So my experience with Texas auto center has gone back now 3.5 years. I love the service that I am provided by the managers and sales staff. They are a great alternative for first car buyers. Especially not having credit like I did. There payments are on a biweekly schedule which helps manage the over all payment youd be paying somewhere else. If you plan to visit ask for johnny. I am out of work due to a medical condition and am expecting funds here soon . I fell behind 2 payments (they are paid but weekly) .they immediately turn your vehicle off no matter where you are and don’t inform you. The finance department is far from understanding and acts as if we are not human and face hardships. Instead of assisting with placing my payments on hold or waiting until I can make the payment they repo-d my vehicle today - again without notifying this would he done. They call and threaten you with a repossession everyday although you’ve spoken to a representative and told them your situation and they think you can cough up the money . If you are able to please avoid this place. Sn: the first month of having the vehicle I had several problems like the car not cranking every once in a while and the tire pressure sensor constantly showing a warning .

From the beginning Bleu has been in touch with me about helping me with a car. As nervous as I was being the very first time to look for a vehicle, it was fast and simple. Never will I ever get a car here again.. when your car breaks down.. an take it to them to fix it.. the mechanics there dont even know what there doing.. got my car fixed from them 1year later it breaks down due to there mistake that they did wrong.. smh!! Never again! BEWARE!

If I could give 0 I would they have horrible customer service, after purchasing a vehicle there were many problems and each time fixing it they kept for a week. The lady at pick up is rude. I would highly recommend not going here and stay as far away as possible. I will never recommend this place. This review is not just to degrade them they are truly rude and I wish I would have done more research on them. And don’t even get me started on finance department horrible customer service. Twice I have been hung up on while they asked me for info and I was getting the paper.

At first was looking for a SUV for my family and we found a car but was so happy that the dealership and the salesman Blue were able to get me approve for a SUV with affordable monthly payments for us. I appreciate all that they did for me and will definitely go for another vehicle in the future for my kids.

This place by far is the worse customer service place that i have ever encountered in the existence of me shopping for a vehicle. The car salesman “blue” was very unprofessional and act like he didn’t want to help me or my fiancé. I never felt so disrespected in beyond upset and furious! Please stay away from this car lot!!! It almost felt like racial discrimination! He took a call from a potential customer while we sat there! When we decided to get up and just leave he didn’t even reply or try and help us any further! Shame on you guys! Please stay away! I work in the oilfield and make over 100k a year is their loss!

My experience there over all was wonderful. From test driving to the application process. I wasn’t actually planning to leave with a car, just in the market and looking around.
