Lots of open box fridges and front loading washers and dryers avaliable. Lots of staff but not very pushy or aggressive actually let us really look around and then asked again if we needed any assistance or not. As for the rest, there were only about 2 dozen or less dishwashers, stoves and ovens, a dozen microwaves, a handful of single freezers.and a couple playstation 5s as well! Oh and about 3 dozen smart flat screen tvs all open box mostly satisfactory or above condition.

This place is THE BEST! No pun intended... Theres a normal Best Buy a mile away, but, if youre looking for a good deal on a new TV, fridge, freezer, washer, dryer, dishwasher, stove/oven, and sometimes a microwave or home stereo, then this is the place. Dont waste your time going anywhere else, even online. This place is filled with awesome deals on these things, typically bcuz they are open box deals or they have minor cosmetic issues. All of this is openly shared for each item, they rate everything from excellent (or brand new) to fair, and they explain why. Staff is knowledgeable and non-intrusive, as in they just let you wander around looking at things rather than swooping in on you trying to make a sale, very low pressure situation and just honest, which is refreshing and wonderful. They dont have the same selection that a fully stocked Best Buy has, but, if youre looking for any of those specific items I listed, then this is the place to go!

This is my go to place for all of my appliances in my rental units. I get great prices and even better service. I just replaced my three TVs in my house with ones from here, very happy.

Consider this before buying a item that requires delivery from Best Buy outlet. In short: Bought a fridge, paid for delivery, fridge broke. No problem they said, come in, buy a new one and when we deliver it we will get the bad one and refund you. Bad news. 7-10 days for their delivery process. That’s a long time to run a household without a fridge, and by the way, it’s not my fault that it was broken! 8 days later the replacement fridge is supposed to be delivered and the delivery guy calls me to say it’s broken and I shouldn’t take it. So I tell him not to take it.Long pause….I call Best Buy Outlet and speak to Joshua who has helped me all along and has being supportive. Tell him the latest and he tells me I have to come in and start the whole process over again, I’ve his time with Jan, the manager.I’m out a month without a fridge.About 5 hours of time when I should be working.About $200 in delivery charges and tips.All this because I chose to buy from Best Buy.Why am I shouldering the burden of Best Buy’s failure to sell a working product?Learning: know if you buy an open box appliance and it is broken it will take a minimum of two weeks to get it replaced unless you can do the delivery yourself.Jan was understanding and gave me $200 off, which I truly appreciate. Amazing place probably the best gem in California. Nobody comes close! I found our dream refrigerator that is MSRP $4,000 going for $2,800 still wrapped up open box. You must be crazy not to buy appliances here, and the people are so nice !

Within 20 minutes I was a able to find a Samsung refrigerator, oven and dishwasher all under $2,700! You can barely find refrigerators for that amount these days. All are in great condition and so far, so good! Will be heading back anytime my appliances need an upgrade. Just be ready to pick up and deliver it yourself as youre taking a gamble to have someone else do it for you (so I heard).

They have a lot cosmeticly damaged appliances on hand in the store but idea if anything else could be wrong. You can save some money but are taking a chance. You get a 15 day return policy that would mean a return trip if you pick up. Still waiting to see it the fridge cools as needed.

Great place to find discounts! Staff was very up-front about the status of the merchandise. You get the 1-year manufacturer warranty and have to deal with them if you have problems, not Best Buy. They helped us pick out a Samsung washer dryer pair for under $800 (the price of one brand new). Neither had actually been used prior to us. You can tell by the smell of the dryer on first turn on, and the detergent cup of the washer. Been running both for 2 weeks now without issue 😎👌

Got the dishwasher I wanted (only had one) great price and I was able to take it home.

Plus: Prices are good. Loved my experience with the staff. Needed a fridge stat! New appliances are hard to get due to covid-19/manufacturing issues. You can buy and drive away with an appliance the same day. Minus: Delivery and pick up of old appliance is available for a fee but was warned out of box items are likely to be damaged further in transit.

The staff are always helpful and there are plenty of displays showing off smart home TVs and high-end sound equipment in magnolia. Also have plenty of appliances large and small as well as computers of course. Ive never used their geek squad but it is pretty big area. also parking is really easy with the parking structure on top of the building as well as in front and with all of the covid options such as curbside pickup they make it really easy.

Went here last weekend looking for a new fridge. Al they have is junk with dents. Not a single fridge that was not hammered.

A real hidden gem for appliances. You have to sort through a lot of chaff to get to the wheat but there are some excellent deals here especially for tvs!

