damaged. I didnt want to just take it any where that said paint and body. I googled shops in my area and Sanford paint and body had rave 5 star reviews. I provided my own replacement parts and I couldnt be happier with the work. Turn around time was about 4 days and they kept me informed throughout the entire process. Great customer service and Levy is the best.

They did a great job. My car had damage from an object that flew at my car on the highway. When I got my car back it looked brand new. They even cleaned my car which was unexpected. I was very pleased with their service.

Sanford Body and Paint came recommended to me by my insurance carrier, State Farm, and they did not disappoint. Not only did they do a great job but they were super fast and efficient. Initially, I was looking at 3 weeks before they could fix the car but because the splash guard was dragging on the ground, they were able to squeeze me in. At that point, the estimated time was 3 days and they did it in 2. Pretty impressive.My only complaint, and its minor, is that I wish that I had been advised that they were putting used car parts on my car. In past times that Ive had to use a body shop, Ive been asked which I prefer.Other than that, these guys are great. They work closely with the rental car companies. I didnt even have to take the rental car back. They contacted the company for me and I was out the door. Thank you for doing great business and being easy to work with.

I never even caught damage on the pickup-bed or the front quarter that was also present, yet the shop was ALL OVER EVERY DETAIL!! They found stuff I would have never imagined INCLUDING every silly plastic clip that was broken (even though you couldnt tell unless you took it apart) which if it hadnt been found and fixed would have been a constant and irritating rattle source. Hats off to the team that inspected because they did so with care and precision!While I hope I never have to visit another body shop from getting hit by someone, if I do I will most certainly insist that I return here without question. These people know how to earn repeat customers. I brought my car here to get some minor front and rear bumper displacement repairs done and they offered to do either the easy repair of sticking the parts in place with epoxy glue and tightening the screws, or the $1,000 repair of replacing and matching paint on both bumpers. I decided to give the easy repair a shot which took him about 10 mins and when asked for the repair cost, he refused to accept any money and just asked to keep them in mind when we needed a real repair. I had to force a tip by placing the $20 bill on the desk. These are good people, not shady scam artist mechanics like you find at a lot of other places. I highly recommend this place.

So I was rear ended a couple of weeks back and when the other party’s insurance gave me an option for repairs I chose Sanford Paint & Body because of its reviews and proximity to my home. I literally showed them my car, scheduled a day to drop it off, and got all the info I needed same day as the accident.Roberta the receptionist was so friendly from day one. This was my first time being involved in an accident and she made sure I was taken care of. She helped me to get a rental car situated and walked me through the pick up and rental process. (I’ll also mention I had a couple of scheduling conflicts due to my work schedule and they worked with me on it.)They told me it would be about three days and it was. Fast and efficient work. I dropped the rental off and got ferried back to pick up my car. It was so clean! She looked all shiny and new. The work, as evidenced in the photo, speaks for itself. Not to mention they cleaned the inside too! That was a happy surprise.There were two parts they had to track down for me so I brought my car back this morning when they got them. It took about an hour and she was done! I am so impressed with the work and service provided by this business. I absolutely recommend them.Thank you Roberta and the rest of the team!!

It is with great pleasure I get to write a positive review about this auto body work shop. My experience with them was absolutely positive. From the very beginning, I got a sense the staff was all about customer care. I dropped off my truck and they ensured I got home six miles away. Out of four bodywork shops I obtained quotes from, these guys beat them all. The quality of work was exceptional. This is a place I certainly will go back to if I ever need auto bodywork done again in the future.

I dropped in this morning, no appointment, and I had the most amazing customer service...starting with Roberta’s kindness and organization. I needed advice on how to finish up a do-it-myself project on my 2012 Camry’s rear spoiler. I am so sorry I did not get the employee’s name, but within 20 minutes he had installed my new spoiler and sent me on my way. And there was NO CHARGE! I will recommend these folks every chance I get. Service doesn’t get any better than this.

Efficient, easy to work with, and kept me informed of the progress. They even washed the exterior of the vehicle so it looked brand new once the replacement of the part was completed.

I used this location a couple of times bc they seemed reputable. Quality of work needed to be redone a few times until it was done right. Need quality control. Also this location does not offer any type of discount for cash out of pocket militarily or law enforcement.

CAR LOOKS GREAT! Got in a little fender bender. Everyone there was very nice. I have a super rare car so was picky with shops, glad I chose them. Also brought my car in super dirty, and when I picked it up it was detailed spotless. The even painted my faded fender, blends perfectly matching 13 year old paint.

John was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done when my wife and daughter brought the car in for an estimate to repair the rear passenger door. Auto Image in Altamonte Springs wrote a bad estimate for the repairs and listed guesses and major items (an airbag when none deployed?!) and refused to revise it so having dealt with SP&Bs sister store, Martins Auto Body, previously and getting an outstanding experience out of that repair, I had it towed here for a second opinion. Chris is fantastic and the communication and earnest discussion he took the time out to have really made a difference. Theyre highly recommended in my opinion and you could my get much better service.

They did a great job on my husbands repair. The paint looked great. Im taking a star away because I feel they are on the expensive side. And no one reviewed the final repair with us to make sure we were satisfied. That was disappointing.

Our minivan was rear-ended. Sanford Paint & Body made it look like brand new. Ready on-time and delivered washed and detailed so that it looked like a brand new vehicle that just rolled off a new car lot. They did excellent work.

Be careful they use low quality aftermarket parts that are not even close to the quality of the OEM parts. And I didnt think the workmanship was that great body panels didnt Aline right and parts were left with loose screws. I would not recommend this place.
