We even went two hours early to pick up our vehicle because we had so much fun talking to our Sales Person Eric and the finance manager. This place went above and beyond for us and we didn’t even have to ask. Our Sales Person had our car detailed twice because he wasn’t satisfied with the first clean which looked great to us. The finance manager didn’t just settle for whatever the lender said our interest rate would be and was able to get us a lower interest rate. Highly recommend.

Bought a Tundra from them last year. The team is very streamlined and responsive. They do not waste your time and from the minute you walk in they move fast to get you in and out with the best deal possible. I went today and tried to work a deal on a forerunner. Although we couldnt work the deal, they made it painless and the staff is very professional. I still believe they are the best place to buy a Toyota in the SA area.
We have purchased multiple vehicles and we have taken our vehicles in to them for service, but after this last experience, I don’t think we will. Due to a service issue on a vehicle, they gave us a loaner. When we checked the loaner back in they noticed a chip in the windshield. I had asked if that was there before we got it and they said yes and not to worry about it. Fast forward a few weeks and my insurance had a claim submitted by them. Did not tell me. Just went right to my insurance. Now they want $900 for a repair. Poor communication, follow through, and customer service. I would think twice about getting a loaner vehicle from them.

What a team! My girlfriend and I had been looking for a RAV4 Hybrid for weeks and calling around, emailing and texting all Toyota dealers in the area with no success. We were lucky enough to find San Marcos Toyota and Jonathan Porterfield reached out. He asked us what we wanted in terms of trim, color..etc. Within a few days Jonathan called me back and said he had a car inbound to the dealership and it was ours if we wanted it. We talked numbers, agreed on a great deal and Jonathan reserved the car for us. Jonathan kept us updated throughout the cars entire journey and notified us as soon as the car was on the lot and ready to be picked up. We walked in and were out the door in about one hour. Jonathan is a seasoned salesman with a desire to help his customers find the perfect vehicle. Jonathan values honesty, integrity and transparency and was easy going and listened to us and met every request we had. Most importantly, he keep his word throughout the entire deal. There were no surprises when we went to pick up the car, no hidden fees or switcheroos or any other number of unsavory tactics that we’ve experienced in the past at other dealerships. We were also helped out by Thomas Hakim, the finance manager. Thomas had our paperwork done in a flash and we were out of his office in what felt like a matter of minutes. Overall, this was the best car buying experience we’ve ever had and weve bought many cars in our lives. Jonathan and the team at San Marcos Toyota have made new customers for life. Trey (Used Car Manager) was an absolute horrible individual. My wife went in to view a van priced at 40k and loved it. The salesman she worked with was great. We were pre-approved already and had 10k ready to put down. Because of the vehicle shortage we’ve been looking for several months to get the right vehicle. It looked like she found it. However Trey (Used Car Manager) literally told her and then told me over the phone that he wouldn’t sell us the car because we wouldn’t finance through them or purchase the $3000 in warranties they wanted to add so they would be losing money. I, myself, as a commission only worker know that the way my wife was treated was an absolute disgrace to customer service. Trey (Used Car Manager) is a liar and will try to nickel and dime you. DO NOT work with Trey (Used Car Manager). He will try to take you for everything you’re worth. Trey (Used Car Manager) is an absolute disgrace and shouldn’t be trusted or worked with. I hope this review saves other individuals from dealing with this.
Had an AMAZING experience at San Marcos Toyota last night! Went in just expecting to show my husband the two vehicles I was between, and left with my dream car! Charles Shaw helped me test drive a couple weeks ago and was an absolute pleasure to deal with- he never once pressured me or pulled some kind of sales tactic. He knew he wasnt going to make a sale that day but that did not stop him from going above and beyond to show and explain everything the car had to offer, and explained all the differences between the models. Not going to lie, a couple days later I went to another Toyota dealership to test drive a different car because it was closer to me and did NOT have the same experience. I told my husband that no matter what, I would rather order and have to wait on a car and go with Charles at San Marcos Toyota, than to go back to that other dealership. Charles AND the finance department were absolutely amazing! I recommend 10/10!! Now, I just hope their service department can keep up their reputation. :)

