I moved here from Washington DC a few years ago and adjusting to the west coast and finding a great car service place can be challenging in a new city.Jason and team have been a very welcoming surprise. They always go the extra mile to service my car and very customer friendly. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.Thanks again for your great work.

Got oil change and asked to rotate tires. They tried to tell me the car would not take standard oil and requires synthetic. After telling them I work for Toyota they quickly changed their attitude.The tires they refused to rotate because they said it would vibrate if they did. This is absolutely not true for this case.

Absolutely the worst! Please dont go here. All I wanted was a simple oil change and when they couldnt up sell me they told me my oil cap was on too tight and they couldnt get it off. Told me to go to the last place I got it done. So... I did!! The mechanic was like I dont know why they would tell you that, it came off easily. Jiffy Lube are nothing but scammers!!!! TERRIBLE

Extremely overpriced. $100 + tax for a full synthetic oil change is simply a rip off. How is the labor alone for a synthetic oil change more than the entire cost of a standard oil change? The dealership charges $60, Ill never return to Jiffy Lube.

Would have been a great experience. I was in and out quickly. Very friendly cashier. Unfortunately they stole a quart of my own synthetic oil. I needed 7.2 quarts and there were 9 quarts in my back seat. I was told the extra oil was left in my car. It was not. When I returned, they could not find the oil.

The people there are awfully nice. They walk you through the oil change and ask what kind of oil you want and make sure youre comfortable with what they are doing. The fact that they also do a little window wash as well as a little vacuuming is awesome. Synthetic oil changes are quite expensive but Im glad I had it done by these guys

Great place to go if you want excellent service. Lawrence took good care of my car and explained what needed to be done. I was in and out in about 45 minutes even though they were very busy. They all seem to have an amazing team because they were on point and did not miss a thing. All the details including cleaning the inside of my car which I never experienced at other places before. 10 stars to the team at Jiffy Lube!

The kids who work here are not intelligent at all. They almost added transmission fluid to my oil reservoir. The manager was the one who almost did it. Shameful

This place sucks!! Asked them to check the tire pressure multiple times and they said okay we will after the oil change (now Im doubting they even did that right) I asked them again and they said yes they did put air even after I showed them the warning lights was on that said tire pressure low! Oh you need to drive it around, light will go away . I drove it to another shop had them check the tire pressure and it was why below the recommended. 😡 Called manager and he said he was sorry, he would talk to his people and would give me 15 off next visit. Im good! Dont take your car here

So i came here regularly until today. On my last 2 services the did NOT bolt my skid plate on properly. I filed a claim the second time, subsequently arguing with the regional manager about the quality of their service and the fact that they were perfectly fine with letting me drive off with my car in disrepair. That disrepair caused MORE damage to my vehicle and all he did was give me excuses. Finally, I come in to have my skid plate replaced as part of my claim and not only did the EXACT same thing happen again but now half of the skid plate was GONE and NOT replaced but they zip tied things again and said nothing. I checked before leaving and i saw the work. I complained immediately and i get the whole explanation that the screws needed to replace the skid plate werent included in the delivery. Now not only are there no skid plates on the car... I now have to waste more time on the weekend to go back to finally get HALF of my plate repaired. They did not look at the car to make sure they got the right parts before ordering. They took twice as long to even start the process as I was told. Now i have to speak to the same guy that tried to tell me it wasnt their fault before they can even order me the 2nd half of my skid plate. Completely unprofessional. I was a loyal customer but now the very mention of this company puts me in the worst mood. DO NOT GO HERE.

It took an hour to do an oil change & to top it off when they took off the air vents to try to get me to have them change it, they neglected to hook back the tube so my check engine light came on & I had to take it to my mechanic to hook back up. My mechanic told me that Jiffy Lube always does that when they do oil changes!

Waited over 10 minutes to get rung up after my car was done even after casually mentioning Im trying to beat traffic on my way to tahoe, ********and the did not properly bolt my skid plate down so its been dragging for god knows how long. THEY SEEM TO DO THAT ALOT I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMEND NOT USING THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION. **will update with the response I get when I ask them to fix what they failed to properly put back togethor.***

Beware of this store! They will try and scam you if you dont know anything about cars or your car.They tried to say I needed new windshield wipers when I had just gotten them replaced. I let one employee know and then he proceeded to ask the person that was working on my car if he had even tested them.

I used to go to the local jiffy lube in Kentucky every veterans day for an oil change done for the cost of just the oil. Those guys had excellent service and a wonderful, professional demeanor. I went here last veterans day and they offered me the AAA rate (Im already a member) but I went ahead and bit, I needed an oil change and didnt really feel like busting the managers balls about it. They spilled oil on some belt (which started squealing immediately after it got serviced. Theres a reason why if you drive by youll see three+ maintenance clerks standing around playing pokemon on their phones. Avoid unless youre really in a bind. Theyll also not hesitate to try and upsell, upcharge you for maintenance your car doesnt actually need.

I used to take both of my cars to jiffy lube but will never do it again. I got my oil change about a month ago and all of the sudden my car was leaking oil, I thought something was wrong with the car itself since I bought it brand new 6 months ago and since I have warranty I took it in to the dealer where I purchase it. They check the leak and found out that jiffy lube didnt have the correct filter for it so force one in that was bigger and since it was bent it started leaking all the oil, also it look like they never put new oil, the oil my car had look like mud. I couldnt believe it until I saw it myself personally. I dont understand why is it so hard for business to be honest and learn the meaning of good customer service instead of ripping off people. I would off appreciate it if they told me they didnt had the part instead now in one month I had to pay for 2 oil changes just because of jiffy lube negligence. I will never take any of my cars there.

