Accessibility: the accessible/disabled parking spots are three or four doors down in front of another store in this parking lot, and besides that the lot is usually pretty busy. The ramp to get onto the sidewalk is also at those accessible parking spots, not in front of Metro by T-Mobile. The doors to enter this store are pull doors but I almost always see them propped open. There is no air conditioning in this building so be prepared for the heat (October 3, 2021 and it is 92 degrees outside). Inside they have two single chairs to sit on near the front door.Experience: every time I come here its a pretty good experience with nice employees but the problem is that there is usually only one employee working at a time, so you will have to wait for your turn. Its also super hot in here. The prices are cheaper though than other phone places.
My mom and I went to Metro to buy her a new phone and Esperanza was very nice and helpful. Esperanza was very educated on all the phones and sold us the one that fitted my moms needs.
The girl that helped me was really nice and helpful she put a new screen on my phone and she is it good the first try so i was very happy thanks
It was a great experience!
It was good but location is not in the best area of town. At least it looked that way.
All the best of accessories
These people sold my cousin a used phone instead of new one and the phone went totally dead after one day of use. We asked for a refund but they didnt care about it. Dont go shopping there.... I hope someone will do something about it.
Had a great customer service at tmobile-metro this evening.
Picked up a Zmax Pro as an upgrade. Staff was quick and helpful. Was out of there In 15 minutes!