We have bought several items here with ease. Most recently we bought a giant TV. I had been looking for this TV for a year, and I had left my number in case it did. They called me as soon as it arrived! We have been helped by every member of the staff and each one was friendly, helpful, honest and clear. Alan went out of his way, way out of his way, to help me make a decision about how to get the TV home. He opened the tv box for me, turned it on and showed me the screen, even gave me extra screws for the base. Yes- you should be aware that there are no returns, this is the risk you accept. But in my experience, they go to the limit to make sure you are satisfied. Love this place.

Customer service needs some improvement! I purchased a washing machine this summer intending to pick it up a weekend later since their delivery charge is $70 and we have a work truck. (BBO is only open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 10-6.) My buddy was seriously injured in a bicycle accident the following week and can not use his right leg. I am too inexperienced to drive the work truck. So I called BBO multiple times to request delivery, and waited and waited and waited. A human being never picked up. Finally in frustration I drove over to the store where I learned that the washing machine I purchased had been sold to another buyer! Sold twice. The model I purchased was out of stock - none available on the floor, in the back, or in the database. I was disparaged by a young associate for waiting 2 months (??!) to return to the store. Then I was told by the manager, when I said I couldnt reach anyone by phone to request and pay for delivery, that BBO Always answers the phone. Jeez Louise! Did I need to show my Verizon bill with the 9 separate calls and the time allotted to each one?! Needless to say, my credit card charge was reversed.Keep in mind that Ive been caring for a seriously injured senior who has multiple health issues besides his recently ruined leg, but more importantly, its Corona Virus season, and Im in my 7th decade. Why needlessly expose myself at an appliance store to a virus my immune system might find overwhelming? Im not quite ready to leave this pretty world of ours.When I was a young gal working as an executive assistant at Banana Republics HQ, I was always amazed and delighted by every employees dedication to helping customers - even when they were out-of-line (eg. 2 year old well-worn mans shirt has a couple of buttons coming loose, customer wants the shirt replaced kind-of-thing.) I learned a lot. Mostly try to do the right thing. Be helpful. Be gracious. Be understanding. Be kind. Too bad Banana Republic doesnt sell washing machines!So Im going to Macys. Paying more for the same washing machine. Dont care. Charging it to my Macys card. Life is too short for such trials and tribulations over a household appliance. Also, except for jeans and bedding its not all that difficult to hand-wash clothes in the kitchen sink and hang them out on the line to dry. Energy efficient too.

Large selection of 36 frigs, scratch and dents. Lots of washing machines and mostly electric dryers. A few ovens, several gas ranges. Most prices arent that good (discounts are against original retail) but some qualities and price are excellent. Cant forget about the TVs - from small to huge. A good deal is there, you just gotta find it.

This is a large store with a great number of large appliances for sale. If you need a dingy and dent item, this would be a great place to look. The discounts were fairly generous and some items had only minor damage.What was missing, in my opinion, is the discounted electronics aisle. There were no electronics at all in the store.The staff was friendly. I was asked if I needed help several times as we walked about.

We purchased a Sonos product here for an amazing price; however, unfortunately, it didnt work (after a lot of time spent troubleshooting). Returned to the store and both Jan (manager) and Myra were incredibly understanding and helpful. Jan said we could just return it but, since they had another of the same product, we asked if we could possibly exchange for the other one. They brought it up front, let us look it over and then did the swap. The new one works perfectly and we are both so grateful that we were able to connect with the folks at this store. We will definitely return as often as we can to see what bargains they have and to say hello to this great team.

Negative five stars. No one offered to help out. When I requested assistance, I was pointed in the managers direction. I watched her help a few people and when I asked for help, she stated she was on lunch, she then preceded to help other customers out. The staff and the manager are incompetent! When I inquired about appliances/stock I was told by both the staff and manager, I dont know. If the people that work at the store dont know, who does?! Rude, inconsiderate, and incompetent.

Be careful buying appliances. Just bought a new open box dryer. Does not work, now have to wait a week for service. No returns.....Update. 3 weeks later still not fixed. So much for any help from bestbuy. Was told it was covered under manufactures warranty for first year. There not responsible but they damn sure take your money.........

Buyer beware, you can certainly save money here and may find a deal with some light cosmetic damage. On the other hand if your appliance is defective from the get go, youll have to prove it to them or wait for the manufacturer to schedule service witch can take over a week or more. Happened to me after my washer was installed and it was a very frustrating experience.