14 friends5 reviews1.0 star rating6/30/2017On 05/16/2017, I took my 2005 Toyota Prius to Jiffy Lube for an oil change and also asked them to change both the engine and cabin air filters. One week later, on 05/23/2017, while my son was driving the car, a warning light came on. He went to a repair shop, and the mechanic there found the oil cap off, laying inside the engine compartment, and broken by the hood latch. It was 3 quarts low of oil, and there was an overwhelming smell of burned oil inside the car. The following day on 05/24/2017, I went back to Jiffy Lube, spoke with manager, Marcos Cells, and gave him a copy of the bill from the other repair shop. He agreed to reimburse the $63.94 that was paid to them, but said it would take 2-3 weeks to get it, and also agreed to clean the engine compartment. I explained that after using Jiffy Lube for many years, I no longer trust them and want someone else to replace the air filters and to clean the engine compartment. I told him I expect a full refund of the $134.72 I paid to Jiffy Lube. He said he would have to speak with another manager about the full refund, and he said he would call me on 05/29/2017 after he spoke with him. He never called me nor did I receive a check for reimbursement of my payment to the other shop for $63.94.

The Jiffy Lube staff did not tighten my oil filter at all (or they tried to install a wrong one) ......and all the oil came out of my car. They could have cause me and my family an unfortunate incident. Dont go to these places... go to a reliable mechanic.Stay away from Jiffy Lube if you dont want to have trouble!!!

UPDATE: I complained to Jiffy Lube. They said Id hear from the owner within 72 hrs. That was 3 WEEKS ago, and Ive not heard a thing!______I made a very unfortunate choice when I took my car to Jiffy Lube #1151 for an oil change and to have my brakes inspected.I called ahead of time, told them the make/model/year of my car, and they checked to make sure the work could be done. They were busy when I got there around 2:00 p.m: it was probably 20 min before I was waited on. I got my estimate 30 min later - replace the front brakes, and an oil change - from a nice man (whose name, unfortunately I did not get, so I’ll call him Mr. X), and he said it would take about 90 minutes, so I decided to go to a movie. The movie was over shortly before 6 - closing time - so I rushed back.My car was not in sight, so I figured it was done. It was 10 min before the cashier acknowledged me, a few minutes after 6. I asked for my car; he mumbled that they were still working on it. He was rude and did not explain further.Finally, Mr. X came in. He explained that they did NOT have the part needed to do the work when I got there. The local people sent the wrong thing, so someone had to go to Daly City to get the right one. It would be another hour. At 7 p.m., I’d still not heard anything about the status of the car, everyone was gone but Mr. X and another guy working on my car, and that was still up on the lift with no tires on. I was cold (no heat in the waiting room) and I just wanted to go home. I can be patient to a fault, but a little after 7 I marched myself into the bay where they were working on my car. As it turned out, they had been trying for at least 2 hours to make the WRONG ROTOR fit on the car. Filing it down, banging on it, etc. Obviously, I’d not been informed that they would attempt this. I told them to stop.Mr. X was quite apologetic - I did complain to him that customers must not be kept waiting without being informed about their vehicle! He told me that when I returned the next day, I would have 15% off of my bill, and the oil change would be complimentary. He gave me the name of the store manager: Francisco Guerrero, and I told him I’d be calling Francisco the next day about the matter.Next day I did speak with Francisco on my lunch hour. He apologized to me for the terrible service, and confirmed that I’d receive the discount Mr. X had quoted the evening before. He told me he would call when my car was ready. I did not get a call. I called him when I was through with work, and he assured me that the car was ready and he would not close before I could get there. I arrived at the shop around 6:30. I went to the desk and asked to speak with Francisco. I waited. And waited a little more. Ten minutes later I insisted to see him, and someone finally roused him from upstairs.My bill was not ready. He did not know how to create a bill, and kept asking me for the quote they gave me the day before. What I had was a copy of their original - and it was cold outside, and I didn’t want to go get it. Perhaps that was a mistake on my part? By the time Francisco and 2 other guys figured out what to charge me, I was FED UP. I signed the bill without checking it because my friend was waiting for me outside, I’d been there for 20 minutes, and I just needed to get out of there. I left and went to my car, but had to go back in one more time, as they had neglected to give me my keys. In the 90 seconds that I was gone, Francisco had lit up a cigarette and filled the room with smoke. I wordlessly snatched my keys from the counter and left. No one greeted me or apologized that evening.Finally, I inspected my bill. The quote after inspection was for the front brakes to be replaced, and I was quoted $355.04. After that, Mr. X said I would not be charged for the oil change, and the rest would be 15% off. I was charged for the front brakes, back brakes, the oil change, and for antifreeze. Somehow, my bill came to $471.01.Jiffy Lube corporate needs to reprimand and retrain this franchisee, or shut him down.

Cannot fathom going back to this jiffy lube. The service is grossly delayed, 20 minutes is more like 40 minutes. Management is totally detached, apathetic at best. Worst of all the odor, fumes, and smoke from their shop fumigates all people waiting for cars to be serviced inside. I have a stomach ache and headache from being in there for half an hour. Dont come here if you dont have to!

Extremely unprofessional staff. I dropped my car for getting the taillight changed at 2:30. They told me they’ll fix the light by 4. During this time, they realized that they don’t have the bulbs and they didn’t bother calling to inform me of the same.

Needed an oil change and a fix of my oil leak. When I pulled in they said they could do both. After an hour or so when the oil change was done they said they couldnt make the repair because they lacked the parts... Waste of time.

I came to change my breaks! They told me 2 to 3 hours, I took an Uber to go home in 3 hours, I came back later in Uber again, they had me sitting waiting, and then they told me that they made the wrong parts that they already sent to order the correct ones, If I wanted I could go home and then they call me, how is that possible? To top it all Im wasting the day at my job, lousy service
