We just had our garage door replaced by Northgate Garage Doors. It was a wonderful experience at every step. Greg, the owner, came out to give us an estimate. He was professional, knew every possible thing about our door choices and answered all our questions. He made us feel that we were in good hands. He immediately sent an estimate and we ordered. The door came when he said it would and he sent Dale to install. He did a fabulous job installing and explaining how to use our new door. We wish all our interactions with companies were as great as this. We highly recommend Northgate Garage Doors!

They did everything they said they would, when they said they would. The young man I worked with in the showroom patiently helped me choose the right door. When I had a small problem right after the warranty expired they came out and fixed it without charge. No problems since then. Very happy with the product and service.

Extraordinary service. Saved me the cost of a service call. Noe fixed it over the phone. He suspected the sensors were mis-aligned and steered me to a You Tube video and was fixed in minutes. No charge! Thank You!

We had a funky door size, but they were able to figure it all out. Very responsive and did a great job. Would definitely recommend.

WOW!!!! I am very sensitive to customer service; it seems to be a thing of the past, but not so with A! Hamid answered my call; scheduled a two hour window; Ed & Tony(?) arrived and a very short while later everything was operating better than when it was originally installed. They replaced a broken spring; tightened all nuts and bolt; lubricated moving parts; adjusted the motor and left everything in excellent condition.

Northgate Garage Door’s has put a new door on my garage, no automatic risers, and repaired items that needed fixing. They’ve always done a very good job in a very timely manner

Really great customer service! Everything was explained to me in advance of my service call so there were no surprises. Everyone from owner to technician to billing were very easy to work with!

Had some real issues but ultimately would recommend them. Doors turned out really nice, and these are good people, I think, in general. But the process of installation was a nightmare. The guy measured the tracks incorrectly, disabled my existing doors for literally weeks I had no working garage door and it took forever to get the tracks installed. Then they measured the actual door wrong on one side, and they had to completely build a new door from scratch, which took over a month. So for two months, I had no working garage door setup. They knocked off 500 bucks, which was pretty weak given the brain damage I had to go through to get this done. Im only posting this as a heads up to make sure that customers press them to measure twice, cut once. Not to indict an otherwise reasonably good company. They were mortified, vs apathetic (the apathetic companies infuriate you when they mess up--these guys actually care).

When our garage door spring failed, we called Northgate which we have used at previoushouses. They did a temporary repair since we wanted to replace the squeaky mildewed door with one with windows. Greg came out and measured, discussed options. We visited their showroom and selected our new door. It is prepainted with battery back up and a keypad opener which we find very handy, and lots of window light. The door was just installed by Jimmy and Dale. Works perfectly and were very happy
