Very laid back setting all around in this store. Clean and well maintained. Very knowledgeable staff Tawny in particular was able to answer all of my questions in terms that we older generation could actually understand... a jumping high five to the store manager (tawny). I highly recommend this store to any one or any age group for all of your phone service needs. 😀

My story seems to be a common one at least in this area. Initially went to the other Verizon store to upgrade and get a new phone. It was the worst experience I have ever had. I ended up canceling everything and returned the phone without even opening the box. I then went to Robs store and I was amazed at how well I was taken care of. Rob was knowledgeable and attentive. He got on the phone to Verizon and solved all my issues within 20 minutes. It was probably the best experience Ive ever had in 20 plu years with Verizon. I left with an upgraded plan and a new phone on order at 25 percent less than the other store

Rob was excellent to work with at all points on my recent trip to TCC (about 3 weeks ago). I looking for very specific things as far as the phone I wanted and the service I was looking for at the price I wanted to pay. He took the time to listen to every question and patiently explain everything to me in great detail; he knows his craft! Now I have a phone that I love and continue to enjoy the services Verizon provide to me. Id youre in the market, these guys will take care of you!

I stopped in here because I was frustrated with the corporate store in town. I had lost my phone and when I went there (the corporate store) I was handed a piece of paper and told to call a number!?!?! After much more frustration and finally getting a new phone as a gift, I decide to try to go to the store on Perkins Ave and see if I could get any more help there. WOW! Rob not only was helpful he went over and above checking my plan to make sure I was getting the best deal and EXPLAINED so many things. You won’t be sorry if you switch and make this your “go to” for all your Verizon needs. I promise!!!

I recently brought my device in with a bunch of problems, Alissa was able to help me into my new note 20 ultra wide, the phone is amazing. I am able to run my music in three multiple screens. I love how samsungs are advanced enough to multitask. I will be going back to the store in the future!

They totally screwed me over, so got the REAL answers fr her.She went above & beyond &I wasnt even her customer, nor did she know IF I would ever be 1. Went into Verizon because I have had so many problems. Tawny was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to help figure out my issues, explain things to my all while being very friendly!

I had a very good experience at this Verizon store. A guy named Za helped me and gave me the best deal I had ever gotten at Verizon. I spoke with him on the phone before I got out of work and he had my new phone ready for me with a case, and was very patient about transferring my previous contacts/data when my old iPhone hadn’t been backed up in a while. Very friendly, and eager to educate his customers. 10/10 would recommend!

I stopped at the Verizon store on W. Perkins Ave. in Sandusky to pick up a SIM card so I could activate an old phone for my 95 year old mother.. Rob, the customer service representative was able to activate the phone with the existing SIM card and after he reviewed my account he advised me that I could save me $70 dollars a month by changing my plan. That is $10 per line and the only thing I wouldn’t have available was the hotspot, but I could call Verizon if needed and add that option to an individual line. Not one of my family currently use the hotspot so this plan option was perfect! I also discussed the multi line protection plan which all of my phones were paid for and covered but only three slots were available for an insurance claim. So if a broken phone was not already in one of those three slots prior to the issue it was not covered. This just didn’t make sense. Rob changed that plan as well and I pay a few cents less to have full coverage on all phones! What a plus!! I’m so happy and thankful I stopped by this Verizon store today! I thought this place was exceptionally great. Until I woke up in the middle of the night to some one or the system deactivating my phone after only having it for 3 days. And still havent received a clear explanation as to what happen and did not even get compensated for the money to activate the phone. It was used to go towards a re stocking fee which I think is highly unfair. I would not recommend this company to any one.