Bait n switch! These guys confirmed 4 times that a trade in offer I had would be matched or beat only to not make it happen after driving down from Pflugerville with an appointment and our baby having to tag along. Used truck I wanted had an additional $1000 for a tracking system that was non-negotiable. The salesman also stuttered when I mentioned a slight vibration in wheel during our test drive. I wound up getting the deal I wanted for almost the same exact truck on the way back home!
Took my daughter to buy a car today and met Sam Coffman who is our sales guy! Hes super friendly, helpful, and honest!!! I had my college aged son take his vehicle for an oil change and to check out noises that were coming from the brakes. My service report said that the brakes were still at a rating of 9. My son kept complaining over the next week that the brakes were worrying him so my husband and I drove to his college and picked up the car. We could not even make it back to our home because the brakes were actually barely working and the noise was getting worse every time we stopped. We had the car towed to a Lexus dealership and it turns out there was no brake pads left and it was grinding into the metal rotors. I asked if the brakes could have gone from a 9 to a zero in less than a week and they replied no way. This tells me that the service technician at SM Toyota did not ever even check his brakes. There is no way anyone could have driven the vehicle from a service bay to the check out area and not been able to hear this noise. Not to mention that Lexus found that the two front tires were completely bald on the inside tread. I had scheduled my sons appointment at San Marcos Toyota because I thought he would get superior service at a dealership and we are very disappointed.
I was in the market for a new car because my old car unfortunately was involved in a hit and run. I knew I wanted a brand new Toyota Corolla and with the new car shortage I thought it might be difficult. Justin at San Marcos Toyota was extremely helpful with not only helping me find my dream car, but giving me a great deal! We had a great experience at San Marcos Toyota. The staff were great & never made us feel like we were dealing with your typical car salesmen. We didnt have high pressure sales tactics, which we appreciated. Additionally, when there were issues with the used car we bought, the general manager, TJ, agreed to fix the issues & went above & beyond to ensure that our experience was a good one. All issues were taken care of & he even had 1 of his guys drive a loaner 1 1/2 hours to our location & drove our car to their service department. And they returned our car the same way. They were outstanding in every way & we would highly recommend them!!

We were looking to trade in our vehicle for a new one. I checked out some prices online, submitted a trade-in inquiry, and requested an appointment. When we sat down, I gave the sales person the low down (what we were looking for, price range, etc.). I told him what my trade-in inquiry range was and what the range was listed as on Bluebook. He then proceeded to tell me that Bluebook was not an accurate tool. Ive used Bluebook in the past and it has always been spot on - so I was not really sold on that response. He took my keys so that another employee could look over my trade-in. During that time, he came up with a vehicle that might work for us. Looking at the price, it was different than what I saw online - but it was still within my range, so no big deal. However, the vehicle in question was not at the lot. We had to look at an older model, which was fine. We checked it out and although nice, it was not going to work for us. We came back in side and told the salesman that the vehicle in question was not going to meet our needs. I was surprised that we were met with a defeated attitude. He did not even try to show us anything else that might be in our price range (or maybe even a little bit higher that we might have been able to afford) - he just let us leave empty handed. I think we were there less than 30 minutes tops. Before we left, I asked if they had valued my trade and I was told a range which was much different than both my online and Bluebook appraisals, which did not sit well since my vehicle was in good shape, no dents or accidents, just minor wear and tear. All in all, it was a very disappointing experience. The salesman was pretty young, so I will chalk it up to lack of training and experience - which was obvious from the get go.

