I had a amazing experience with Express Auto Glass. It was fast easy and affordable. I recommend to check them out they are very responsive as well.

Unable to ever reach a human being by phone. Installation time frame was 10 AM-1 PM. Technician did not show during the time frame. There was no communication from this company or their dispatch, or the technician. AFTER the time frame was past, we received a text communication reporting they did not have all required parts. Extremely dissatisfied with customer service. We wont use them.

Express Auto Glass is a superior company and I am so glad that I got my windshield repaired through them! They were professional and communicative and very informative throughout the entire process. Elan even sent me a quote right after we got off the phone! I really appreciated their transparency and trusted the from the beginning.They were even able to price match a different quote for me so I really feel like I got the best deal for my windshield replacement.The tech who came out was extremely communicative, efficient, professional, and very friendly! He did a great job on my windshield.I highly recommend this place and will use them for any of my future glass needs!!

The very professional repairmen were a bit early and called to make sure it was all right. They got to my home shortly thereafter and went right to work. A short time later they let me know that they were done and to keep the car away from rain, car wash, wet things. They recommended that I wait until the next day to remove the tape and stated its purpose. They were 2 of the best people I have had to repair something in a long time. And from a business standpoint Express was competitive with their pricing. They were slightly less than the windshield people my insurer recommended and a LOT less than the car dealer. Not only was the service and price great, but they came to my house to do the work.Dont waste your time. Use Express Auto glass.

I did a bit of research prior to choosing Express Auto Glass. I was pleased with their pricing compared to some of their competitors. The communication on their end exceeded my expectations. I was a sent an appointment reminder and my phone calls were promptly returned. On the day of service I received a text when they were on the way and the technician arrived right on time. He was professional and did a beautiful job. In this day and age it’s difficult to find a company that offers this level of service. I am going to post a recommendation for my friends and family on Facebook.

Nobody could beat their price for OEM glass and mobile install. There was an issue with the third party installer being on time, but the installer did a fantastic job and was done in about 30 minutes once they arrived.

I put a big spider web in my windshield and I called around to get quotes. Danny gave me the best deal and the work he did was quality as well as fast. It only took an hour to get the new windshield in. Danny knows what he is doing and has great customer service as well. Thank you for all your help!
