Cant get any in a size 15

I went into the store and the shoes were marked at 99 and when they rang my shoes up they came up at 180 and when I had told the cashier it was wrong they said since there was no tag they couldn’t do anything when the EXACT SAME shoe in a different color was marked down at the same price had the tag they still wouldn’t give my money back. My friend was also there and they charged her 190 for shoes that were marked down to 139 but they were able to give her money back because hers still had the tag but I truly believe they could’ve marked mine down to the price it was SUPPOSED to be but they just took advantage of me because of my age.

The manager at this store is great. Hes always very helpful and reasonable. Makes me feel comfortable sending other people to this store. Keep it up

Went there yesterday, first question I asked - Military Discount? Yes - 15%. Thats great (I thought), went to check out, ran my DOB and my retirement date, said it was being rejected (Pretty sure I know both of those dates), tried it a couple of different ways, didnt work. Showed my military retired ID Card, doesnt matter. Said they were sorry, but they go through a third party company that deals with their military records and discounts. Nice to say sorry, but it doesnt save me the $30 I should have saved. Dont false advertise if you think the company you go through to verify something isnt going to work all the time. Used to be able to show a military ID card and verify it with another piece of ID. Guess thats not good enough now. Staff was okay, their system is NOT okay ... you just lost my business ... forever.

Totally ignored. I was NOT on MY phone the entire time in the store like the GM stated. Who travels 12 hours round trip in the cold, windy, rain 4 this? Other reviewers state what horrid service this place provides. Like evil doers do, they pick and choose who they welcome, smh.

Worst experience ever. I swiped my credit card in that store, after long waiting, the cashier told me that the transaction was not approved. Then I tried to use another card, but i was told that it was not allowed. Then I stepped out without buying anything. Two days later, this amount of money appeared on my account. I called them, but only responded that i need to check with credit card company While credit card company said it was charged.