Worst vehicle buying experience that I have received ever, but I still went along with buying a 2014 fj 3 days ago, because the vehicle is not available very often and when I drove home back to San Antonio I heard a clanking sound coming from the front of the vehicle. So I took it to discount tire to put new rims on it and the tire specialist there informed me I have a bad ball joint no big deal right? Thats what I thought I would just contact the dealer and notify them and see what we could come up with to sole the issue, so the used car manager got on the phone and said the mechanics look it over and found nothing wrong with it and p Persuaded to tell me that it was a used vehicle and you should expect to buy used vehicles with problems and that was a my problem now what kind of dealership let someone drive off knowingly knowingly that they have insulted a bad vehicle and and when given the chance to fix the problem refused I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER AT ALL COST!
After researching automobiles and deciding what I wanted out of a new car I contacted a buying service. All 3 dealerships responded. Of the three San Marcos Toyota was a standout! San Marcos Toyota gave me a VERY complete description of just what was on the car and plus a better dealer incentive than either of the other two companies. I dealt with Jason Shanks. Jason was courteous and helpful throughout my time at San Marcos Toyota. From the moment we got in the car he pointed out how to use different features. He was unobtrusive as we drove on country roads so I did not have to worry about traffic and could get the feel of how the car handled. After the sale Jason helped to connect my phone and explained more features. My car buying experience was above average and I definitely give this dealership and Jason Shanks a five!
The experience one will undergo at this dealership is phenomenal. Especially when you get to work with Megan, Sam, and Dylan. Megan and Sam will treat you with respect and honesty. Drove an hour to purchase a vehicle for our daughter. We were told it would be there for us to look at / purchase. Only to be find out once we arrived and looked at the car it had been sold earlier.
I’ve had a few bad experiences with this service department. I took my Rav 4 in for a few things about 4 months ago. They were friendly but obviously unorganized. After servicing the A/C, oil & Lube, and inspection, they told me my brakes needed replacing but it could wait 3000 miles or so. They ordered a part for my console and said it would be there in a week. I was going to have the brakes fixed when they call me with the console part. They never called and two weeks later the car wasn’t drivable due to the brakes. I had the brakes fixed elsewhere. A month and 1/2 later they call to tell me the console part was in. They told me a price that was 3X more than the initial quote. I explained that wasn’t what I was quoted and she said she’d have the service guy call me which still has not happened. I recently made an appointment because my check engine light came on. I never received confirmation so I called in to check. The lady told me “Yes, I show your appointment for the Rav 4” I told her the appointment was for my Corolla. She said, tomorrow we are booked. We can schedule you for Monday. I said, I have a repair appointment for the engine light, why do I need to wait til Monday when I have a appointment in the morning. What difference does it make what car I’m bringing, it’s for the same issue. She said it takes more time, I said, I’ll take my car somewhere else. I have 2 Toyota’s and rather drive to Austin than go here ever again!
I’m usually not one to write reviews. However this is my 4th vehicle I’ve purchased and I’ve never felt so at ease doing a vehicle purchase. Everything was done online without any pressure or obligation. Went down to see the vehicle in person and was in and out in less than 3 hours. Test drove an SUV with a cracked windshield one evening and really liked it. Salesman found a similar vehicle on the lot and asked if it was ok, but we pointed to another one that had a more favorable interior color. The salesman immediately took that car to detailing while we went in to sign the paperwork. It was after closing when we finally got in the car and drove home. The next day, we noticed that the vehicle was damaged. We quickly expressed displeasure with San Marcos Toyota that they would sell us a damaged vehicle. Well, San Marcos Toyota went over and above to prove that it was an honest mistake. They said that car should have been marked as damaged, and not sold to us as a brand-new vehicle. They immediately offered to trade the damaged vehicle out for an equal undamaged vehicle. After a week of searching for a like model, they could not find an exact match, but they found one in next higher trim level and presented it to us at no extra charge. Over the course of the week, we dealt with several folks on the sales team, and they were all 100% courteous and insistent on making the situation right. We could not have asked for better customer service from anyone at San Marcos Toyota!

I recently purchased a 2021 Highlander. I noticed a minor defect in the car the following morning (the defect was easily repairable). I contacted the dealership and they apologized profusely and arranged to have me exchange the car for a new one. They have outstanding customer service. I definitely plan on buying from them again and recommending them to my friends and family.
I worked with Sam Coffman this past weekend looking for a 2021 RAV4. He worked really hard to find the car with everything I wanted. I knew it would take a while to get it so they got me a loaner new Highlander to use while waiting, even though I live in Dallas. After driving the Highlander I decided that was the vehicle for me and Sam did his magic again and I had a new Highlander with everything I wanted in 2 days. (Lucky for me someone changed their mind) The whole process was much less painful as I thought it would be. Definitely recommend this dealership and Sam Coffman. He was great!

