My favorite phone company of all the phone company i went through this is the best one yet yeah need a few more towers in certain areas but best one yet

I came here to let everyone know I had the BEST service Ive ever received in a phone store in my life in your Total Wireless Milan Ave. Sandusky Ohio location.I was a long time customer of Verizon and decided I would be switching services because of price and poor practices. Ive only had a few interactions with Verizon employees in those 12 years and none matched the fantastic service from Franco at Total Wireless. If he is not the Manager at that store, he should be.I found, not only as a customer, but as a business owner myself, extreme value in him as an employee. As a customer I appreciated his kindness, how knowledgeable he was on everything, and he got us in and out and activated 4 lines and had numbers transferred in under 30 minutes.As an owner/manager of my own business I greatly appreciated the fact he was able to casually but effectively up-sell me on merchandise, made the transfer as smooth as possible, made us feel welcome and appreciated as new customers, took care of 6 other customers in between. I walked into the store some what anxious figuring it would be an ordeal, but I left the store confident in my every decision. He was amazing!He was working the shift with just himself; what most wouldve considered a stressful busy situation, and he was cool calm and collected. Franco was great and if ever we have to be in the store again or need something by phone call, I hope hell be the one I encounter.My fiance and I couldnt say how great our service was today enough!!

I purchased a phone at a local department store and it did not have a sim card with it, so I purchased another sim card. Customer service activated my account but my phone would not work. I tried for 3 days to get service as my service date was dwindling away. Then they tell me I purchased the wrong sim card and that I had to order 1 online through them. Not feeling comfortable giving them my debit card info. I called the Sandusky store to see if I could purchase the correct sim card there rather than online. The gentleman said yes so I told him I would be there the next day. He called me back and within 20 minutes he had my phone working. He went above and beyond to make sure the customer was satisfied. Im so grateful for his dedication. Thank you so much for your help.

Still no response from the owner about my damaged iPad. You went around my review and answers everyone else! Love to know this is how you treat customers. Don’t go here for an iPad repair, they have no clue what they’re doing. They will damage your iPad screen where it isn’t even on all the way and the button will be loose. Followed by being covered in glue.

He charges full price for phones thats hes pieced together from trade ins. Then when phone doesnt work. Hell offer to upgrade you for half price seeing you dont like your broken non working phone. Hell tell you Ill be there on this day and this time. And then he ducks and dives from you. The only thing he can do is customer support. He has earned his f rating on bbb. He charged $230 for 2 broken new phones. And hasnt fixed issue literally 1 week later. He employees cant do any tasks other than text him when hes going to get there. ANYONE WHO DOES BUISNESS WITH HIM KNOW Receipts mean nothing to him once he has your cash its done deal. Never pay with credit card or your risking identity theft . I do declare every word said in this review is true.

The best place to have a phone and the phone systems through total Wireless theyre not expensive I like it I wont get rid of it
