I went in to get my car fixed and they guy who fixed it made it look brand new in the front and got it done eraly the painting on my car is smooth again on the front and matches perfectly just wish the back of my car looked the same lol not there fault tho because the car was scrapped in the back when I got it and I was there cuz I hit a cat so they did the estimate and fixed what the cat did to the car but a man can dream right lol but good quality professional work and go it done 2 days eraly so I have to give them 5 stars for that thank you and keep up the amazing work

I used them to fix my cars damage on the passenger side. I couldnt even open my passenger door when I dropped it off. I had a Wheel fender/bumper in the corner replaced on my 2016 Ford Edge. Ed was in charge and made sure my vehicle was finished and a timely/accurate manner. He did an excellent job with the repair it looks as good as new and I thank him and the whole team for the excellent repair and service!

Incomplete and Poor workmanship.Brought my Pickup toSeminole Collision center becauseIm a long term customerof David Maus Chevrolet.A lot of wrong updates on Status.When I picked up the truck,Obviously not complete/ inspected.Could not even open the tail gate.Alarm system wires hanging.After taking the truck home I realizedthe truck was now threecolors. Very large swirl marks in finish.All the electrical underneathwas uninstalled/hanging down.Several other issues. Hit a tree pot in the middle of 408 and it took out my right passenger tire and bumper. Took it to Toyota collision on Sanford area and they fixed it right up within a week. Good service.

Was skeptical at first bringing my Ford to a Toyota Collision business. However, I figured if USAA allows them to be on their repair list, I can trust the work. They did a great job and the paint blended great. Needed a couple of adjustments after I got home and they took care of them without any hassle at all. Totally pleased!

She kept us inform regularly and such care and professionalism is hard to find. This could have been a very stressful situation but we trusted her and she handled everything.

First off, Ive worked on quality inspection for over 15 years so I have a keen eye for visual defects and things out of place. After 4 attempts and 3 weeks trying to fix body gaps and alignments issues they did good enough job for me to move on. I would still not recommend this shop just for the lack of quality on the work they put out to the customer.

My car had front end damage due to an accident. The entire bumper and grill had to be replaced. Toyota did an excellent job repairing and painting the damage. Eric was excellent in keeping me informed and also taking the time to show me and explain all that was done.

I was involved in an accident a month ago and brought my 2017 Rav4 here for repair. Anthony was my collision representative and he did an amazing job at keeping me in the loop with the repairs to my vehicle. He by far exceeded my expectations!! I was quoted repairs to take 16 days and my car was finished in 8 days!! The onsite rental pick up made it very easy for me to get a rental and head to work quickly.

Vehicle was ready as promised. Also got text updates with progress status. Car body repairs were absolutely perfect. Also liked that Enterprise car rental was on site so easy to get a rental, one stop service.

From start to finish they helped me through the entire process from the estimate to the repair even the car rental which is all in the same building making the transition from my car to the rental and back was a breeze. The appointments were made next day so there was barely a wait time and during my car repair they kept me up to date with everything going on. I had a great experience.

I recently took my vehicle to Seminole Toyota Collision Center for repairers after a recent hail storm in Lake Mary, FL. The work that was to be preformed was called Paintless Dent Repair (PDR). After the PDR work was complete, I received a call to come and pick up my vehicle .I decided it might be a good idea if I did a walk around inspection of my car before I drove off. To my amazement my car was in worse condition than it was when I first brought it in to be fixed, the work was totally unsatisfactory to me. Because it was late Friday when I received my car, I had to take it home in the unsatisfactory condition I received it.I called the following Monday to speak with a manager and I was ask to bring in my car so they could take a look at it. The manager I met with was very friendly and understanding of my concerns. The manager said he would like for me to bring my car back in a couple of days because he wanted his Director to also see the work that was done on my vehicle.When I returned again with my vehicle, I met with the Manager and Director of the Collision Center. We did an inspection walk around on the work that had been done and right away the Director apologized to me for having received work on my car that was below his and my expectations.After that the Director looked me in the eyes and said please give them a chance to fix this, I did and he kept his word.This vehicle was my retirement gift to myself after serving 25 years in the military. I am deeply grateful to the the Seminole Toyota Collision team for making me feel important. A big shout out to Marianne, Robert, and Anthony. Passenger side impact from collision, damaging the right rear passenger door quarter panel, wheel and suspension components. I picked our car up just shy of 4 weeks later. This Collision Shop Is Bad, Had My Corolla Fixed After My Accident And The Bodywork Was Poorly Done, I Could See The Weld Lines Also They Put On LKQ Used Junk Car Parts On My Car And Charged The Insurance As They Were Brand New Parts To Fix My Car. Ended Up Trading In My Corolla Same Night It Was Ready For Pick Up Because How Bad The Body Work Was And Car Smelled Like Paint And Car Was Given Back VERY VERY DIRTY.STAY AWAY FROM HERE.

I was EXTREMELY disappointed in the service here. I was optimistic about my car being taken car of by Seminole Toyota because of their great reputation but instead; I was very rudely hung up on by the receptionist, my car repair was delayed by two weeks, and to top it all off, when I went to pick up my car, the roof had a quarter size chip on it. My wife and I spoke with manager Anthony Villanueva who instantly pointed the finger at the towing company then excused the missing paint as a manufactures defect. I emailed and called him to follow and I have yet to hear back. I also contacted Ed Miller before submitting the review so they can resolve any concerns and have yet to hear back as well.

I was rear-ended and needed my back bumper repaired. Brian dealt with the insurance company, quoted 4 days start to finish. He explained everything they would do, also answered a few of my questions. It actually only took 3 days. You cant tell there was any damage. Very timely work, excellent quality, very professional, friendly staff. So glad I changed from another Toyota garage in town to this one!

They act like they are the best collision center for toyota but I have to tell you they were good all the way up to the point when I pointed out to them that who ever finished sanded my back tailgate and used 80 grit but didnt go any finer and then painted over it leaving scratches in the paint and then clearing over it. They thought that was a okay thing to do which it isnt and the pushed me out the door upon bringing it to there attention they only used rubbing compound on it and said it would be ten minutes I waited 45 just to give the benefit of the doubt I ended up leaving in a rental and still didnt hear back until 5 that it was ready and how they looked for me. Now keep in mind I brought it up there at 10 am what happened to ten minutes? Upon arrival they new I was going to Ga. So they were pushing me out the door and guess what the scratches were still there. After cooling down and being very nice and logical during the christmas break i went back on the date we arranged only to hear oh stuff came up we cant do it right now we will do it next tuesday and Ill give you a rental for the day sounds good but if they took there time the first time fixing my car and made a mistake how bad are they going to do hurrying needless to say i havent been back an my car isnt fixed and they never bothered to reach out to ask why or to try and repair this situation. Good luck Id go else were.

I suggest bringing your higher end German cars to their respectable shops as my experience here turned into a lot of drama with 3 trips to finally get it done right elsewhere for just a small dent. Paint blending and matching wasnt good. I am guessing the unique color is something they arent used to. As for their service and personnel; everyone I dealt with was very nice.