We bought a car from Toyota San Marcos in Dec 2020. They sold us a car that comes with an extra feature, GPS tracking system. We were lead to believe this was a Toyota tracking system. 5 months later, I have had my car at a different dealership 3 times for a computer failure. Turns out this GPS system is NOT a Toyota product. It was an after market product that was pre-installed on the car. This after market GPS tracker kept crashing the cars computer system. The salesman told us it was a Toyota tracking system. Toyota almost voided our warranty because of that device. Selling cars with added features that are not covered under Toyota warranty is shady. I am going to be searching my financials to make sure we didnt pay for this extra feature. If so, you will be hearing from us Toyota of San Marcos!
Daniel the salesman was very kind and understanding towards everything we were saying. Unfortunately one of the managers there, Dylan, was rude and claimed we were wasting his time and then wonder why we were upset afterwards.
They refused to sell me a van unless I financed through them because they listed the price too low. The used car manager Trey here was very rude I was about to sign the paperwork had already gone through the whole process and he came over and refused to let me buy unless I financed through them or gave them a trade in. There was no mention of that price if through financing or trade in. Again had already gone through the whole process. It Was very unfortunate that they would not honor their own price. He ended up walking away and refusing to sell it and just left me at the table.
Rustys ability to conduct business in a Professional and mutual beneficial manner was extremely refreshing. Upon reaching a comfortable deal, I enthusiastically received by Lyod. His warmth and kindness were quite encouraging and unique among other car dealerships and salesman I’ve come across. Danny’s efficient and effective handling of the business documents and his clear communication left me happy with my purchase and new camry. He was very receptive to all questions. Highly recommend !
Saw a posting for a vehicle on Autotrader, called at 9 am to confirm availability was told was in service and wasnt on lot yet, as soon as it came from service I would be contacted. Never received another word from Jacob sales rep until almost 2:30 to say the vehicle had been sold after I called dealership again and two unresponsive text messages to his personal line. Beyond mad about the situation just glad I didnt make the trip from Dallas. I figured a customer was a customer as I was ready to purchase as soon as I called at 9 AM.
If I could give negative stars I would.Was told to come into the dealership by a sales team member after posting an ad on autotrader. Was told over the phone that they were short on inventory and they are very interested in my Toyota truck. I expressed myself clearly what numbers I wanted for my vehicle and was told that a recent truck on the lot that week sold for around what I was asking for and NOT to sell my truck to the buyer that I was supposed to meet and to come in and I would be taken care of. I was called by sales manager and texted to see if I was coming in throughout the entire day.When I arrived, I was left in the lobby for 2 hours and ignored by the sales manager who refused to speak with me after getting jerked around and low balled 1/3 of the offer was discussed. The sales manager wouldnt even take the time to discuss the issue. Actually they thought it funny to waste time and lie to customers.This is not good business practices or ethics, As a FIVE STAR*, LOCAL google business owner myself, I suggest staying away from businesses that lie, are dishonest, and are not upfront with customers.

