Absolutely regret choosing this place for an insurance repair. I originally chose them to “support a small business” but that ended up equating to the opposite of everything you’d expect. Poor service and communication, took over a month for minimal cosmetic damage. They told me every week for three weeks that it’d be done by the end of the week. They also lied about having to do extra work because of “ prior damage” to the vehicle (surprise, I’ve owned the car since new and it has never been repaired where they claimed).Bottom line, do not recommend.

I cant say enough positive things about this auto body. The 3 times Ive had to use them, 1 for hail damage on my sunroof, 1 for realigning my front bumper and another time for auto body work and restoration of my headlights they have always gone out of there way to provide me with the best customer service and satisfaction and smiles every time I walk through your door! Thanks guys for your kindness, I would recommend you to anyone!

This is the worst body shop ever and I highly doubt anyone is ever a RETURN customer. They are scam artist and do what they wont not what the insurance pays them for. I made this mistake so hopefully no one else will have to I honestly could have did it better with a rattle can . They didnt do half of what they were paid to . Only did half the hood bottom front door half rear bumper and made 3k insurance paid them 3k to replace and paint hood paint front door and rear door ALL of the rear bumper and both mirrors . I could have had the whole damn car painted for way less then that SCAM DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE

Estimate matched what my insurance appraised for having the rear end ripped off my car by a hit and run in a parking lot. Friendly and did a great job. Took 5 weeks to fix, but my car is a very unique color and probably difficult to match and blend.
