This CVS has a rude snappy insolent intolerable ignorant “manager” -name Martha- she needs emergency customer service classes! I shop here on a regular basis and I often witness her rude snappy insolent demeanor towards all customers! Not just myself. Ex: when people asks her a questions she doesn’t listen and is quick to say “idk,” with a snappy aggressive rude loud response- all in the attempt to avoid helping customers; and if someone comes in to return an item -she goes off rudely at customers- during the return transaction as if the refund/funds were coming out of her pocket! Or is it?!?! Her demeanor makes it clear that -she hates- her job so why is she working in an area where she’s required to provide customer service?! My nightmare experience with this rude aggressive snappy ignorant woman was during a money gram transaction in which she processed and completed the transaction BUT didn’t give me the money I was there to collect! She refused to give me my money, she kept the money, and attempted to shut me up and kick me out of the store because I asked for her to give me the money she took from my money gram transaction! I confirmed that she took the money out of the money gram transaction because I called Money Gram and they said that “the money had been collected at this CVS at the time this -Martha- processed the transaction”! is she a thief?! Or a -Ratera- in Spanish?!
Went to self checkout and wasn’t able to see any of the discounts I saw on price tags. As soon as I requested assistance on the machine, a man working there came over and kindly explained that I needed to insert my extra care card *before I scan my items to see the discounts for each item. He canceled the order for me, move all my items off the self checkout scale, and set up a new transaction. He then saw I had a lot of items and suggested I take a bag and that CVS was not charging for them. He then offered hand sanitizer on my way out. Very good experience on my short trip here.

I dont have much to say about this because it is just a CVS, but I walked in, bought my treats and walked out. End of story. The employees were nice, helpful, and pleasant. The experience was exactly what you would expect and want from the local cornerstore. They even sold me stamps!
Dont put items behind locks in the shelfs if your staff wont come open them. Had to wait 10 minutes repeatedly pressing the button on the isle waiting for someone to hand me a razor. The two staff members rather prioritized the two cashier stations they staffed and every new person who got on the line while I was waiting was served before me. Finally I had to still wait in the line to pay. Figure out a way to fix this process.
This is mainly for the pharmacy. The lady helping the pharmacist is horrible! Poor customer service ethics, and every time someone asks a question or comes to drop off a prescription, she is very rude. If you’re not happy at your job, you should find a different one.
It is close to me so that is great. The staff tries very hard to do things right. It seems to have a lot of turnover, but those who are there try. They cant know everything. They always make sure they get credit for points and use them. The place is adequately staffed and stocked. Nothing fancy, just does the job.

Very bad customer service. Impatient woker. I took passport photo and photo came out very bad, i ask if I can retake, it probably will take 1 minute more but they refuse to do it and ask me to come back in half an hour if I want to retake.
I felt inclined to leave a one star here. I am always stressed out watching the cashiers and new employees. I saw a customer arguing over a coupon and I heard a lady of Indian decent (I believe store manager) say to another associate stupid b*tch under her tongue. I always wait in line or theres problems with coupons and the managers just straight-up tell me they wont take it. They give me some number to call so I stopped bothering with them!Act more professionally and maybe you wont have SO much turnover!
I recently started shopping at this CVS. What makes this store special is the staff--very friendly, very helpful, very gracious. Good sales. Easy parking. Recommended.
The pharmacy itself is not very great: Unfriendly personal and a waiting time of 30 min to pick up a handful antibiotics??? The rest is fine though!
Friendly staff. The lady actually checked the date of my milk before she scanned it. Nobody has EVER done that in my 34 years! And I love CVS!!
I had bought some cosmetics a day earlier since they had no testers, got couple of them, I wasnt happy with some of my purchase and went back to exchange. I was in hurry coz I had flight to India soon. This Asian woman asked me for my ID from California. I am here just for a month and being a tourist why would I have California documents. I felt like she thought I was scared and dont have money to pay. I had my original drivers licence from India and had passport but she didnt accept my return. When my bill was printed previous day, they paper got over just before printing barcode I left without checking, this lady kept arguing till she won the argument saying I cut off the barcode with scissors. I felt horrible for how I was treated here.
Why does this store always allow people to beg for donation money out front? No other store around here has a constant flow of obscure charities parked at the front door. Enough already!
Not the most well-stocked CVS but the employees here have always been friendly and the location is convenient.
Its a CVS - you get what you expect when it comes to the items in stock.Staff: Very friendly and helpful.Atomosphere: Clean, but it feels old and cluttered, even though its not.So, if you need things they stock, its an easy stop. If you want your mind blown by a drug store... you have strange expectations anyway. ;)
They treat us with desrespect and thought we were robers we were only there to buy candy that was bullcrap
2 weeks ago my doc sent the prescription but still not yet ready. When I said reason for the delay.. She lied to my face and said we just got the order.... Lie lie.. I got 2 Voicemail from CVS saying the prescription is ready. !!
Customer service is bad and Apple Pay doesnt work. Just not going to shop here any longer.