He was helpful and polite. He made sure that our car was ready to go; freshly cleaned and with a full tank of gas. The finance department both times was helpful, friendly, and efficient. We would definitely purchase from them again.
I just had a laughably bad experience at this dealership, one that will not only prevent me from ever doing business at this location again, but also distrust any car salesman from here on out.I had been in contact with an internet sales person, Roger, days before my visit. I had specified the exact model, year and color of the car I had interest in. Seeing as I needed a 2021 model, and every dealership around me was obsessed with offloading their 2020s, I had to be careful in my requests. I seemingly found the car I was interested in at this location, and the salesperson let me know I could stop by to see the car. Days passed as I let him know when I would arrive, only ever met with confident confirmation. I setup a date and time to see the car. The day of my visit, I reach out. No answer. I decide to drive down anyway (round trip 150 miles) since Ive been in constant contact. I show up, and after waiting a half hour to finally talk to him, he pulls around the car. To my surprise, its a 2020, and a trim lower than the one we had originally talked about. I inform him this is absolutely not the car we talked about, and hes surprised. Why? I dont know, I couldnt have been more clear up to this point with what my needs were. I can only suspect ignorance or laziness. So, he disappears back into the office, only to come back out and let me know what I needed is not available.Had it ever been available? Definitely not, as he was shady from the moment I walked in. It was painfully clear he was trying to sell the old models, as they had an abundance that they cant get rid of, so he tried to lead me on with the car I needed for me to eventually buy a car I didnt want or need.Even if I was willing to believe it got sold, why did he not inform me? Why did he try to sneak an older model, one that I specifically said I didnt want countless times, to me? Why did he go radio silent the day of my visit?Most alarmingly, once I reiterated (for the umpteenth time) that I was not interested in a 2020 model, he shut down. No apology, no attempt to find me what I was looking for, no follow up. He was simply disappointed I didnt help him meet his quota of offloading older model cars that the dealership cant get rid of. I havent heard a word since my visit. Since then, Ive had multiple offers from other nearby dealers that fit my needs.My advice is: if you deal with these people, have them send you a video or picture of the car youre interested in. Dont make the trip, only to have them blow you off when you dont buy the car they want you to buy. Dont be fooled by these con artists.Terrible experience.
Recently came in and bought a used 2018 model and so far I am very happy with the car and the overall experience. Staff is very friendly and seemed to be very honest about my options. They were very flexible with my situation even though I was bringing in an old corolla as a trade in and gave me way more for it than the car was worth. Shout-out to John Austin for making this a very smooth experience.
Scheduled an appointment for a specific time to look at a specific vehicle. Filled out the finance application. I get there only to find out that the vehicle wasnt ready to leave the dealership. I drove through a pouring rain and wasted two hours of my time to arrive only to find out what they could have texted me or called me to say. I was prepared to buy a vehicle today. Seriously disappointed in the poor customer service. Their online text person Sandra is somebody in India who asks if I wanted an email or phone call from the sales manager. When I say email, I get a response that she is real and that I can call them rather than getting a phone call from the dealership. Does this sound like a dealership you would want to do business with? Yeah, me neither.

He worked hard to get fair trade in value for the customer while keeping the business running. I appreciated his work ethic as an Austin native, as well as the above and beyond focus on customer. I would return to this dealership and purchase another vehicle based on the ease of experience.

