If you are looking for a wedding dress in North County, Judys Designers is the place. Her selection is phenomenal!! I had a small backyard wedding on a budget, planned just 6 weeks from the date. Judy was extremely understanding and accommodating of my vision and time constraints. She did not try to force an expensive dress on me. She was able to have my dress ordered and in hand within a few days. And we had it tailored and ready to go a week later. She is extremely knowledgeable on fit and ways to tailor a wedding dress. You can put 100% of your trust in her. She truly cares!! A very kind person, who will give you her undivided attention and will do whatever it takes to make sure you are satisfied. I feel so lucky to have found her. PS - She has an incredible selection of formal attire for other occasions as well. And she rents and sells menswear too.

We recently went to Judy’s Designers in San Marcos. What a refreshing change. My daughter bought a designer wedding dress and the four bridesmaids all agreed on blue Hailey Paige dresses. I bought a mother of the bride gown which made me feel elegant. They were all very reasonably priced.Judy gave us honest advice with our dresses and accessories and couldn’t do enough to make sure our day was perfect.

Amazing clothing and dresses, we getting married next year i was able to put my dream gown on layway and my grooms suit i buy .. is nice we have a destanion wedding so t will be on the beach so i got my dress 1/2 off from other shops and hem dress was great price my simple bussle .. designers suits i could have rented but wedding is far away be gone 2 weeks we bought a tan color looks good slim fit love the look my dress is super nice beach style

We got our wedding suits my wife got her bridemaids amazing place great prices.. the dresses are amazing, dresses are 1/2 off we order 7 briemaids hailey paige and they look and fit so good altered too we very very happy.. my family friends. are come here and have casual fashions kids fashions, we recomend this place its great owner is nice.. we save tons of money,go get your bridal and clothing here, we love suits and tuxes too mens woman go to judys

I had a great experience getting my wedding gown at Judy’s Designers. Judy is very kind and knowledgeable, and she offers great prices for beautiful designer wedding gowns. Her alterations specialist also did a fantastic job with my gown. Highly recommend!

I just wasted a couple of hundreds of dollars at this store. I bought my bridesmaid dress here because she was the only location near by that carried the designer I needed. I was hesitant at first when meeting Judy for when I called her to set up the try on she sounded not fully there. When I arrived Judy took my measurements and said they make the dresses custom to your size. I told her I was typically a 00. I dont know how they read her measurements because when I received the dress 5 MONTHS LATER the dress was 4 sizes to big. Judy tried to alter the dress and did so like a complete hack job. Nothing matches up. Even using white thread on a pink dress. When confronting her about it she got insanely crazy, refusing service or to fix her mistake. When I left a review on yelp I was told by 3 others that they had also had bad experience and one even lost out on a couple hundred dollars worth of shirts & was taking her to small claims court. She also post 5 star reviews under her families accounts. You can tell there all made by the same person by there horrible grammar on the same date. This lady needs to be out of business. Stay far far away!

Great place .love dresses and tuxes got my gown for just 600 was 1800 original..amazing place must shop . I get married next sat and wedding gown altered get married on beach then reception in my home amazing bridesmaids dress got my dress is so nice to adore bo ho.

Wow so glad to see some reviews up on this place. I have a huge 10 person bridal party I was going to recommend we all go here, but I am staying far farrrr away! I cant believe what a hack job this lady did to your dress. I also cant believe she calls herself a seamstress!? Based off her response back she clearly doesnt seem like an ethical business owner to correct her wrong. It seems like this lady is scamming poor customers out of their dresses and money totally. Yikessss

Do not recommend. I was measured by Judy and then she ordered me the wrong size dress. After ordering, we had a fitting. I was swimming in the dress. She said it just needed it be altered. She took the dress in twice and it still didnt fit. Since I rushed over immediately each time to accommodate her schedule for the fitting I wasnt wearing a strapless bra (Which I didnt want to wear a bra with the dress anyways) nor did I have my shoes. So after taking the dress in 4 inches and the dress still not fitting correctly she told me to take the dress home and with the correct bra and shoes it will LOOK OKAY. So I did what she said, and the dress still does not look okay. I tried to contact her after this multiple time and even reached out nicely to see what we could do. I was then threatened by Judy for leaving a review. I paid over $300 and have a dress that doesnt fit for a wedding in 2 months! I want to cry! When I was there for a visit she purchased a used Hayley Paige dress so I just wish Judy had some type of integrity and would except her mistake and just wipe the issue clean by taking the dress and giving me my money back. At the very least the $60 to alter which I will obviously have to redo. Please see TheKnot or WeddingWire for images.Side note also don’t pay $60 for the alterations. She left my dry cleaning tag on my dress from 2 doors down.. pretty sure you can take it there yourself for 1/3 the cost.I never got a response from Judy except for whatever she was trying to explain below.Also the only good review is from (mr coate) Ask Judy what her last name is now..... maybe COATE? aka her second husband, if thats not false review I dont know what is.

We dad a ball gown party and me and my friend got a designers dress save 40 off thre reg price amazing gowns, dress i got purple my friend got, navy blue, love the hailey paige occassions i loved it look good and fit good just hemed and take in bit did great job her tailor., i will get my next ball gown and refer alot, of peole here. for sure we from big family, great prices.
