Customer service was very busy but worked really hard and got me set up with what I needed at the time, thank you!Still working on signal strength and towers for network access..Hoping all is better by morning !

Do not trust this place!!! I bought a pre-owned phone that I want to return and the owner himself is putting me off so it goes past the 7 day mark so I will be stuck with a phone I paid $1,000 for that I am not happy with!! There is also a 40% restocking fee that was not disclosed before the purchase!!!! I was also told I would get a free phone case for the inconvenience of me having to drive to a different location to pick up a phone that they said could be delivered to the store I was actually looking at!! Still no case!!! I was told I could put insurance on the phone, I was also told the phone was already unlocked, none of that was true!!! Ive already contacted Better business bureau as well!! The owner and his employees are not trust worthy. They contact him for everything!!! These people are shady!!!

I was having coverage issues with my service provider and decided to switch over to boost mobile... and it was the best decision that I could have made...I got to keep my number and I qualified for a free phone that valued at $239now Im able to make calls and stay connected with family members and friends... without my calls being dropped or having coverage issues 👍and the service representative that was working that day and tended to my needs was courteous, friendly, and professional...Thank you, Rebecca for everything 👍
We switched from Cricket and now have Family Plan of 4 lines for $100 per month plus we got 4 free phones! Good customer service too
By far the worst service and cell phone Ive had from this particular store. Customer service wasnt bad, although it did smell like cigarettes really bad in here. .. The phone Ive purchased from here has been terrible as well as the service. Ive been in plenty areas that have service and this phone stays loading for about 10 minutes. This will be my last attempt to switch to boost... Going back to metro ASAP ✌
