Came in to get a car repair and instead walked out with a new problem. Prior to entrusting this location with my car, my AC was blowing cold air. Immediately after I left the body shop, my AC was no longer functioning in any capacity whatsoever. I called Ed and asked for my AC to be returned to the same way that it was before. I thought that after paying over $700 for this car repair, and the fact that my entire family have been customers for over 10 years, he would be understanding about the matter and ethical in his customer service approach. Instead, his demeanor was cold and he told me I could bring in my car for another service charge. I was shocked! I would have to pay to fix something that they just completely broke? When my dad called him, Ed told my dad he had no idea what the problem was and that I was upset because it just wasnt working the way I wanted it to. Not the way I want it to?? Not working at all now! Ed was unwilling to fix the further damage he caused to my car, and had the audacity to blame the customer. Forewarning to my fellow yelpers, unless you enjoy being berated after paying for a service, arguing with a mechanic, and having your day ruined then dont come here.

Good honest shop. Ed is friendly, knowledgeable and communicative. They do whatever they can to keep your costs of repairs down and let you know if it is gonna be a money pit or worth repairing. Best shop I have ever used hands down.

Best place to get your car repaired. I have been doing most of my own work from timing belts, struts, injectors, coils, alternators, radiators, smog issues with check engine light, driving patterns for readiness and oil changes. I got stomped with O2 sensor issue that led to another, I seeked help from Kyle and Ed. These guys are excellent. Honest and willing to take the time to trouble shoot the issue and no BS. I have been bringing my repair needs to someone else but definitely bringing my business here. I have referred my family here before I even gave them a try. Funny that I would do that but we are very satisfied with theirwork.

Ive taken my truck here for a few years now on the advice of a friend, and would recommend it to anyone who needs repairs and is looking for an honest straight up deal. Not only has Ed warned me about things that needed to be replaced but told me it wasnt absolutely necessary, hes also told me things I thought needed replacement actually didnt. This shop is as honest and fair as they come and I would definitely send friends and family here. This shop will be my regular repair shop as long as its open and run by the same folks

We have been taking our cars to Ed __forever__ because Ed and his team are the GREATEST!Ed always finds the time to squeeze you in, even when your car dies just before a big trip or major holiday! He knows we all rely on our vehicles - we know that we can rely on him - hes the best!

I found this place on Yelp after my Toyota was experiencing misfires. Every other shop wanted to do a full head gasket replacement which is very expensive. Ed was very honest and took the time to track down the real issue. Its a family run place and everyone working there really takes care and knows their stuff. I have since now brought all 3 cars in my family to him and I have recommended them to my coworkers, neighbors, and family for any size repairs.

This family run shop is the bomb! Ed, his mom, wife and associates are friendly and above all professional. I can always count on Shinosaki to to take care of my wheels (engine, exhaust....). I trust Ed to do the right thing, make the right call and get (give) me the best deal. As well, hes connected and knows who to send you to if need be.Plus Shinosaki is cool to say. -A loyal and regular customer since the 2010.
