Helpful, knowledgeable personnel. I endeavor to purchase used whenever possible. Renew Computers should be a first stop when replacing equipment. Even if Renew does not have what you need, they will point you in the right direction.

Renew Computers is over 30 years old I think, which goes to show a lot about their forward thinking approach to managing e-waste. The are pretty much the largest electronics and computer recycling company in Marin County, CA at least the biggest independent recycler thats for sure. They are located in downtown San Rafael where old PC, laptops and electronics are collected and properly recycled. They are also a qualify Microsoft Registered Refurbisher and they also offer repair and refurbishment services.

Good service and a nice selection of commonly used computer parts for cheap. A great money saver if you need to pick up a piece and dont need it to be in retail packaging. Still works exactly the same or theyll refund your purchase.

I purchased an All In One Acer refurbished computer from Renew computers and I am SO HAPPY with it!! I have never bought used electronics before, but my experience with Renew Computers has changed my mind.

Though I originally did have a problem with their services it was resolved to my satisfaction and the person who helped me was very understanding and calm about the whole situation while also being very kind.
