I have been using this location for sever years and can only tell you they have the best customer service I have every been associated with. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Have never been there that I left unhappy or disappointed. Recommend T-Mobile highly and this store for all your needs.

Awful customer service. Ive gone out of my way, for years, to come to this location based on fantastic previous customer service experiences. But the employee working the door tonight refused to help us, twice. Thanks to him, I wont be coming back to this location. If your staff cant take the time to help out a loyal customer, I dont understand why youre even open. I dont care how small or big the service. I should never walk away from a store and just be told to call customer service if I need support.

Wow, I made an appointment today only because every time i come in they are busy . Got in at the appointed time for a simple explanation on why my SIM card wont fit a new I phone i bought on line . Tony was great and showed me how to fix it and then down loaded my info to the new phone . I have T mobile service but he never pressured me to upgrade and they made nothing on my visit . They did make a customer for life thanks Tony

The whole staff at this location is awesome. Jesse in particular was extra helpful. Store is clean, well organized, and well stocked. Made me happy to be a tmobile customer.

Karla was great! I explained to her that my Verizon bill was out of this world and she gave me options. She was able to get me switched over to T-Mobile during my first visit to the store and i was able to keep my old phone number, I got free Netflix for a year and I was even able to get a military discount for my active duty status. I couldnt be happier. No more $300 phone bill! Thank you so much Karla!

Love T-MOBILE but dont love the fact they are out of stock on all the S21s.. ...:(...guess Ill just settle for this Orange knock offLol

The service here is always great. Even when the customers are a bit frustrated and loose their cool, the employeesof this store, keep their cool. Ive been to multiple T-Mobiles in Escondido, San Marcos, Vista, and Oceanside. But this place outdoes them all in the customer service department. Definitely would recommend.

Was having trouble with my phone & Karla helped fix it.

I recently bought two large flat screen for my business from this store during the past year. Staff always very helpful and friendly which was very impressive to me. Their sale prices are very competitive and affordable. They were even willing to mount them for me in case I dint have someone to do it. It was an amazing experience and I highly recommend!!

Amazing experience, loved the new gadgets, helped me and my girlfriend get a phone and we were both happy with the customer service!

You know when you try and not be that douchey customer and bite your tongue when they mess up not once but twice. Well i tried but after a bunch of frustration you can only be so nice. This place tried to say my phone that i clearly bought there was not a product of theirs when i went in for warranty. They claimed that it was a phone from Sprint when i told them multiple times it was not, it could not be possible since the phone uses a SIM CARD. Along with that when i was waiting for the phone i call before driving over and i asked if the phone had arrived and they said no, when clearly UPS had sent me a notification that it was delivered. It took 4 visits to finally get my replacement phone. Yes i have all the receipts from when i purchased the phone and Im a including a picture. By far the worst experience at T-Mobile!

I visit this Tmobile store for help with my voice mail. At the time, there are several other customers awaiting their turns, and the service was very fast and efficient as I seen customer leaving happy. My turn was up and Josue (and Vanessa) were very professional and helped fixing my voicemail problem in expeditious manner. Very nice looking store with lots of mobile device choices, great employees with nice work ethics and attitude, and outstanding customer service. Thanks

I appreciate the staff at this store, had to go in and get help setting up my new iphone also using icloud to back up my contacts. A gentlemen named Eloy helped me. I very impressed with his tech savvy skills and how well he worked with me while helping multiple other customers! He was calm collected and a great problem solver employees like him make the brand stand out and be one of a kind when it comes to customer service! :) Over all great Job on handling all of your customers needs!

Worst service. Im from Guatemala and I felt discrimination because I couldnt communicate in Spanish. I couldnt get a device. There are better companies than tmobile.

Have been in here several times. Consistently professional and courteous - employees offer business card regardless of whether I was purchasing or just looking. They can get very busy due to location but they seem to have at least 6+ employees every time I go there so thats pretty good for a small store.Much, much better than the other San Marcos store on Rancho Santa Fe.

Been going to this T-Mobile store for over 6yrs and have to say that for the past 2yrs the service here is exceptional.They take care of you as if your part of a family. I would recommend going to this store if your in the area.

The sales representative lied regarding a sales promo for a tablet that ended 3 days prior causing me to purchase at a price that I did not want to.

Worst experience with the employees especially with Mariana, Karla and even Antonio, rude person. They try to sell the device with no explanation. My kid wanted use the restroom and they didnt let him ( 4 yrs old).

Luis was very friendly, helpful and quick. Definetly will be going back to him for any T-Mobile or phone needs. He is very knowledgeable, helpful, and answers all your questions.

I have read many negative reviews about other T-Mobile stores and some with this one. I had to replace my iphone, and with low expectations, went to this store on a Saturday morning. My experience was very positive. I had no wait and a very friendly and knowledgeable employee (Sandy) that helped me with the whole process and all numbers matched those on-line and with the phone sales rep which I had previously checked. They got much busier and I noticed all employees rushing around trying to help customers, unlike what is reported in other stores. If youve had a bad experience elsewhere, try this one as I have nothing but positive feedback on my overall experience.

Seriously lazy workers with horrible service. Came in twice. First, to buy phones and second to have data transferred. Efforts were minimal to none, especially the data transfer. Too bad this is the corporate store. The Store by Auto Parkway took care of us.

Three stars for t-mobile store. Some of the staff is very good others are average hard-sell phone store employees. Ive been a T-mobile customer for many years and have seen many transformations. What I find to be less that exemplary is that with or without their phone insurance it cost considerably more to get a phone glass replacement there than at independent phone repair stores. I saved 30.00 by going somewhere else for a real Samsung glass phone front. Also you cannot buy a Samsung replacement phone battery in the T-Mobile. Head over to an independent phone repair shop to get a real Samsung battery! Its like they dont want your business unless its to buy a new phone.

Bernie was cranky and not helpful.Seemed like he did not want to be there.

Slowest service of ALL T-mobile stores I have ever been to.I guess you need to call and make apointments.....cuz they all walk around asking each other if their sale is correct.Go to a mother store if your in a hurry.

Can get busy like any cell phone store but they took time to help out our online activation that had gone awry. Recently updated plan and picked up a new phone and the process was probably the fastest I have ever experienced!
