0 stars actually!! They are never there or in the back doing whatever while cars are parked outside. Lights on but door is always locked!! I went to Boost on Milan rd & while I was there multiple ppl came in complaining about the same issue. SO DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! Go see Steven on Milan rd, he’s great!

FIRST of all, I don’t know what y’all think customer service is but it isn’t what I got yesterday. Went in and automatically got a nasty attitude because you had a customer in a busy city (wow so shocked). Then tell me why your employee was have a personal conversation on their personal phone and got snotty when I tried to speak. Yesterday I was trying to switch my old boost phone over to my friends boost account but apparently that costs $25 which I’ve never heard of. SO with those prices y’all be charging you would think you could afford daycare for your kids screaming in the back.
