So thankful we stopped in today. My baby girl loves to shop here and I am so happy she asked if we could grab a few items. First, the displays and organization and lay out of this store is a perfect 10 for me. Your eyes will thank you for allowing yourself to be guided in to a forest of luscious, exotic and fresh scents. My nose was so pleased with all the lovely smells, it was so hard to make selections because of the awesome deals there. The sales reps on the floor were so professional and attentive. All around, if you want something nice, I suggest you take the time to try out the different scents and you will walk away happy.

Love this place (smells amazing and the staff is extremely nice and friendly)! I hadnt realized that this location actually has a whole other room/store just got candles... and it was awesome. We came in right before closing but they helped and didnt make us feel rushed at all.

Love to buy gift cards from this place because my girlfriend always loves them as a gift plus they sell guy stuff which I never knew if you dont like to put on cologne because it can be overpowering they sell shampoos and lotions that have cologne smell definitely like that

The smell of this store is enchanting! The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They made solid suggestions that helped me figure out some gift ideas for my mom and aunts.

This store! Is so cool. The store is amazing. All the scents are delicious. Though a bit expensive. Sometimes the scents are a bit overpowering. One thing that really sucks is how the computer goes down, and the store is closed for a few hours.

Great 1st time experience here. Park in the garage across from Nordstrom because this store is upstairs near the end of the mall where they are currently expanding. Bath & Body Works is actually 2 stores because its shared with their White Barn line of product. Everything was easy to find, store was immaculate and well stocked. The workers there were super nice and helpful. Id like to return here, buy some more candles then explore the rest of this mall. 🎉

Always clean and staff is always ready to help and assist me. Im usually the mother with a couple little toddlers tagging along, so I appreciate the attention to assist and help me get in and out in as shortest time as possible.

Ok I went into the Hillsdale Shopping Center located in San Mateo CA. I was spraying and smelling the testers and out of nowhere an employee (Dani) pops up following me and watching me but she never asked if I needed help. She literally followed me all around the store and here comes another employee (Tara the manager) following me to and removing every tester bottle that was on display. I noticed that she didnt ask me if I needed help either. I instantly got angry and walked out then I turned back around walked back in and heard Tara say she was trying to to take one I then told her that was so very rude andand I left stillstill angry I called the store and requested their names. Now I know forfor a fact that they profiled me because Im black. Its 2020 I cant even tell you how angry I am and so offended that I will never step foot in any one of your locations again.

As soon as I walked through the door I was pounced on by team member L she was desperate for commission and it was overbearing! I just wanted peace and quiet to shop but she approached me 4 times in less the 4 minutes.I entered the candle section and was approached by two more team members that wouldnt except my words of Im just looking. one team member there with initial c was very rude and aggressive. However I did want to purchase a few items and my bill came to $53!! Very expensive indeed, for only a few miniatures and a candle!.Staff member c had just left my items on the work top after doing my transaction and looked at me saying oh do you need a bag!!! Of course I do!!... very intense shopping experience, I dont think Ill be back in a hurry!.