I’ve bought a lot of vehicles over the past many years and I have to say that my recent experience at San Marcos Toyota was about as pleasant a one as I can remember. Both Sterling and Robert were very helpful and straightforward. You can kind of sense that the new ownership wants to take “customer satisfaction” to a whole new level.
San Marcos Toyota desperately needs Jesus.I spent hours of my time and a friend of mines time working with them to try and sell a car that was priced at less than $100 over trade-in value. I communicated with Amyx the Customer Relations Manager and explained to her that we already had an offer very close to the price listed on our Autotrader ad which I also sent her. When we arrived at our scheduled time Amyx practically ignored us and handed us off to a junior sales rep who offered us $4000 below trade in value.I have communicated with Amyx multiple times since to give her an opportunity to make things right but this dealership just does not care enough about winning new customers to do anything but try to put the blame in my court by falsely claiming that they did not see the slight damage to the vehicles bumper that was CLEARLY PICTURED in the ad I sent DAYS BEFORE I visited. The vehicle was brought in EXACTLY as it was pictured in the ad so this is a lame excuse for not caring enough about a potential customer to make a respectable offer after expectations were VERY CLEARLY set. We drove over an hour and waited quite awhile at the dealership only to be practically dismissed, have our time wasted and to be insulted. Here is my response:There wasn’t anywhere near $4,000 worth of damage on the vehicle. And the vehicle was brought in exactly as pictured in the ad I sent you. That tells me that someone did not do their homework and proper care was not put into the interaction your company had with me. If you want to make it right you will send me a gift card worth at least $25 or a coupon for a free oil change at your dealership to encourage me to forgive the insult and waste of time and lack of care in general. But I understand if you would rather have negative feedback on Yelp, Google, Facebook and other platforms that is also an option. Your choice.And the word “LUCk” represents the enemy, Lucifer. I worship and serve the TRUE Lord and Creator and Savior Jesus Christ Almighty. May your walk with Him be constant and intimate and may He truly touch San Marcos Toyota in a way that transforms the way you do business to the way He does it.Jesus is the best. San Marcos Toyota is the worst dealership I have ever encountered. I hope the two meet soon so that this dealership can start doing things with excellence and care and respect towards customers.
This place is a joke! The service manager doesn’t return phone calls. The way the place runs is a joke! The way they speak to customers is so funny to me like I don’t know how any of those people have jobs. I don’t recommend going here!
Highly recommend San Marcos Toyota and Roger Salmeron. Top notch salesman who is honest and takes care of you. He takes the time to answer all questions, even after the sale. I am very pleased with my truck purchase.
Update 5/22/2020: Once again I have received the highest level of service from the body shop at San Marcos Toyota. The representatives were knowledgeable and dedicated to helping me with my issues. They were more than willing to help me remove a messed up bolt on my vehicle(picture attached). I can not express how pleased I am with my experiences at this shop. No matter what you need, they are there to lend a helping hand.Amy in the service center has been a blessing in the chaos that is a vehicle accident. She has been on top of my vehicle, informing me every step of the way. From handling the insurance claim to addressing each and every one of my concerns while explaining everything to me in a detailed and professional manner. I can not express how much I appreciate and value the level of service that I have received. Thank you Toyota of San Marcos!!!
I have warranty and they charged me over $110 for a oil change and charged me for their equipment they use for the oil change, tire rotation and washing my car in which I did not ask for them to do. I am highly upset and will never return.
Mireya Sanchez was my sales associate and she was so sweet and helpful. I was able to text her throughout the process of buying a car for the first time alone. She made me feel secure and satisfied with my purchase!
Great shopping experience. This was not a typical car shopping experience but, a well organized, customer centric aporoach that left us with a positive experience. Allen Odom is a great salesperson who is easy and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend you ask for him.

Just bought a new Toyota RAV4 from one of the best! His name is Armando but you can call him Mondo. If you want a down to earth guy and not a pushy car salesman, this is the guy! Incredible service, incredible prices and best of all, I felt comfortable through the entire process!!Big shout out to this dealership. I recently purchased a 2021 Toyota 4 Runner from here, my sales associate was Mireya Sanchez. She was such a wonderful person to work with, she was professional and knowledgeable and was able to find exactly what I was looking for!! Explained my situation prior. Got told “no problem we can help”. Drove an hour there and sat there for nearly 4 hours just for them to tell me “no bank will give you a loan right now”. The next day I went to Nissan new braunfels and they got me in a new car in less than 2 hours, and went thro the same bank Toyota had tried.

Worst service department I have ever experienced. They do not understand what an appointment is. The service manager should be ashamed of himself for running a chaotic and disorganized service department. I had an 8:40 am appointment for a basic 15k tire rotation, sat there 2 1/2 hrs, I left in disgust without getting the service done. I don’t like people who waste my time.Dealership web site never mentions that the exit for the dealership is closed due to construction. This caused navigation issues. The only good thing I have to say is the service writer was polite and apologetic.

