Went to the mall specifically to go to lush. During the holiday I stopped by there to get some presents and found An amazing body spray that I should have bought at the time. Today I went back to get some but they didn’t have it. The workers figured out what the scent was, and hell me determine it was out of stock. Even though o couldn’t buy what I wanted the tram there was so much help. I will be a customer for life.

Take all of my money! Everything smells scrumptious and the folks are super friendly and helpful. If you want to lessen your environmental impact, they have mouthwash and toothpaste tablets and their shampoo bars lather up like liquid. If I had Bezos $$, Id buy up the store.

Hannah is the sweetest!! She helped me this past time at this location and shes great!I love coming to Lush! Ive never been to a lush that didnt have the sweetest people and the most knowledgeable people! I spend at least 45 minutes in there and always come out with products I either love and repurchase or cant wait to rush home and try! They are extremely sweet and helpful and it feels like Im making new friends versus being sold something. I love that you can try out their products too!

I was working around the area and I really wanted to buy a lip scrub after my friend showed me theirs. I dont think Ive ever been to this Lush location before so I was pretty excited to check it out. I came in on a Monday afternoon so it wasnt busy at all. There was an employee named Sabrina who greeted me when I walked in and even went up to me to ask for help! I got her opinion on the different types of lip scrubs, which ones were popular, which one did she like, etc. After talking w/ her I decided on getting the Honey and Chocolate flavor lip scrubs! I was also looking for massage bars and she suggested to try the Each Peach because it had a zesty cirtus-y smell to it.Overall, super happy with my purchases and s/o to Sabrina for being so lovely. Cant wait to come back!

Unfortunately I didn’t catch the name of the employee who helped me but she had bright yellow hair. She was super nice to me and my family and gave us each a sample! I would highly recommend the product she gave me and would go to that lush again just because the employees were super nice and helped you find the stuff you wanted!

The service I got was amazing the lady that helped me was very nice soft spoken and answered all my questions in a nice polite manner I understood a lot I even got a sample And walked out with a few product. Their was a lot of space and the employees were all nice people I couldn’t get the name of the lady that helped me but she was super nice and made a conversation with me and my friends a very helpful person I especially love the products made by lush!

Bought the large Angels on Bare Skin ($33) only to find that it is 30 days past expiration. This is unforgivable in my book. I live over an hour from a lush store.Update:I just happened to be in the Napa area and stopped at the local lush store. They still exchanged the product for me, however, they didn’t do much to aside from giving me a slightly larger amount then last time. Not the best resolution but it is what it is.

Staff is super nice. The place is small though but have all the essentials that I like.

Love this location! Store is spacious enough to walk around and test products. The girls are really knowledgeable and never force products on you. Definitely coming back to this location.

They have sone amazing new skin care products! Love the Banana Skin serum bar, and will be trying the new solid cleanser.

I came here because a friend wanted to get a bath bomb. I never really spent much time in a Lush store, I usually just walked by them. However, the staff here was really nice and I asked them about products for rosacea, as its a skin condition I suffer from. The kind employee at Lush gave me a demonstration and sent me home with a few samples which I am excited to try!I may return here yet again! I also love that their products are natural. :)

Large and usually well stocked Lush, but as a long time Lush fan I usually know what Im looking for and employees at this location (maybe its high sales goals?) check in too frequently and it can be irritating when every employee is doing that within a few minutes of each other.

Love love this place. Have walked in before feeling droopy and the aromatherapy alone that exudes from every corner of the store is uplifting and energizing.

Helpful staff. Great bath bombs.