I just brought my car in Friday the 7th of may 2021 at 3pm to get my standard oil change on my Lexus. This is my 3rd time getting an oil change here. This time I am EXTREMELY upset! I discovered a huge oil puddle from leaking oil in my driveway!! I have a lot of oil leaking from underneath. I called and obviously because they are CLOSED until Monday, there is nothing that can be done! The lady on the phone just said oh sorry, just dont drive it! What?? I cannot drive my car anywhere now for fear of damaging or blowing my very well maintained engine! I have had to miss work today and now tomorrow (Sunday may 9th) too. Now what am I supposed to do? Even if I bring it in Monday I dont know how since I live 30 minutes away from Toyota. I am extremely upset. This shouldnt happen with a place I have brought my business to and trusted for a simple oil change. Reporting to the BBB unless something is made right!
I bought a car at San Marcos Toyota last Tuesday. We were the last people to be seen after being told multiple times we would be next and but then other people were getting pulled before we were. I was told multiple times that they were going to be looking for my spare key to my new car and everytime I looked up the sales guy that told me that was just talking to the other salesman. When we were finally leaving, I asked again if he found the key and he said no still looking. Very unlikely because he spent half the night talking. I went back to San Marcos Toyota to drop of paper work and asked AGAIN where my spare key was and still no idea where it was at. I was told it would be over nighted to me and we are now a week later and still no key. I have contacted the same sales man and all he can tell me is that he is still looking. But I might have to come back to get another one made. The problem is I live an hour and a half away and not willing to drive that to make up for their mistake and not taking care of their customers in a timly manner. Very dissapointed in the service and wont be using this dealership again.
I called them before and basically told them if they cant help with my negative equity car I didnt wanna waste my time. Brady called me up and told me he would work with me and boy did he. I was down by about double my loan amount and only had a little to put down but they worked with me and got me rolling in a brand new 2021 Corolla. I was in and out in about 30 minutes or so. Lemme tell you Ive had some AWFUL experiences at dealerships before but Brady and the sales team made it so easy for me and I am so grateful for that. Will for sure be doing business here again.

All you want when buying a car. Justin was our sales consultant and he was amazing! He was polite, understanding, and made the bargaining process feel smooth and stress free. I’ve never felt like I would return to a dealership until I came here! 100% recommend buying your next car here!!!

Our first experience at another dealership was not great, we were very appreciative that Allen didn’t make us feel pressured to get anything. He helped us the entire time we were there. We got in a accident and no plans of buying a car anytime soon. Allen made sure to get us our dream truck without breaking the bank.Rusty worked with us to make sure we had a monthly payment we could afford. He was extremely helpful and easy to talk to. I would definitely go back to this location if we were looking for another car!

2019 Tacoma off roadIm 57 and have been to numerous dealerships and always leave with a bad taste but I gotta say, this is the easiest and most comfortable I have ever felt in a long time. I actually left happy and shook everyones hand including the finance guy. I will definitely buy all my future vehicles there
I had been shopping for a truck for several weeks and no other local Toyota dealerships had the truck or could find the truck I wanted without a 6 week wait. I called SM Toyota and Baldo was incredibly helpful and found a vehicle immediately, sold it to me for me the price I requested and even gave me more than I told him I wanted for my trade in. He did everything over the phone and without playing any of the car salesman games. He was genuine, honest and with no high pressure or BS. His manager was also very helpful in working hard to get more for my trade. Great experience!
Made a service appointment for 10am and waited 4 hours for them to finish a routine service. When I called to ask why it took 4 hours they told me to hold them sent me to voicemail. Pointless if you make an appointment. This isn’t the first time. Please make a better system.
Let me start by saying. I HATE BUYING CARS!! I pretty much hate the entire experience other than looking at the cars.John Austin sold us our used 2016 Tundra and the experience could not have been better. He helped me understand the process of buying a Toyota from a dealer. He working with my bank from out of state. In general he made it a smooth transaction to include making sure I had a loaner car during the time my care was being fixed from hail damage. Even the sales manager made sure to explain everything that was going on and how to get the waranty to work even if I am out of state. (I have had cars break down during traveling and got stuck paying for repairs just to try and get it refunded later. Big issue for me)As much as I really dont like buying cars John made it a great experience and I look forward to replacing my wifes Honda with a toyota soon very soon.
We came in on a Saturday and they illustrated that they are half staff. Might make more sense to have double staff on days that are common for people to bring their vehicles in for service. We waited over 2.5 hours and for a diagnosis of a check engine light and I provided them with the code it was showing. Unfortunately they still had not even began to look at it. Very poor service, and punctuality.. would not recommend bringing your vehicle for service here!!!
They do not help you even when your upfront about everything going on there management staff is awful lied and told me he would personally contact the bank to see what he can do to get me in a new car day 3 and I still haven’t heard back from the manager Dillion nor the sales person Colton. I guess you have to be the white color to get help at this dealership.
